$600 all included, quiet, nice pads! A lot of places have an age limit on their park, and won’t even look at your trailer before deciding wether or not to let you in! But this man is very fare and will let you in as long as your trailer or Rv is in good shape!! Very nice!

I lived here for about 2 years. It was a very pleasant experience. Very peaceful at all times. Maitnence workers keep the property in excellent condition. Kahn was absolutely amazing!! Easily one of the best landlords I’ve ever had. Thank you guys keep up the great work!!

Close to Albuquerque. Khan was very pleasant. $45 a night and didnt offer Goid Sam discount he said it was too close to balloon fiesta. We were there 3 days before it began. Its just a parking lot. Ugly and on two busy roads. Didnt sleep either night.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tried making a reservation online and after hitting submit a screen popped up that said I would get a confirmation email. I never received an email, so I emailed the RV park. They responded and told me to check my email inbox. Obviously I did that, and also checked my junk folder. Replied to them that I never received an email, and they never responded. I called and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that I dont know how to check my email, because theyve sent several. I told him I havent received any, asked him to confirm the email address they are sending it to, and he just told me we dont have any spaces available that day anyway, so it doesnt matter and hung up on me. At this point, even if they did have spaces available, I wouldnt stay there. Im a little concerned because they take your credit card information upon making the reservation, and now Im afraid with how rude he was that my information could be compromised. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.EDIT***I can only assume that the owner read my review, because I got a lovely email (NOT) from him this morning. It reads “Miss Trash You Are an F... LAIR...&...Stupid...BThis e-mail is the proof.”He then attached an forwarded version of an email that was sent to me, but I never received. I checked my junk folder as well as my inbox, and searched for a confirmation email from the company.I’ll be changing my debit card information now, because this individual still has it and I don’t trust them. Any business who calls their potential customers names for simply asking to be sent a confirmation email is not a business anyone should support!I did respond to his email, it reads:“I’ll be sure to let everyone know not to stay at your park. I can only imagine how your customer service is when it’s actually needed. Also, calling your customers names and cussing at them is SUPER classy...We will take our money elsewhere, shred our payment information.Maybe try not putting the word spam in your subject line, my email rejected it. I never received it from you. Based on your other google reviews, I’m not the only person you’ve treated this way.Email me again with more harassment, and I will report you. ”

Incredibly rude! I called to see if they had any open RV spots and the person that answered said, “For when? Last week? 6 months ago? Last year?”He didn’t even give a chance to say when I was needing it. Would NOT recommend especially when there are several to choose from in the Albuquerque area.

We called in advance before leaving Colorado to get here about availability. The guy said they had space for a monthly rental. We checked the website and everything before coming here to see that it was pet friendly and kids. Their website did not mention their child limit of 2 and he didnt on the phone either. You have to pay almost a $100 per additional child per month, thats ridiculous. Also they need to reflect that on their website. Now we are having to boondock till morning so we can find another rv park. Its very frustrating they dont list all their rules and limitations on their website, the guy could also have told us that when we called. He just didnt care and told us no exceptions. It should let us choose 0 stars.

Our experience here was great I have to say this is the best rv place we stayed at. We sold our house and instead of staying at apartments me and my family decided to stay at a rv place on our fifth wheel. First we stayed at other rv places because it was a five star but I got to say we did not like it then we moved to ballin view RV park and I have to say really friendly people, clean and very quite you will not regret staying here on of the best here in Albuquerque.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!They say they have a good sam discount. They refused to give it to o me. THEy say they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Outdoor pool was covered and dirty. INDoor Pool had no water. Asked for refund because no Pool. Owner got in my face and told me no. I felt threatened. Had to leave for my own safety. As I was hooking up to leave they kept driving by my RV. Super scary!!! Do not stay here!!!!

Came to visit my son in law and had a great time, very clean facilities, if you want to see balloon fiesta this is the place to be I highly recommend this place

No one answered the phone and when we got there in the middle of the day no one was in the office and there was no note on the door saying when they would return.

Went to visit my cousin and I found a quiet neighborhood. It has more of a country feeling then city.

