We feel safer here than any store or anywhere else. They are taking precautions and since people have an instinctive herd mentality, they all stay home so we pretty much have the place to ourselves. We joined Premier which was on sale, bought our tickets and popcorn in advance and when we came to the counter, were greeted on a first name basis, scanned my amc app for the tickets, were handed an oversized gift bag (see attached) with popcorn and butter and good to go. Felt like we had bought first class on an airline and were treated as such. Cant wait to go again.

I visit this AMC theater weekly... I like to go on Tuesdays because the movies are for $5 bucks a ticket. Staff is always nice the seats, theater floor, and bathrooms are always clean. Food tastes great (not like cardboard). You can ask for popcorn without salt and butter and they will make a new bag of popcorn just from your needs!

Horrible. As the movie began it turned off. Black screen. They turned it back on but than there was no sound and they fast forward the movie so far that they didnt even realize it and didnt know the sound was off. They had to start the movie over. Over all bad experience. Plus the movie was so bad. It sucked

Not complaining about this theater. This is about AMC. The website and the app took out the function for me to cancel the membership. In other words, I cannot cancel the membership, at all. If I dont hear from AMC about a solution of this abusive practice, Ill file an official complain.

Absolutely disgusting. Havent been here for years and boy has it gone downhill. The floors are covered in trash. We came to an early afternoon show, no reason for trash all over. $16 for one popcorn and one soda. Insanity. Very unfriendly staff. Arcade is taped off with crime scene tape. Areas of theater covered with black curtains to conceal storage. I will not be back. Appalling.

The concept of waiting in the same line to get tickets and concessions is counter productive at best. The moment someone orders something out of arms reach it holds the line up more and more. Why was the old way of getting tickets out front and entering to get your popcorn. Tonight I arrived for a 7:05 movie only to wait in line till 7:35. At that point you lost concessions sales because I had no time to make an order. AMC needs to think of the convenience of the customer not themselve. I will NOT return till this situation is addressed.

Went to see A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. Excellent movie. First time at this movie theater, very nice comfortable seating.

Arrived at the theater for the 1:10 showing of Men In Black International. The front staff were very pleasant. Environment nice and cool. Got into theater #1and was immediately hit with a stench of sweat and body odor. The theater was very warm compared to the rest of the theater area. Approached the manager about the same and was told the way things are going Im not sure. Ill get to the second floor when I can really unacceptable when you are paying for tickets, food and a cool space. Highly recommend another theater company. This customer service is horribleAddendum, to be fair he did make his way to lower the temp. Just too little too late

Terrible.. the popcorn machine was not working. I can not believe this movie theater has just one popcorn machine. Plus its Oct now an the a/c unit was turn on it was freezing cold inside. Thank goodness the movie was really good and my son enjoyed it as well... Management needs to step up

I can’t believe AMC is the theater I grew up going to for every movie. First, the high school kid couldn’t get the scanner to work to scan our tickets. Then we walk into the deserted theater to see drinks and popcorn littered all over the floor and audio but no picture. Then after speaking to said high schooler for 3 different times was informed that nothing starts til 4 minutes AFTER the movie start time. I will never attend this theater again!

I absolutely HATE that you can’t go to the snack bar without waiting in line for people buying tickets ! This is also a problem vice versa. The dumbest set up of all the theaters. There were five of us, we wanted snacks and drinks. We found our seats first, decided what we wanted and went back to snack bar. The line was backed up to the door. This is another reason people bring their own food and beverages in. Whoever thought of this should be fired.

It was hectic. The same line you wait for your ticket is the same line for the popcorn and beverages. We almost didnt make the movie on time. We missed all the previews. Need to organize it better. It was clean

The movie experience is fine with the average amenities. Theater was filthy though and theres no one out in the front area directing traffic which is sorely needed.

The theatre is in need of cleaning!!! The entrance doors are smeared with fingerprints, carpet is dirty, doors to bathroom have fingerprints again. Three bathroom sinks- only one is working!!! The worst is theatre 9 smells of an odor!!! Doors are dirty! Not a happy customer. I’m definitely not coming back AND it was freaking COLD!! I had to ask to turn on the heat. The theatre didn’t get close to warm until the end of the movie.

