Beautiful park! really big playground for kids to run around and huge scenic trail!PSA: Wear a mask and mask your kiddos! Play it safe!

While walking different trails in the area, found this site that featured a huge playground area with newer attractions. Its a great site for younger kids to expend their energy, love the layout, great fun!

I have been coming to this Park since I was 13yrs and I love it every time I have the chance to come over and escape from the negatives of the City...

This is always a fun place to walk, the lake is very pretty.

We had my granddaughters 1st birthday party there. We were in the pavilion in the playground area. Because of covid it wasnt crowded but there were families there. There is a soft padding for the kids in case they fall. Worth the trip.

Awesome park. Nicely maintained park and kids will have fun. Peaceful atmosphere. Only issue is the restrooms. One was out of order and in the other, flush wasnt working.

Although the playground part was closed, we love walking through this beautiful park.

PLEASE IF YOU LIKE MY REVIEW PLEASE HIT THE LIKE BUTTON FOR ME...Everytime I visit Allentown Pennsylvania I make sure I at least make a decent stop at Cedar Beach Park. I also take the walk by the small man made water fall and dip my feet into the water to get in tune with nature. Also the rose garden park across the street is also a very romantic walk for those in LOVE!! I explored the playground for children which is a decent size. It has many entertaining part for children and it has working facilities and functional water fountains. The pond is very relaxing to watch as the ducks do their thing. If you get hangry take a walk to California Burrito and have a taco. Recommended!!! ***** Note*** There are garden snakes in this park so please do not let your children run into the wooded areas take a look at my pictures for the garden snake!!!! Beatiful place for a peaceful time and a great place for kids to run and play at the playground...

It was great! Relaxing. Not crowded. Easy to maneuver. Nice brisk walk for some outside time and exercise.

A massive park with beautiful landscaping and a much better playground than my generation was ever given. I couldnt say enough good things about this place. Its truly a place that needs to be experienced rather than read about.

Peaceful park to go for a walk on. Each time I walk through it, I always encounter a number of nice people along the way. Pretty trees and flowers all along the path, and the creek running through it is just the cherry on top. Very nice area to bring kids around to run or ride their bycicles. Also good for leisurely strolls with your SO. could use more benches, but thats about it. Very nice. Also the ducks.

Great park for my family to enjoy ourselves. Lots of open space to picnic. The vibe is peaceful. My son loves the creek lol (which was very clean)

This is one of the bigger parks I have been to in the area. This park has something for everyone. You can fish, watch the ducks, walk your dogs, go for a walk or run, just relax in the peaceful atmosphere, or let the kids run and play at various activities or playground. Great place and we will frequent this park

Cedar Beach Park is a great place to relax at, also to walk around even walk your pack ride your bicycle as well, I would recommend anyone to cedar Beach Park to relax, or have family quality time.

Large walking trail, features a huge playground for kids of all ages. The trail walks alongside of a stream. Beautiful place for a picnic.

Not all good but not bad either

Unless they are having an event bring your own food. Great open park with a very nice pool area. I would give it a higher rating if it had a beach area to the lake.

Great place to bring your kids. The playground is massive and has a vast selection of obstacles and structures to keep kids occupied for hours. Even has some sort of electronic 2 player music and light based game for older kids. Playgrounds have come a long way in the past 30 years. I have a 1.5year old and a 3 year old. The 3 yr old was capable of using the majority of the structures, but a little cautious on some of the climbing wall ladders.

This park and playground was my childhood paradise, my place of treasures and wonders never to be revealed..But whether youre an energetic youth, or an elder looking to relax, Cedar Beach Park is a great place to go. Kids enjoy the huge playground, while others can use workout equipment stationed along the running path near the stream. The basketball court gets a lot of use too!!Every year, an arts and crafts fair is held, so even if none of the entertainment listed above appeals to you, maybe a festivity from the fair will pique your interest

Its clean and Im loving the scenery.

Park is at full bloom today. Trees are full of pink flowers. It is very refreshing and rejuvenating sight. Loads of visitor in today. Parking lot was almost full around 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

I love going there its really relaxing

Honestly its a lovely park and a nice size. Whether you want to take the kids to play at the playground, play basketball, or jog its a good atmosphere. Its may also be some huge wooden boards with graffiti from arts fest. Its interesting to look at and a great photo op.

We love coming to this park. Lots of things to do. The swings are missing from the playground, not sure why. But its a nice place.

The park itself is nice and big but I never go because I have small children. On the weekends or afternoons it is usually very busy. Its filled with teenagers smoking and talking about things I dont want my kids to hear or hanging out in the parking lots. I never go here specifically because its difficult to kept an eye on my toddlers but if you have older kids it might be a great park for you.

Never had any issues here. Plenty of parking and a nice walking trail around a small lake. Lots of basketball courts with pick up games. Sand volleyball and a nice playground for kids.

Pretty nice park for Allentown. Walked with my wife and the pups around the pond had a nice walk. Good trail basket ball court looks good and well maintained. Park is nice.

Best place in the Lehigh Valley to play basketball. They have great festival. The art fest is one of my favorites

I love the equipment at this park. And love that it has rubber mat over mulch.The one thing I dont love is sometimes their are teenagers or older kids that are behaving badly, swearing etc.

The best park in Allentown for sure. Also if you go in the spring or the summer there is a beautiful rose garden next to it that you can enjoy.

Great place to bring family! There is a Swan which is gorgeous.

Good spot to play a game of hoops with the guys or take the fam swimming in the summer months. Has a nice walking path and a nice small lake. Many events are held hear yearly such as Color Runs and Allentown ArtsFest.

