Lived here 3 years now and its a great seniors only Mobile Home Park

Greedy owner, raised rents 19 percent last 2 years. No improvements

Quiet and very clean environment, like it very much.

We are purchasing a home in RLP

My mom and brother own a mobile home there they sold the park and the new owners are trying to increase the rent by over $300 a month this is a community of seniors, on fixed incomes. I wouldnt recomemd the park to anyone. It was great at one time.

Its been a nightmare ever since I moved in. The Staff was Very Rude, and Hounded me on every little thing I was doing wrong. I had just moved in!! It didnt matter, per them, I was to have read and apply the rule book at all times! Now that Ive been here almost 4 years, since the Park was sold to a Greedy John Saunders, hes raising the rent$300-$400!! Now I have to look to moving out of State, if I can afford it. I still have a Mortgage!Hes looking to Wipe Out all of the Seniors that live here; And HeDoesnt Care about what hes doing to disrupt their Lives!

Rancho La Paz is very nice very clean place to visit nobody bothers you and nobody interferes in your business its like going to a weekend Resort

Run down unkept homes- would not want to live there.

Lived here since 2011, great place to live with good neighbors and senior activities!

Used to be good..got bought by someone else ..they are trying to raise the rent 300 percent ..INSANE..it is a senior park and they are on fixed incomes..forcing people to sell there home and alot of people could be homeless thanks to the increase ..

Real Nicely Kept but Damn! There are some Nosey and I Mean NOSEY Neighbors Here!!! I mean its cool and all to have neighborhood watch system in place but its another can I have Betty and Joe all up in your business just because you have a visitor come on you shouldnt have to answer to your neighbors cuz you have a visitor and this is when I was being brought into the park in the owners vehicle!Seriously, we were questioned with a likeness of being interrogated as to whether or not I was okay to be in the neighborhood or not and I dont look Dangerous by any means. (My tattoos were hidden. Lol!)I can Only imagine if I had driven in all by myself! Its just crazy & and very unwelcoming. I hope my friend moves because I really dont want to go back there anytime soon.I certainly Would Never Ever want to live there.Proceed with Extreme Caution!

Quiet living,Good people,love the hummingbirds sound of there wings,everyone smiles while walking their dogs,and waves HELLO while passing each other in the park in our cars.love it.

Its a nicely kept 55 and over mobile home park.

Price increased $400 monthly. Totally unfair and cruel for retirement community. People just living with retirement income. Don’t move here.

New owner just raised everyones space rent by 400.00!!!!! This is outrageous!! Most of these folks are very elderly and on fixed income..there barely getting by as it is! This is not going to end well.