I saw a movie and it want crowded. Prices were fair. Facility itself is in need of some updating. Also, the parking lot is kind of hidden. You have to go through another plaza. It can be confusing if unfamiliar with the location.

This was the most ghetto theater I have gone to. A bunch of high school kids being loud through the whole movie. I even saw a fight in the theater before the movie even started. When we got there there was no hot food so u could only get candy, popcorn, or nachos. The lines were long and people that were buying tickets and food had to be on the same line. I will not be going back to this cinema again. I would not recommend. I gave it a 2 start and thats being generous.

Saw the movie IT 2! Was great. The foods are a bit pricey but it will last you through the whole movie and that says a lot since it was 3 hours long

Every time I go here (which is not often) Im reminded why this place sucks. Since ticket sales are at the concession stand and they only open half the positions, there are always long, slow lines to wait in even if youve pre-purchased tix. New Vision *much* better, plus has reclining seats which can b reserved on-line.

The movie was good. Too many previews shown before the feature film. They dont even staff the ticket both anymore. You have to buy your theater tickets where you get your over priced popcorn. $7.00 for a medium size popcorn!!

They need wider seats because Big and Tall also visit the movies and I was in between two of those and couldnt make a minimum movement. The popcorn and large soda $14.99 combo price that is outrageous and ridiculous. So, please, for movies like Jumanji place them in larger teathers, it was a great Movie but the place was a nightmare. Also do kids combos, you might sell more at $4.99 than 2 or 3 of those $15 dollar ones.

I have been coming to the theatre with my kids since there were babies and now they are grown and we still love this theatre till this day, when we went in the theatre it had just been cleaned there cleaning people which were very friendly to us and wanted to make sure it was clean so we would experience any issues! Me and my family will continue to support and show our love for our favorite spot for our flicks !

Line was like a mile long, but it moved pretty fast.

This was 1st time going to this theater since going deaf in 2014. I purchased 2 adult and 1 child tickets online earlier today for a 4.10 pm showing of Frozen 2. We chose this theater because it offered closed captioning now when I get to the theater it has all changed theres no box office theres nobody standing around who works there tell you anything just the concession counter. Everybody walks in and gets in line. So we go to the Counter to get popcorn and a soda. There is no information anywhere stating if you need a closed caption reader you get it at the concession counter. Next we go to where you show the person your tickets or your phone because I purchased the tickets online. I ask the kid about the reader, he has no clue. He tells me just go back there and ask someone, as he points back towards lobby. I go back and thats where I see that there is no more box office or anyone to ask questions of. so I rudely went up to a counter where other people were patiently waiting to place their order and I see a guy with a shirt thats different than everyone elses and ask about a reader for closed captioning. The response, Oh hold on, I have to get that. Next I show the guy the receipt on phone for tickets and he goes ok here you go . Thats it. I said its all set? Response, Yes. Ok, so I walk back to viewing room 1 where Frozen 2 is showing and nothing happens on this viewer. I then spent 10 minutes going back n forth to a worker to find out how this reader works. Once I got it working myself, it worked well. But no thanks to the employees. It was myself using my phone flashlight to see there is a on/ off switch on side of device and 3 buttons underneath device to program which viewing room your in and verify . I see nothing has changed this theater even though its no longer called Carmike its called AMC has not changed. The almighty dollar works the best. Obviously you dont want the disabled at your theater for if you did, you would have put up some type of signs or something to let disabled people know whats what. Instead, you put in a arcade, put up tables and chairs and no longer employ somebody to sell the box office tickets and you have no one saying Hello, welcome to Amc can I help you with anything. Thanks a lot AMC, I will not be returning to your facility. You can tell the disabled are clearly not welcome .

Everything was fine, typical theater expensive food. Went earlier in the day on a Friday, wasnt crowded, almost empty. Looks a little run down in places, but screen and seats were good. Not located near me, or wouldnt have a problem going there again.

When there are security guards with firearms, and POS kids taking pictures and talking the whole time, you know to never come again. We got our money back because there is no curtesy at this place.

