This place constantly turns the water off, with no notice. Me and my family have been here for 4yrs and there has been over 10 new managers and each one tries to undo any previous managers doings. Not professional at all, this new management seems to be the only one who has the right idea and is making things change for the better.

It was good like a normal day.

I would not stay there theres a bunch of drug activity going on there

Great management and quiet clean Park kid friendly pet friendly background checks are performed so you can rest easy about your neighbors Cory the manager is a wonderful manager always right there to answer my question and always quick to give a reply the corporate office runs out of Provo Utah but the corporate owner is here every week to check on his property I dont know anywhere else in Albuquerque where youre going to find that kind of dedication we rented a home for seven years dished out over $100,000 and then were told were selling your home we are now in a beautiful used double-wide with a five-year lease option to buy which we plan on doing I would recommend Wyoming Terrace and Wyoming Plaza to anyone looking to be in their own home around good people

Lots are way over priced ,theres always gunshots ,police always being called here or swat ,lots of robberies and break ins .the landscaping here is terrible they are always raising the rent for spaces its now at 560 a month compared to four hills mobile home park wich has all the amenities that this place does not and their rent space is 470 a month .this place is terrible .the space here should only be 350 a month lol

Had a good visit with a friend but could use some maintenance around the park

I dont live here in Albuquerque, but I have family who I visit. This place is alright coming down from Az. I dont know any places besides this Mobile homes.

I visited this community and I had a very nice time here. The office staff is very helpful and are becoming more and more attentive of the needs of the residents in the community. I think sometimes people and places get a bad rep because of ones wrong doing however I did not judge the book by its cover and really got to know Martha in the office and James as well as the maintenance crew. I watched them work their butts off trying to improve the community. Heck if they can work into the night and in the rain I know they are great! It really shows the true care and compassion for all of the residents. Thumbs up to you guys for all of your hard work.

I live here an we own a few homes in this park an we have had nothing but problems. I have had both homes broken into a few times stole every thing the 3times they broke in. They dont give you titles for ever still waiting for 2 so you cant get home owners insurance or anything like that. Now they broke in to our cars. Worst place to live. Time to sell

I moved here from Socorro, I made kinda a quick decision to purchase a mobile home here in this park. Ive been here 2 years and Ive seen managers come n go. Wyoming Terrace still hasnt changed my name on the property, they continue to charge me for a late fee when I have all my receipts with the date on the first. They continue to say that I have some kinda charge since 08/2017 that keeps acumulateing every month. There is tweeker/crackheads walking around all night long. There are stray dogs every where. What this place needs is a strong management team that is on it. Im selling my mobile home, time to leave this hood.

Seemed ok was quite and not super trashy. Not well lit and speed bumps of death.

There is no one in the office for almost three weeks unable to turn on utilities. The rent is the highest in town and I cant even get my paperwork to get utilities. The pools are condemned also

Worst place ever to live in, high rent, they overcharge you for water, sewage and charge you for recycling which they dont have. Dont move here stay where you are living now.

They feel the need to charge you for everything!! Even if its their own mistakes, I mean how many times can I pay for late trash/recycling fees. Sheesh....

My only concern is having one entrance in and out of the place cause they have the other side locked up with a chain and lock. What if there is a fire and people cant get out or the fire truck cant get in because they have the gates locked. Did they think of that? I shouldnt have to wait in a long line just to leave the park. Not happy! They need to rethink what they are doing....

This place rips people off . They present hat they will help Pay to move your mobile and set it up in their lot. They take advantage of the underservedand elderly. They do not keep true to their promises. They hire contractors that are thieves as well. It’s been 3 months moved in and I still have no gas and barely had the light put on 3 weeks ago. They promised skirting as they damage mine during the move. Nothing has been done. I had to remove trash left from th previous residence that moved out. This place don’t care about its people. They skate by collecting monthly rent with out putting a cent back into the property. The managers are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing or should I say care what happens. If there was a half star available to chose I wouldn’t even rank at that . What I can say is they messed with the wrong person as abq code enforcement has been given a nice call . Also the BBB and Albuquerque renters rights must also be called on these slumlords wanna be professional thieves. Shame on the management company that endorses this property . Shame on management and all the worthless employees they have.

Only gave one star so I can post, this place is rediculous. The management staff keep changing, and they dont even do their job, I moved in couple years ago and changed everything to my name but yet the management didnt put my paperwork in the database, so here I am again filling out the paperwork just for them to loose it all again. The maintenance people are a big joke dont do anything but drive around on the golf cart. There are alot of loose dogs, but yet they dont do a thing about it. This place is not worth living in, outrageous rent for such a small space, and in order to move my trailer they r asking for twice the rent to move it which tells me they are just money hungry. Wouldnt recommend

Going on 3 years living at this location. Things that needs to change is there is alot of maintaince thst needs to be done. Knowing how much rent is paid each month. Better park equiment for children and life guard for the pools. To many kids not enough adults.

It is too expensive to live there. Clients are move out there is no individual water meter per client. There is no city to wast to pick up our trash. The trash is pick up on time. They are always barbering for with foreigner to the work. They can not finish building the fence where the dumpster site is at. Because fence on the Trumbull side of the street. There is lots of crime of all kinds. Lots of bad management. There people who live there who are some of the crime only to find client stolen items at the flea market. There has been elderly client who have hard time getting around watch their get stolen because the people rubbing their place are to old to do anything. There has been management personal as well their own associates stealing from former client homes. They raise their rent every year to trap you in their trailer park. There are clients that are paying over thousands dollars a month and getting a yearly increase on their rent. This not a good place to live.

It is terrible last year they placed dumpsters in front of your home if you wanted to move your mobile home and they charge you gor everything they tow your cars even if its parked on your property

Management and the owner are crooks. A friend of mine lived there. He tired to move out and they block his mobile home with a dump truck and made him pay $500 just to move the dump truck. Place is all dirty some mobile homes are all destroyed dont live here.

This is a horrible horrible trailer park right in the middle of all the choas of ABQ. The trailers are run down the lot rent is rediculas, not to mention the manager approached me with a gun!!

Disgusting mobile home park this is the ghetto of all ghettos! So many cats running around it looks like little Tijuana! This place should be shut down by the health department! City should step in and close this disgusting place! I hope the city will do something about this place!

This place is a rip off. They will charge you $1500 just for leaving the lot with your mobile home. Thats 3 times the monthly rate. RIP OFFS! STAY AWAY!!!!!
