I have lived in this trailer court for 24 years and have seen it go from a beautiful place to live to a place that I wanted to move from, but the company who owns it now is making a great effort to bring it back to a beautiful place to live. New homes and fixed roads and strict rules about yards being kept and pet rules,, I am glad to be living here again and you might want to live here too ️

I like living here. It’s quiet, and in my opinion the managers are really nice. They’re really trying to fix this place up and I think they’re doing a good job. I tell everyone about this place. New people bought this place last October, and I think they’ve done a good job making it better. I don’t really have any complaints. I genuinely hope to live here a long time. I think it’s very reasonably priced as well.

Lived here for over 20 years, lot of great improvements this last year. New signs out front that say High Plains Ranch, flowers at the office. New homes in the park. Nice remodeled homes also. Great place to live!

In the past we lived at this trailer park and it was not taken care of, but since we have lived here since March of 2019. The owner, the property manager, and all the workers for them are all very nice and work together as a community. Thank you very much for you hard work and also looking forward to having a wonderful community , and secure place to live. Thank you from The Barrios at Lot #213.

They hav toooo many run down mobile homes

New ownership and management is doing a ton to make this park a great all age property. New homes coming in and the place has been cleaned up a lot.

The management here is awesome! They go on and beyond to fix things for there residents ! Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love living here in the park out here this is my forever home the staff is very friendly and they are fast to fix any problems that u may have with your home the maintenance crews are very wonderful and friendly and get any thing that u have problems with fixed and its just a very wonderful place to live and call home Thank you Tracy Maestas

Somewhat clean, kinda empty but seems peaceful.

Seemed like a humble place to live to me. May look a lil shabby but dont judge the residents cause that. Everyone was GP to me.

This place is trash, a haven for meth heads.Management is a slum lord that condones meth and prostitution in the empty trailers.More than half this place needs to be condemned and leveled out.Which is sad cause this place has so much potential, the community just needs to come together and drive this trash out and people who care need to come bring this place up!

Wonderful place. They had enough Meth supply to last for my two week stay.

Roads down through there or awful. Got sinkholes potholes every other kind of hole you can think of. there was trash everywhere and just did not look like a clean environment