I must share But first I want to say I really like this movie theater. I hope that they really pay attention and fix these problems1.. Soda dispensers are really dirty. The back splash looks like it hasnt been wiped down in a while. If you peek up at the nozzle thats really dirty too. I wonder how much build up is behind that Not good! Bacteria is breeding up there.2..The butter dispenser is also dirty You can see the build up on that too.It also RIGHT next to the soda machine vents That are full of dust ,dirt and dried up butter.They really need to focus on keeping these things up to par. Someone can really become sickManagement pls. Fix this!!

Comfy seats, good a/v quality. concession prices very high but to be expected at a cinema nowadays, sadly. staff at concessions could be a but cheerier and attentive but overall a good experience and we will continue to go there

Chairs were comfort but odd how police were present inside. There were no names of movies above screens so some got confused as to what screen they were going in. The scanner also didnt work so I didnt get my credit on my app.

The place is kind of a mess but Jalen(one of the employees) was really nice.

I mean its a movie theater so it obviously does what its supposed to do, but the last time I went, it was sort of disgusting... There was popcorn all over the floor by the place you buy tickets, I understand some popcorn, its a movie theater so obviously, but it was pretty gross, like it had obviously been there all day just getting dirtier and dirtier. It was a Sunday night I think so maybe it had been a busy day, but I was pretty grossed out. Didnt seem like enough people were working to be able to clean it up. Not gonna lie Ill still probably go back of I need to, because... I guess whatever, its a movie, Ill just stay away from the gross area, but Id imagine that would turn some people away.

Nice theater ,but just a theater.....take your own stuff with you 15.95 for a combo large coke / large popcorn ...2 adults 2 children (6 and 7) 40.00 plus should been 8.00 may end up being 17 .00 dollars if you do the group self picture booth swipe your card then wait ,that is why I said may into 17.00 dollars so end of the night total with our two granddaughters will be either 64.00 or if hit for the extra swipes 73.00 for the night out and didnt have dinner worth it maybe not! But to see my granddaughters watching The Grinch stole Christmas / priceless!

Place is filthy! Prices for food are insane!!! Went with friends to see a movie. This is why I wait till DVD or bootleg. Or some other means. The staff is understaffed and overwhelmed. Bet AMC is paying them minimum wage and treat them awful. Hire more staff to cover the huge crowds. Not a good experience!

The worst possible theater. Almost every auditorium has sound issue. The sound systems are from stone age and sound pathetic. Its better to reduce the number of screens but provide state of the art moving going experience. Its better to watch movies at home rather than going to this place. Avoid at all cost. I am also not sure whats up with movie goers. Absolutely no civic sense. Please have consideration and keep the public places clean.

Pathetic waste of property. Instead of charging $40 for 2 people maybe closing it down might be better. Half the property is closed off anymore . Its kind of upsetting thinking back in the day you had to be at the movies to be cool this place was always packed. Now as soon as you come in the place where you used to wait in line forever to buy tickets and possibly be lucky enough to get a poster is now empty booth with table for 2 people to sit and eat... Honestly such a disappoinment that building doesnt deserve to have to be used like this . Also I think only 2 people work there. So sad.

Run away as fast as you can. This theater has gone down hill majorly in the past year. Lets start with the experience as you walk through the door. The place looks like a nornal theatre. At times the place is packed (especially on a Tuesday). There are both regular and priority lines. Even when in the priority lines it still takes forever to get food, popcorn, and drinks. Lets move on to the at the ticket stub taker. Well we have A LIST (that required the ticket taker to look at the ID of the person who is trying to get into the movie). 98% of the time they do not check the ID. On some nights like Wednesday and Thursday they often do not have a ticket taker... If I wanted I could probably walk in the door and just go back to whatever movie I want. I do not need to do this as I do pay for the A LIST and get 3 movies a week. Okay now lets get on to walking in the hallway after the ticket taker. The hall way is dirty, carpets need cleaned bad, and there is an odd smell (almost musty) everywhere. In the actual theater the screens are dirty and you can see blots where there is something that needs cleaned on the screen itself. The musty smell is either stuck in my nostrals or it is in every theater. We see a lot of movies so we have been in most auditoriums. Often there are problems with the projectors and you can see pixles that are stuck on a particular color. Sometimes the screen does not fully come out (black shadows on the side of the screen). Lets move on to management. You tell the manager or any staff member there is a problem and it never gets fixed or looked at. Managment is rude and nasty. Often when the heat kicks on it will be so loud that it will be heard over the movie itself. The auditorium is not cleaned well. I have been in there with my partner and we are the only ones in the particular movie. Popcorn everywhere and soda cups just sitting around. There are many seats that looked like they had poop stains on them. This was very noticable. We were in the same auditorium 3 weeks later for another movie and the same seats had the same look. This place either needs condemned or remodeling. Since it is deemed a classic AMC probably nothing will be changed. This place was kept better when it was a Carmike ( oh and they had better deals in popcorn and drinks on some days). Oh yah and half the time the popcorn is old and stale so do not waste your money.