I love the HOT AIR BALLOONS There is nothing like them, its so beautiful, & peaceful.

Sparce, not cheap. Sort of a shabby neighborhood. No landscaping to speak of. Good for seeing the balloons in oct, but the price goes way up. A coach caught fire and burned to total loss recently.

Called to see about a spot. Man who answered was very rude. We are a large full time, home schooling family. In a very condescending tone he stated That I needed to take my kids to a trailer park because this isnt the Wild West. When I expressed how rude I felt that was he told me he has 9 kids and knows better then to have them in an rv. Well my kids are well behaved. I wouldnt want to stay there even if I have two kids. Who knows what this man would come up with. Would have given less stars but he did answer the phone so that has to be worth something. A simple no we have size limits would have been fine. By the way that limit is two kids per family.

This is a great place to live has lots of amenities and everybody stage their self. Its very clean. The swimming pools are always running. If you want to exercise theres also a Ggm.

Visiting friends, everything was Very clean

We have been staying here for a couple of months now while doing a job. I dont know why people give this park a bad review, honestly. The people are nice and informative. The management pretty much leaves you alone to do your thing as long as your thing isnt bothering anyone else. Keep your pets on a leash and pick up after them and all is well. Even the maintenance men that maintain the park are polite, friendly and helpful. Almost all of the lots are pull through. The utilities are set up very nice and each one has a concrete patio with a light shared between two spaces. Its not paved, but they have amenities at the clubhouse and just pretty much expect everyone to be adults and handle their own business, We will leave here soon, but will certainly come back if we are in Albuquerque again -- no hesitations! Great TV, internet isnt bad, close to so many things, water is good with nice pressure. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you!

The management team was extremely helpful when we arrived at the park with determining a long term location for our 43 foot coach. To maximize the use of Albuquerques weather, Khan allowed us to move around until a spot could be found that provided shade and fit our other needs. Yes, the park is gravel and thats okay with us because this is the desert. The office is open whenever weve needed to speak to management, often before and after published office hours. The park is maintained and the maintenance team is on the spot to repair issues and keeping things orderly.The park is a very quiet park and well located to downtown, shopping, and the balloon park. Balloons regularly fly over the park and are a delight to watch as they move across the sky.The only drawback from our perspective is that some of the parks residents do not follow the parks rules regarding pets. Come on people, get with the program!

I cannot even rate this place its so bad. One star is really not what they are worth. I had a reservation in October 2017 for the Balloon Festival. I called up there 4 months before my reservation and talked to Jose on 6/13. I told him that I had just been diagnosed with cancer and I would need to cancel my appointment because I was going to need to get treatment. I asked him due to the circumstances if they would be willing to refund my money so I may use it for treatment. His only answer is that we agreed to the no refund policy and pretty much tough luck. Wow, what a compassionate company. I hope that Balloon View Homes RV Park choke on the $204.00 that they are unwilling to give back to me. I see some bad Karma coming back on them. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM AN BUSINESS!!

Ive been here for 5yrs. An its been very nice an quiet at night. Every one very helpful an very kind..they got a clean pool, weight room, an clean showers... Can see da balloons go up very close...come by an visit....

It was relitivly clean. The Tennants were nice and friendly. It was quiet no loud music or noises. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Filthy disgusting bathrooms that they screw the doors open for whatever reason. The laundry room had people shooting up heroin all night and they leave their needles, the pool is conveniently never open, smelly middle Eastern aura all around. They need to get rid of the rude manager and put Julio in charge because he is the only asset that place has. I wouldnt my cattle to graze that filthy land.

This place is a disaster. Stayed one night during Labor Day Weekend, 2018. Owner whose name is or sounds like Kahn was difficult to understand when making our reservation and was very unfriendly when we arrived. With the exception of Balloon Festival this place appears to have few transient campers. The bathroom facility is a long, long, long walk from camp sites. When you finally near the bathroom door you are greeted by two large and unfriendly dogs which if they were able to break thru the wire fence would probably inflict serious bodily harm on you and your family. Mens room had one shower with low door that offered little privacy. Went to use bathroom at 7:30 in the morning only to learn that Kahn locks the bathrooms at night and the office doesnt open until 9 a.m. Outside pool was locked and judging by dust on cover hasnt been open in quite a while. Gravel camping spaces are tiny and unlevel. No picnic tables or fire pit. There wouldnt be room. TV connection at site was out of order. Weve RVed for years and this is one of the worst places we have ever encountered. We are long time members of Good Sam and I was shocked to see their logo on their door. I am also contacting GS to file a report.

