Visiting our friends is always nice. The park is clean and appears well maintained. The one draw back is the parking situation. Apparently you have to rent or buy spaces to park if you have more vehicles than what will fit in your driveway. So visitors either have to park wherever they can find space or your friends have to shuffle vehicles to accommodate visits. Not liking that...

Very clean Quiet

Great Place I have a close friend who is living inside the community. Neighborhood is quiet not as much noise eventhough there is some little gathering going on with some of the units. Yeah pretty awesome place.

The employees that work over there at food for less their customer service is was really awesome great

I have to tell you that I am looking for a home and Del Prado homes are absolutely well laid out well design and affordably-priced. Once I find a place to put one Im going to by 1. Id like to buy a another one for my dad so he can live nearby on the same property but not in the same house. You know how that goes! Hahaha I love Del Prado homes!

My daughter lives here. Guest parking is tricky. If you stay late you need a pass from the pool monitor or they tow about midnight. I know the policy so i havent been towed. The jacuzzi has a little to many chemicals. We had a birthday party there. The clubhouse was welcoming. The pool is monitored but no lifeguard with cpr on duty. Just to make a call...

Caveat: I am a Realtor, and do not live in the park. I did want to review the park, as I just sold a home here in March, 2016. Hadnt sold anything in this park in many years, and was pleasantly surprised to find it in much better condition than the last time. Park management was very easy to deal with. Very on top of things. Space rent is reasonable for Orange County, and the park is very well maintained. There are only 6-7 vacant spaces available for new homes, and all of the existing ones are very well maintained. I look forward to more deals here.

Very clean and well maintained camper trailer. Definitely recommend for RV and mobile home rentals.

I LIVED HERE 7YRS.ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE,BUT U HAVE NO RIGHTS IN UR OWN HOME.THE HOMES URS,BUT THE LOTS NOT.IF U BUY A MOBILE HOME HERE.U CANT MOVE IT.THERE HAS BEEN MANY LAW SUITS AGAINST THIS PLACE.ITS TRUE THE SPACE RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR.UR SPACE RENT CAN BE A MORTGAGE PYMNT AMNT. P.S.ALL THE MINT COLORED HOMES BELONG TO THE PARK DEL PRADODONT GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP & LOSE UR HOME LIKE I DID.