There is ZERO chance that I see another movie here. The other AMCs in the area, yes. Here, I walked for a 10pm show and it looked like there had been a music festival, in the lobby, earlier in the day. Trash piled up all over. Trash scattered throughout the rest of the building. I only saw 5 people working plus 2 security guards, so the lines were wrapped around the room. Bathroom was disgusting, plus no toilet paper or paper to dry my hands. It was HOT in the theater. And 25% of the audience in my theater talked non-stop, with no ushers to ask them to stop. Nope. Never again.

Nice and quiet that the movie seen was enjoyable. I personally like going to the movies on Sunday thru Thursday. The Best of Enemies was a educational movie based on a true story

Went to the Avengers Endgame Saturday at 6pm show. I was absolutely appalled at the condition of the lobby. Standing in the line was to be expected (actually it was no longer than normal). However the closer I got to purchase my ticket the worse it got. Cup lids all over the floor at the butter station next to the Coke machine. Popcorn allover the floor in the same area. Boxes of what i guess were snack bar supplies piled against the front window. Empty lid dispensers and soda spilled everywhere. I would like to say that someone took some initiative and cleaned up a bit , but that would be a lie. If I was manager at this theater I would be embarrassed to say the least. I always preferred this theatre to others but now I am glad did not join the stubs program.

Worst experience both at the theature, as well as trying to contact them. The employees knew that minors snuck into our R rated movie, but didnt bother kicking them out, and these kids sat next to us and had a conversation and laughed out loud, the entire time. My whole party left the joint fuming over it, and I was told by the exact employee that knew of these kids to contact online.Did that, got a generic robot response. Tried online live chat. Same thing.Tried calling the actual theature several times. Cant get a hold of anybody.I will now drive 30 minuets away, just to give my money to another movies before I ever step foot in an AMC ever again.

Give them an A for effort. They try to modernize it but as soon as you walk in the first door it feels like an old middle school. Seats were okay when it comes to comfort. I like the stadium seating, thats a nice touch. But as soon as we walked out after the movie I smelled weed. A business is only as good as its clients and if they attract those who suck at life so much to spend their days in a stoned stuper, then they need to take steps to prevent such behavior on their property.

This place is Big. The service is Awesome very nice place. I loved it All next to a Mall.

Great theater, I would recommend adding hours of operation to the listing, the movie I want to see starts at noon and its now 11am and the doors are still locked. The lobby is dark and dreary. This place was much nicer when it was Carmike, I think AMC brought down the value of the place.

This is an older movie theater. Our first time there. Great senior rates on the movie. We were in #16 and there was a very strong mildew odor. Sad... It would be a 4 star but because of the smell, I need to do a 2.

What’s the point of pre purchasing tickets to stand in a 35 minute line to buy popcorn where everyone is buying there movie and popcorn tickets anyway. There must be some genius that figured this out. Makes absolutely no sense

Overall it was a good experience but not worth the price. We were however disappointed with the clerk at the ticket counter. It was not until the bill was paid that he offered some advice. We purchased 2 small sodas at $6 apiece and 1 small popcorn for $8 fur grandchildren ages 4 and 6. We paid a ridiculous amount of $20. As we were walking away from the counter he then shared that a kids package was available for $7 . I wish this info was offered at the time of the transaction. 2 additional sodas , 1 more small popcorn, 2 kid tickets, and 2 senior tickets brought the bill to $72! What an absurd amount just to watch a kids movie.

If I could give it a half a star I would. Buy your tickets at the register where you get your food. Bought my tickets online and was hoping for some butter soaked salty goodness (popcorn) and it is impossible to get food at avengers movie because the line goes out the movie theatre. Worst movie theatre ever. A zoo (literally).