No thanks; whoever answered phone had food in his mouth with a horrible slurring, making it difficult to understand. After his unintelligible answer to my 3rd attempt to find out if they provided cable... The Balloon View RV park just lost a potential customer & out of town visitors . Instead of a yes or no, he mumbled something & hung up! Minimum wage? Still expect better!

We came in and stayed an hour. Our neighbors were hoarders and it looked as if it were a homeless camp. Electrical cords were hooked up everywhere from rog to rig. Tje sewer was broken and we could not connect. The water connection was below ground in a spider infested enclosure. They raked the trash from our spot but it was not to our standards. They refunded us. They were nice about it. I guess they have good monthly rates. Just not for us.

Called by phone to get rates. Got call back and received RUDE response difficult to understand. Then heard abrupt hangup. Looking at other reviews I would consider this RUDE encounter a strong signal to go elsewhere.

I very much enjoy this park, the staff is very friendly and attentive to all the needs of its residents. The park it self maintains a cleanliness that is superb, the maintinence staff is always keeping the park very clean and quiet during quiet hours, they are also pet friendly which can not be beat. The cost for the space you get is great,They offer washers and dryers, workout facility and cludhouse showers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A great place to live !

RV Spots are really close together but the rent is very reasonable and generally speaking the park is kept very clean. (The wind will blow garbage in but thats Albuquerque). Managers are very nice. Kid freindly.

I filled out a reservation form but left off my credit card info since my browser sirens went off about their website being insecure. I told them Id be happy to give the numbers to them over the phone. Apparently there is no flexibility in that area because I never heard from them.

A large gravel parking lot. WIFI is shared amongst dozens of users therefore rather useless unless you are near the source. Mostly full timers. To say that the proprietor is lacking in social skills is an understatement. OK place to stay but would advise heading elsewhere if you are only staying for a night or two.

The RV park should not really be called a park. It is all dirt with no grass and almost no trees. Water goes out all the time. The office says its open 9 to 5 but just about 75% of that time it is still closed. The main owner who works in the office is never there, if he is he will never say hi or even be nice. He is rude and will act as if he is to good to talk with anyone. The pools are never opened in the summer when they should be. If you need Wifi you have to go to the office and get a password but good luck cause the office is never opened.

I stayed on this camp and i wouldnt recommend anyone else staying here firstly the front bathroom/showerhouse is filthy and the doors to the men and womens room are nailed permanently open so theres no privacy and the mens room open door points right towards the office also the camp itself is unsafe police constantly make drive arounds on the camp looking for crime and while i was staying there police actually had a standoff with one trailer so apart from being filthy and unsafe the owner is very rude he treat us with no respect he wouldnt give you a receipt unless asked specifically and seemed put out when you did ask. Also the door to the fitness center is permanently locked upon coming in he told me they had a fully capable and working fitness center, this was a lie. All in all there are more options for camps that are much nicer ,cleaner, safer and more hospitable to customers i would spend your money somewhere else

Received phone call the next morning from a man with a thick accent; when I could not understand him, I ask him to repeat. He responded REALLY and hung up. I emailed the park to see if my reservation was made. I received a reply Check your box I sent another email stating that I had received no email from the park and had received a call that I could not understand. I received another email which stated, when you receive a phone call pay attention. And treat people the way you want to be treated... UNBELIEVABLE!!! The park will not answer the phone. I will NOT be staying here!!! If I am treated this way electronically and on the phone, how would the treatment be in person?? Horrible!! This man has no manners and is rude!!

I lived here for two years and the manager. Not the owner the manager Kahn. Is the worst person I know. Always trying to raise rent for no good reason. The maintenance guy actually sent my son home crying one time then tried blaming it on something else. This place is a complete joke.
