Its a very good place to live

People are very racist. Park rules no weeds no more than 2 cars no trailers, rv’s no clutter and so many do some or all! Very ready to leave and be careful what race you are coming to this place! DONT DO! Only certain ppl are allowed to do everything we’re not suppose to

Place has really gone down. I lived there over 23 years ago. It was well a nice place then.

Best view during Balloon Fiesta, it dosent get better then seeing the different balloons every morning n the fireworks at night

Tons of drug activity all day and especially all night. Its extremely dangerous due to drugs and alcohol. Some kids will get into alot of trouble durning school breaks so its better when school starts the maun problem is the drug/alcohol abuse. Tons of Vehicles drive around during the day and nigh. Dangerous mobile home park.

I do not recommend anyone live here! This is the worst place to live in. The experience was horrible.The manager and maintenance people love to harass people, even worse if youre hispanic.Living here is a nightmare.Do not even consider this place.

Everyone keep an eye on your deposit its been almost 3months and I havent got my $200 deposit back...keep proof of your lease whenever you leave the place you can proof you paid a deposit.