Fun with the grandkids

Love it, its a decent sized park with a pond. They hold random events there, Like Art Fest that just happened recently. Which was really fun, seeing all the artwork, and stalls people had opened up.

This place is wonderful especially for kids! They also have stuff for adults on the other side (by the rose garden) when they want to work out. But they need cleaner restrooms that actually has hand soaps and is able to flush. Other than that, its a wonderful place.

Great park my son loves that there are dio many different thing he can do. All of the electronic games need to be fixed though that why it gets 4 stars.

Playground is large and great for the kids. Park areas is clean and tranquil and has nice walking paths by the water. The are work out stations along the walking trail. There is a community pool and basketball courts on location as well.

This park is a great get away to enjoy together with all the family, basketball, playgrounds, bicycles, jogging, relaxation

The place is really nice really enjoyed it staff really nice as well only problem you go to this place with kids. and they dont let you bring anything to drink very inconvenient when you have little ones we normally go to Quaker town pool where same price to go in and beautiful as well and you can bring food so I really prefer Quaker town

This is, I believe, Allentowns largest playground. There is more than enough for the kids to do to stay entertained. This is the kids favorite playground, and its my favorite place to let them burn off some energy. There also a lake and a walking path all around it. We ride bike there and it walk. It is the perfect place to bring the family.

This is a great park. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it and their ages range from 2-14. Its pretty big and the gadgets are in good condition. Nice musical theme throughout.

Very clean and beautiful

Beautiful to go everyday for a nice out of the city and enjoy the fresh air. Its very clean and they have a public pool, a great park for kids to play in, tennis court, basketball courts, and also a section were you can workout in the open with pull up bars etc. Really recommend the place.

Such a lovely park, I take my dog here all the time. Good walking trails and lots of playground equipment for kiddos as well. There are basketball courts and a pool open in the summer as well. Such a cool place!

Big and clean.

Really nice park. Very large playground. Basketball courts, volleyball courts, walking trails and lots of open grass areas. Had 3 kids there ,ages 4 to 8 and they all found something to do. Great place to burn some energy for the little ones.

I really like Cedar Beach Park. Sometimes Im just out for a stroll but most times I like to bring my 4 yr. old to the playground ... she LOVES this playground! Regarding the playground, its put together quite nicely for what it is. Its VERY LARGE with lots and lots to do for the kiddies. I can almost guarantee that your little one will have a blast here. As with any place I review, just be mindful of the times and days you choose to visit, it can get very crowded and there are times when both the children and parents alike can loud, rude, and even disrespectful ... it happens. Keep in mind that this is not at all my usual experience, its usually quite pleasant and I generally enjoy my visits very much. So ... the playground is a definite A+, bring the kids and have a blast! Its clean, safe, quite large, and the kids will love it. The park itself is very clean, quiet, and easy on the eyes. It really is a beautiful park to visit. There is a playground, swimming pool, creek for fishing, volleyball courts, walking trails, and most things you expect to find in similar parks. There is even plenty of parking but that doesnt always mean youll have an easy time of it if it happens to be crowded when you visit. I would recommend this park very much and dont have anything to say negative enough to warrant not stopping by and at least checking it out. Remember to bring the kids, I assure you that they will absolutely love the playground!

Awesome park! My kids had a blast especially since there are so many obstacles similar to those we see on America Ninja Warrior. Lol

Wow, this park is huge! We stopped here while we were in the area and I wish we lived closer so we could go back often. So many different contraptions for the kids to play on. I wish they had more baby swings but they did have these big cup-like things you could place your baby in and spin it. Just so many different things that you dont see at your normal park. They also have bathrooms on site. A short walk away from the playground and across the street was a huge grassy park area you could take a nice walk or just set up a blanket to relax. Overall very impressive!

Beautiful atmosphere and its never a bad place to be. There are incredible flower gardens and interactive walking trails. One my own frequent stops.

We had an amazing trip with our grandchildren and we all play pokemon and loved the fact that there is alot of pokestops and gyms

Awesome park..

This was an extremely fun park. First timers, summer 2018. Took an 11 yr old, 6 yr old and 2 yr old more than once because they enjoyed it so much. We didnt get to explore the lake or hike around because the play area was all they wanted to do. We did sit near a stream that lead to the lake while we ate snacks in the shade since the pavilion area was packed. It was nice, on site pottys worked fine. People were friendly.

Nice park, however flooding does occur after it rains, the childrens play area is newly built, there are pavilions and picnic areas, a public pool too.

IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE FORYSELF, MY WIFE, MY KIDS, AND MY FAMILY. ITS IN ALLENTOWN P.A. AND ITS FULL OF FUN FOR FAMILY AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ENJOY A GREAT SWIMMING POOL FOR ALL AGES, ITS A BLAST AND I WISH ATLANTIC CITY HAD OUTDOOR POOLS.

I visit the park every year doing the Arts Fest it is awesome all elements of hip-hop there

We’ve traveled to this park from Bethlehem. The playground is incredible! Possibly the largest in the Lehigh valley? There are always kids to play with and at times can get very crowded. The playground is amazing with lots of different climbing experiences which my son loves. There is also a video- game type game which is good for older kids. The park itself is also beautiful.

Love taking walks here. The new park is great too!

Big playground, good setup.

Yacos Hot Dog Resturant, you will not be sorry about visiting this establishment. It is located in Allentown Pa.I personally recommend the dog with the works, an order of perogies, and chocolate milk. Maybe 3 hot dogs if you are hungry. I have been going to this restaurant with my grandfather back in the 60s and on to present.

Went to the Arts Festival and we have awesome family time.

A great activity park. Lots of modern climbing and slide structures, and some sensory/puzzle stations. Nearby pool and basketball courts mean you have tons of options. Can get crowded when the weather is nice.
