Actually if there was an option to not even have to pick a star I would rate living in that community a ZERO the owners are money hungry, and the management is lazy or basically none existent because the so called manager/caretaker tried to charge renters for fixing or working on property/mobile homes rented out... Basically its all a scam in my opinion and I will admit a lot of other who live there or have lived/rented there in the past will definitely agree %

The managers of the mobil home park are ripoffs, they will rip u off blind, and the owners of the Mobil home park are even worse! The owners are money hungry. Someone or somebody needs to put a stop from these evil ppl.. Their rules are outrageous!They will get what is.coming to them!K A R M A!!!!! LMFAO

The owners are great people n are kind n patient even with difficult tenants. They always work hard n are very caring. It is no secret that they are divorced but have been partners running this place together for thirty plus years as a team.

This mobile home park and one across the street on Fourth Street are owned by Boyde and Carmen Mayzer. Theyre a very greedy and underhanded, divorced couple whos first and only concern is lining there pockets and padding theyre bank accounts. Theyre in violation of many laws, from city codes for trailer parks, county laws, state and federal fair housing, tax and NM Landlord Tenant Act, and are or have been sued several times by their residents and former caretakers. My fiance and I had the misfortune of living and working at this park. I would warn anyone not to have financial dealings with these people. We also intend to sue for back wages and several other things. These folks seem to either be completely ignorant of the laws or simply feel that they dont apply to them. Never work for, rent or buy a trailer from these scammers!
