Well kept, clean, and is separated into two parks. A mobile home park and a RV park.

Very nice owner, but he lies and does not return dept. LOUD cars roar through at all times of the night an early ( 3am) mornings friday-Sunday! trashy lots and some very questionable people! beware! also he rents rv that are not fit to be rented ele. always overheats! God bless and be safe!

The manager is a weasel. Takes forever to get anything repaired. Weeds all over. Dead trees all around. Theft happens frequently. Overall, dont go there. I left. Best move ever.

Ill trim the dead trees that are there and do the lawns ..contact me to get a quote..The lawns are soo small but overgrown all the dead trees make it look like its heading down hill fast..a little love and the park can attract more tenants..

That place needs to be cleaned up poorly run need new management that will bring it up to a nicer place to live.

Pool is in bad bad shape! Trees need to be taken care of and the quality of the park in general could improve. Affordable living.

I like it for the low price of renting a mobile spot. The ggrounds are like camping in the wilderness except for disconcerning neighbors who allow their dogs to relieve themselves and leave it for the neighbor to pick up. But uf you like quietness this is the place for you

Grew up living here, dont take my review as recent experience. Its not the worst place i lived in Alamogordo, but that doesnt say much.

I had stayed at the Evergreen RV park for several months at a time. I was very pleased with my stays. The park is well kept the employees and owner was very friendly and helpful, and the park was well maintained and shaded.I noticed a previous review complained about the park where mobile homes didnt have shirting and it was a dump. The property next to the Evergreen was the dump not the Evergreen Park. The city shut down the adjacent property and it was cleaned up.When passing through Alamogordo I will be staying a the Evergreen Park.Gary ScottGreen Valley, Arizona

They say they an open trailer, but very picky about renting to u if ur coming from certain areas. Find that very disrespectful..

Good friend lives there and its very friendly there

The landlord is very prompt on fixing things when you call him up and tell him for instance our air conditioner went out he comes over right away and fixes it Ive never had a better landlord than Joe
