Nice place to stay in almogoedol

The person who runs the place is something else. I feel sorry for the owners or owner. A dog can run it better

I wouldnt even give it one star, the manager is as forgetful as dory from the movie finding nemo, I moved in with a friend to help her save to bee with her husband. The manager couldnt get things fixed fast enough. Our stove only had one burnet, took her 3 days, then she said the gas line was cut on purpose. None of the bedroom doors were on hinges. Simple leaks were never fixed, had a leak by a light switch in the hall, no smoke alarms anywhere. She mad up lies to get out of giving back deposits. And threatened to bill you anything else.If you decide to rent from her. Do your homework and take before and after pictures.

Rented from this place for a little over a year the first trailer we were in had 2 maybe 3 electric outlets in the whole trailer that worked. We moved into another trailer when one opened up and stayed there for about 10 months. In that trailer we had multiple issues that took long periods of time to fix. Some never got fixed. The landlord waited for us to move out before accusing us of breaking a stove on purpose, when actually the gas lines where copper tubing instead of flex hose that caused them to break when it was opened to clean it. The landlord waited until we moved to let us know we would not be getting a deposit back due to the stove being broke and having to clean the trailer when we definitely left it cleaner then we received it. And says we didnt pay for 10 days of rent in the first trailer that I have bank statements proving they were paid for. Dont rent here. Nothing but problems.

Quiet park. Great landlord. Always fixed any issues we had. Lived there for a year, moved to another place in town and came back! The new owners have really cleaned it up around here and got the rif-raf out of here. Nothing but good people around here now. So glad to live at Victory Mobile Village!

I personally know the owners. Theyre good people. Very good place to live and rent is reasonable. Wether it be long term or short.

New owners. They took a pile of trash, and fixed it up. Slowly becoming a respectable place, even tho its Walker Town.

Clean place, just dont rent from them. They ran bit messed up and if u come from certain areas they will deny u and wont let u rent. But then they will let u last min that they cant. Very, very unprofessional! Never been so ashamed and insulted by anyone before!

Pretty dumpy place. But Im sure its cheap.
