You better hope your AC doesnt go out. They wont fix it and provide you with ONE window unit for a 4 bedroom/2 bath place. Professionally installed of course...

Half decent park but my friend was denied due to being on parole and the staff was very condescending and judgemental about it. In addition, he informed them of the issue prior to paying the application fee and was told it wouldnt be an issue then when it was, they refused to refund the application fee. It seemed very questionable to me.

Ive lived here for 4 months and I have had no problems here! This is a real review by the way from a renter. We had a nasty storm that happend here a couple of weeks ago and they sent roofers to check out our roof. I am actually surpised because other places that I have lived in the past could care less about that. This place is peaceful and people are friendly here too! Our electric and gas bill has been really cheap here! I think its actually the cheapest we had. I cant complain to be honest and I am glad they dont allow felons here in the community. I also love the fact there are children playing outside so thats def a plus point! It really is safe and seems like everyone minds their own business. No complaints. Five stars!

This place has horrible customer service. Everytime their mouth is open and lie comes spewing out. My water bill is never accurate. One month the bill will be $10 the next month $25. They say they read the meter but that is bull. They just estimate. One month I was gone for two weeks and the water bill was twice the normal rate. I already turned them into BBB but they just lied to them. They didnt even bother.to talk to me. I thought i was the customer.

Dont be fooled by all of the 5 stars!!! Theyre probably from maintenance men who get extra special bennifets. I moved here first in four years ago and its been nothing but trouble. Maintenance men half way do any job. There is black mold growing on the ceiling of my bathroom because of a roof leak. After contacting them repeatedly about it, they climbed up onto the unfinished tin roof and put some hot tar down. Nothing was done about the mold. I shutter to think of what we would see if the roof was lifted. It stays at about 88° in this place every day... thats with air conditioners and fans running 24/7 which results in an electricity bill usually over $200 a month. When I told them how hot it is, I was told, well...Its a mobile home. I have asked for 3 months now if there are any other trailers available with central heat and air.... they claim each time that nothing is available, yet they keep a huge banner up outside The complex saying NOW LEASING. I have even had friends call to ask if theres anything available and after saying yes there is, we go to the office to find out where,And the availability magically disappears. The landlady has always been intimidating and rude. Its obvious she only cares about the employees. Not to mention the other issues weve had, neighborhood kids stealing or things from the front yard, dope baggies found at the park where my kids play. Most of the children here bully my kids and have played many cruel pranks on them. The office hours arent regular and not listed. The pool is closed even on days its supposed to be open, they ripped up the only shady picnic space they had, the basketball hoop has never been useable since weve been here and people can be seen late at night drinking at the park. The neighbors, who own there trailer take up all but one parking spot all crammed in looking like a car dealership forcing my elderly grandparents to park on the opposite side of my trailer and walk if they want to visit me. There was once that I lost my debit card and I told the landlady that i had paid extra to get the new card expedited to me as soon as possible, I excepted any late fees but that as a single mother, struggling financially, I couldnt afford to get evicted. She seemed to understand for once, but 3 days later, (the same day I got my new card) there it was, an eviction notice. I paid my late fees and will continue to pay them what I owe till I can get the heck out of here.
