Rebecca at the front and staff is very sweet and friendly! Large spots easy back in! You did hear a faint train in the early morning hours. I thought it gave it more of a small town feel! If you like this review please click like and check out our other reviews as we travel our beautiful country!

I stopped by to see the property and see what kind of neighborhood it was. I’m currently in the process of downsizing and converting to full time RV living, so I’m looking for the best situation. The lady working the front desk was very condescending. I had a very simple question about why I needed my RV with me to rent a spot. She replied “because that’s how we do it.” In a very snarky manner and then proceeds to turn to another customer and laugh about it. I understand some places inspect the vehicles beforehand, and I get it. What I will not tolerate is being talked to like I’m 5 years old. If you can’t take the ten seconds it takes to give me a real reason, the I dang sure won’t spend my money with you. I own my house here in town and my RV is in storage. I will not go through all the trouble of getting it out and hauling a 35 foot trailer all over town without even knowing if a spot is available. I may be younger than most of the RV tenants, but my money is just as green and will be spent elsewhere. There are a ton of RV parks around here.

Nice. Really nice laundry and office. Very fair price. Wish they had more covered sites. Also dont like that cannot make reservations-first.f come first serve.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice. The site was nice but hookups r to close. The one star is due to the dogs barking ALL NIGHT and people yelling telling them to be quite. This went on for the 2 nights we stayed. Also something needs to be done about the birds

Its required info, needed to rent from them, was a bit excessive.

I really liked this place. People were friendly and happy to help. Large lots so you are not in your neighbor’s lap. Clean laundry with LOTS of machines. Roomy and nice bathrooms and showers. We’ll be back!

We have our toilet backing up in kitchen sink and we are told to wait til Monday to fix it. 3 bikes stolen from here. Neighbors also fighting and having cops over there all the time. Only good this is it is cheap.

We drive a 36 ft Pace Arrow pulling a Jeep Wrangler. Parking for both was great. Awesome club house with pool and swimming pool too. The internet would not connect to my DirectTV receiver. The staff was friendly and the price was perfect. We stayed a month at $300 plus electric. Free cable, water and wifi. Restrooms and showers are kept very clean. Close to our gym, Anytime Fitness and tons of restaurants. Wal-Mart is behind it. Highly recommend this place.

Always clean and welcoming. Hours are fairly limited for the clubhouse and pool that only downside to this park.

Basically a mobile home park with RV spots. Nothing to look at, somewhat dirty spots, much nicer around the main building. Nice pool.

Refused to let us charge an electric vehicle, despite us offering to pay for the space for the whole night. When we explained that we might be stranded if they wouldnt let us charge, the lady seemed very happy to turn us away.

Weve been on the road for about 3 weeks. This is the best place we have found so far! It is reasonably priced, very well maintained, with all the amenities one could desire. The staff was very kind and helpful, I highly recommend it to anyone needing a space for a nite, week, etc.

I loved living here. It was quiet and clean. Pat and Ginnifer are a credit to their profession and were very courteous and accommodating. The screening process for living on the property was heavily scrutinized and discouraged the local riff-raff from living here. I recommend living here.

Courteous, efficient staff,well-maintained park, nice spaces, huge, clean laundromat, large, clean showers, olumpic-size swimming pool (opens end of May), outside basketball court, large clubhouse with pool table, nice exercise room with Nordic Trac equipment . Hair salon on property. I couldnt ask for more.

The campground itself was very clean. Our only complaint was that the swimming pool closed at 7 pm and didnt open again until 11 am. We specifically chose this campground because of the pool. Unfortunately, we didnt get there until 6:30 pm so my son and grandson headed directly to the pool and got to swim only 15 minutes. Very disappointing as the weather was hot and we were all looking for a dip in the pool after supper as well. So, if a pool is not important to you, then this is a nice campground.

Nice very clean rv park beside the very clean and well kept manufactured homes park. Quite park!!! Office very helpfull. Reasonably priced. Has basketball and tennis courts. People putting together puzzles. Computers to use. CLEAN Washateria!!!! Best rv park we’ve stayed at on our recent winter travels!!!!!

I lived there for the last year and I cannot recommend it enough, the office staff are accommodating, its a quiet community, and maintenance is prompt and professional.

AVOID AVOIF AVOID!! Pat the property manager doesnt care about her tenants that live here. Especially the younger ones. She tells me not to report to the police when Ive had multiple issues with these men looking in my yard atleast 10 times a day and with flashlights at night because it ruins her reputation. What a joke! So, decided the public should know my experience since shes advising me against what the police told me to do, because she only cares about her reputation not the safety and concerns of families!

Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Shade trees come with birds that do their thing on your trailer and vehicle. Spaces could be further apart. Electrical gave me a reversed polarity?? WiFi sucks big time. Have to go to local restraunt to get decent WiFi. Stayed here because it is convenient for sightseeing.

Convenient location for White Sands Missile Range and White Sands National Monument. Utility hookups are poorly positioned several feet from the rear of the RV: we had to change sites as our hoses and cables would not reach the hookups. Rebeca, the desk person, was very apologetic and went above and beyond to give us a more suitable site for our 37-ft 5th wheel.Some sites are gravel, some paved, most have small trees and brickwork which give you a feeling of privacy. WiFi is sporadic, but just a tad below average from my experience with other campgrounds. They do not have trash recycling of any sort.I would stay here again, but would check out the KOA first.

We moved in May 4th, we have been working with Rebecca, everything went well she explain things to us, Policy, the dos and donts. IT was an easy transition for us to move in, very very quiet.Miss Pat and Miss Jennifer and Miss Rebecca have been very accommodating as quickly as I put in our work orders for repairs they are done so fast.Everythings great we have no problem with this community or the staff. And a big big thank you to the maintenance staff you guys work diligently and quickly.

Very nice park & I would have given a better rating if they would have given me a heads up on the water pressure, blew out my plumbing also WiFi is useless.
