Everyone is very nice ,the employees are awsom they take time an listen an help the residents they are very good people ,this is tha best place Ive ever lived

The place is a work in progress but the atmosphere is plesant and I absolutely love the people they are all truly willing to help one another out.

I have seen so many improvements with new management! The park is peaceful and if anything needs fixing management will send you over to maintenance right away and problem gets taken care of in a timely manner. I love it and will continue to live there!....

Heard the rent is high I own my trailer there and it is bad pot holes on the roads they dont fix and they trying to charge for dogs barking and they charge if more people live with me its my trailer so who cares how.many people live with me I only pay for the lot and Bills so why would I pay if its my trailer house.. if i could move my trailer I would in a heart beat the owner needs to move the one I charge of this place.. low income people live on a little money and its harder for them to pay just to live here.. alot of people have lost there homes cause of how high it has went up I feel for every one that has lost there trailer over the way the lady running it has token it money hungry I say or stealing money but still not a place to move to until she is out then I can see people coming back she has not done her job right I say my dad lost his trailer to her cause he couldnt afford to pay the high expenses....

Owner dont pay his workers. Nothing is fixed or repaired properly roads will damage your vehicle. Uses your campers and trailers as collateral so if you get behind he gets your house.

Affordable, decent place. I would still live there if I didnt move.

Staff nice...free laundry was great.

Dont bother. Its ugly, crowded, and it has been recently sold to an incompetent that didnt bother to check it out beforehand. He is unwilling to make the investments it needs to improve the quality and is raising the rent rapidly and far beyond the value of the dinky lot, sewer-hole, garden hose, pair of outlets and on-the-street parking usually stolen by neighbors that are all any tenant of this glorified landfill receives. Also the roads are full of potholes and excessively sized speed-bumps that rapidly destroy the shock absorbers on any vehicle that comes through on a regular basis, however slowly.
