A great family walk spot! Loads of things to interest little ones. The beautiful rose garden is full of color in the summer months. The water fixtures are beautiful and run alongside wide walkways that make social distancing easier. Know before you go: dogs are not permitted in the rose garden, but may walk along other areas of the park.

Great place for a photo shoot! Went with the family an honestly was a little reluctant, cause of the 40 some min drive. Soon as we turned to the rd it was on i was taking it all in, with the awesome homes that are all along the park an i mean some cool homes! Then the park was beautiful! If it were only roses at the rose gardens I would still give it five stars, however it is so much more than that! There is a Fitness trail, there are sculptures to enjoy, a reflecting pool, and a variety of species of other plants. Much of the walking trail is shaded. Now that weve moved down to Florida, we only get to visit there once or twice a year. I hope that people that live closer by make an effort to enjoy it far more frequently than that. It is a top destination for prom and wedding photos.

Ive been here several times in a professional capacity (as a photographer) and each time has been great! The gardens are beautiful and well kept and the atmosphere is relaxing. If youre looking for a location for a photo shoot I couldnt recommend the gardens enough!

Been a long time since we were here. Its so beautiful.

Very well maintained, nice views, luckily we went on a day with wonderful weather.

Paved pathways, a variety of roses and several arches, near the water, benches for resting and visiting with friends, path with exercise stops for fitness. One beautiful unique evergreen!

We come here religiously and always enjoy our walks. Beautiful place!

Just stunning. I arrived in late spring/summer, so the roses have started to die out, but its still pretty despite that. It also has a secondary garden dedicated to other flowers right by it, as well as a pond housing fish and allowing dragonflies to visit. Really, this is more of a nature area than a rose garden.

Rose bushes are not as large as before, but still am enjoyment smelling and looking at the rosesTheres also another hidden gem next to the rose garden most people dont think about and it is the flower garden with a water fountain and a well. This area is well taken care of️ Definitely worth the trip out here️ People love taken photos here for special events. Since its open to the public, its first come first serve. As of this post, no permits needed.

My grandson and new granddaughters-in - law wereMarried here. It was perfect.So nice there.

I absolutely love the Allentown Rose Garden and Cedar Creek Park. Both are so clean and well maintained. Always busy with lots of people riding bikes, walking, jogging, playing basketball and the huge park is great.

I go here very frequently in the early morning hours for some peace and quiet before starting the day. Its a very nice place with a variety of flowers in a big, clean park.

Roses were beautiful & going on a week day there were hardly any people. However, as to be expected there is not a lot of shade. A wonderful place to go with our 2yo for some pictures & exercise.

We happened upon this lovely garden on July 4 while we were waiting for fireworks to start. How beautiful and welcoming! Cedar Creek Park seems like a great place for families to relax!

The Allentown Rose Garden is a beautiful park area. All the many varieties of roses were in full bloom. It was so enjoyable to walk through the gardens and appreciate the sculptures.

A truly magnificent, beautiful, romantic rose garden that is well maintained. Did I mention its free to visit? Thats right, completely free! When you see the roses in bloom, its breathtaking. The smell of fresh roses as you walk by is amazing. The beautiful little ponds flowing from one to the next, gorgeous. Everything maintained perfectly. You can walk around, enjoy, relax, take your kids here, and even hold a marriage ceremony here. Go see this amazing place for the low low cost of free!

The environment is so awesome, very neat and clean but some facilities were not working.

One word : B E A U T I F U L !!!! I love coming here to enjoy all the floors and it’s just such great scenery️! I come here all the time to relieve stress from my kids back at the farm! The rose bushes here aren’t as big , nor some of them as vibrant but it doesn’t matter I love it ! Definitely recommend for weddings or instagram pics :)!

This park is absolutely beautiful! I just went there last week (in October) and there were still so many flowers in bloom! Its a wonderful place to take a walk.

They have a picnic area with grills and tables to eat. Theres a lot of grass and greenery areas. The walking trail has little areas that give you different exercise descriptions. They have a few ponds and one in particular we saw people inside actually enjoying the water to cool off.Now the actual rose garden area was just beautiful. The area was clean and not too crowded. The lawns were well maintained and you can tell they work hard to upkeep this section. They have statues throughout the garden and several places for you to sit and relax or just enjoy the scenery. This park/garden area is definitely a photographers dream.

Stopped at this park on the way home from a business trip. It was about 98 degrees out. The park is beautiful, well kept and full of different plants, trees and exercise equipment. It also has some nice sculptures scattered throughout.The rose garden is young but still nice looking. The traditional garden is beautiful and planted up nicely. I couldnt believe how beautiful and clear the Brook that runs through the park is.I am very happy that I stopped at this park.

Guided meditation in the Rose Garden was the event. A lovely setting as I relaxed next to beautiful rose bushes, in full bloom, sweet rose scents drifting by. A very nice place for meditation, yoga and reflection.

There are a surprising number of dogs, despite the No Dogs Allowed sign. My dog was very disappointed, because its hard to feel like a rebel when everyones doing it...

Allentown gets a bad reputation for obvious reasons, but it also has tons of wonderful gems from its days of glory. This is one of them. So are most of the parks including Cedar Beach and Trexler.

This garden is a must see. There area bike trails and fitness stations along the path. Very well kept, and the river is beautiful!

I have never been to this park, when the roses have blossomed. But the park is gorgeous and is so relaxing to be in. My picture is during a Ninja Concert by Mike Posner, which is why it is so busy. It is not usually this busy, it is usually empty and intimate.

There was a beautiful formal rose garden and many plants were in full bloom. Then as you follow the meandering path you come to a more rustic garden full of plants both known and unknown. I wish Id brought my camera with me!

One of the best places for photo sessions in the Lehigh Valley. The landscaping and Rose Gardens make for a picturesque setting. Plus there are running paths and a huge playground at Cedar Beach which is with walking distance.

This is an incredibly import place in Allentown. The Rose Gardens and surrounding parks are an amazing place for the community. The Lehigh River becomes a beautiful water feature as you walk, exercise, talk, play, and wander. The gardens are well kept. The art if beautiful.You could spend all day here and still come back again to relax.

Location is beautiful and clean. There are walking paths as well as numerous places to take beautiful photos and pictures. Great location for an outdoor wedding or just go for a nice walk or picnic. There is ample parking as well as a park for the kids.
