Monica is very professional and cares about her tenants. Thomas does the repairs in a timely manner and very respectful as well. Its a quiet place to live. Im 73 years old and I am happy living here.

Deception, lies and fraud.. We found ourselves here after a terrible accident with our travel trailer. We lost everything we owned in the accident and rented a place here in Town and Country , We are originally from NJ where a deposit and a fee are completely different. We were told we could have a pet and that would require a deposit.At no time were we told that a 275.00 deposit written directly to the ownwers personal bank account was non-refundable. So if the dog does NO DAMAGE, Mr. Sergio Romero is 275.00 richer.In all my years of renting this experience is the topper, and we are olny staying 6 months, a hefty DEPOSIT for 6 months.We rescued a dog 2 weeks after moving in. We were given a receipt for the check to Mr. Romereo and were only told at that point, after the fact, that the DEPOSIT was non-refundable. When we complained and attempted to educate the office manager on the definition of a deposit versus a fee, Tina Martinez defrauded the contract writting in additives and initialing them.She destroyed our original contract and added pages inbetween that we DID NOT SIGN..Find someplace else to live, no one needs this aggravation and no one these days can afford to give money to someone ..just because they want it, especially because WE CLEANED UP THE LAST FIVE YEARS OF DOG FECES IN THE DIRT YARD. No stars for this dump.
