Great little beach! But not enough parking. Hence the only 4 stars.

Nice area but beach could use some tending to. Close to road, so be prepared for noise and car honks! Roped in areas for shallow and deep with lifeguard on duty during the day. Good changing/bath rooms!

Beautiful and clean well-kept Beach

Clean water, large swimming area,Con: lots of zebra mussel shells can be sharp, water shoes might be nice, but we had fun without them.

In the mid-1970s, this beach had a very handsome and humble lifeguard, 3 meter tower and 1 meter springboard. Still some of the nicest sand and water in the area.

Took my 3, young children here to cool off on a Monday afternoon. No lifeguard on duty, which is fine because I watch them. So many weeds and dead fish on the shore. Smelled pretty fishy, which isnt that big of a deal. The thing I did find disappointing though, were the swearing teenagers, smokers sitting in their cars using it as a rest stop, and there was a lot of garbage in the sand. The kids still had fun hunting for shells, which was all that really matters.

Go when it is calm or an east wind. Then no sea weeds. life guards on duty

This place is great for vacations we went on July 4th didnt catch any fish we had to go to a separate site to catch fish because due to all the boats on the lake still very nice peaceful everybody there was very nice the house that we slept in was very nice kept very clean no bugs nothing like that theres a gas station right up the street everything else is about 40 minutes away which is actually pretty nice cuz youre getting out of the city and just enjoying nature

Good place to launch your boat, or drive on to place your fish house..

Good place to swim and hangout

We went in the evening. No lifeguards. But was just my family and a friends family. It was nice and quiet. A great relaxing time at the beach.

The beach could be cleaned a little better

Has Rest Room Facilities, but the Beach itself is basically a mix of gravel and Rock
