Me and my son go up there to go play basketball great place to play a pickup game

Its a small easy laid back Park always seems to have a few people the kids really enjoy the playground, and the bathrooms are not too far away

Seen people in that area up to no good all the time use to Walk my dog there alot but lately theres been to manny wild dogs

Not much to do there but cool to hangout and watch the people go by

Boring not the same as it used to be when the old playground set was in at least back the same amount of slides and the same amount of stuff to play on for the kids

Watch out for the street racers and street bikes

Nice colorful area in parts.

Almost every person who has been there before says it was a really good park but they took out the old metal play ground out which had 5 slides and a tunnel with some other features added to the playset that was there and the gravel. I understand that the park equipment was not up to health code. But when I go to different parts of Amarillo I still see old equipment and gravel. The now only has 1 side and something that spins in a circle and wood chips not safe and not good for attacking people. Splash pad neededs a covering and a update half of it doesnt work. Not asking for a reply or for yall to fix it. Just letting Amarillo know if yall want kids off the street well they have no where nice to go even for park lunches.

It was ok. The splash pad was fun though only half of it was working! The playground s set up for older kids though, it needs more equipment geared towards the smaller children. Otherwise it was clean peaceful. Not a bad pad park.

Nice clean. Like the basketball court and the play area. Perfect for kids of all ages.

It is a very nice place to do some walking and a great place for the kids. The park is attractive and well maintained. My wife and I enjoy it very much.

Basic, safe, little rundown

Good shade trees, beautiful virtually sticker-free grass, not too crowded, love the splash-pad... the only negative - restrooms were disgusting!!

Great place to bring ur kids even if theres alot of kids here they will share the play ground i appreciate that the white people here have always treatred my grandkids an me really good. An friendly i really appreciate this no offense just saying cuz Ive been to other parked. That I wont say the names but the white people there have been rude i just smile more an say hi but this park is very friendly people love to come here

We had our church picnic and it was a great place for it. Hope we have it there next year.

Nice

Small quiet park with a splash pad, basket ball and tennis courts, paved sidewalk all the way around the park, playground, and tables with grills for family gatherings. Also there are two large fields on either end for sporting events and practices. I have been taking my family there for more than 6 years and I have always enjoyed it.

I live near it not bad when its around 80° out and you can BBQ, play ball, the kids hit the water poles to cool off, or play on the swings, etc.
