Reyes Adobe was the first home built in Agoura Hills back in 1850. The home was built by Jose Paulino Reyes, grandson of Juan Francisco Reyes, a Mexican soldier with the Portola expedition who was granted local land in 1837. The City of Agoura Hills purchased the site in 1983 and maintains the adobe as a museum and cultural center.Historical marker inscription:Daughters of the American Revolution commemorate the significant role the Reyes Adobe historical site played in the development of California and its history. The property was a stop along the states famous El Camino Real.

Your average nice park. This one has a hilly part which is good for picnicking on a slope, if you prefer. The playground equipment is in good shape and extensive. The unique part of this park is the actual Reyes Adobe that is a historical landmark. When its open, they have art exhibits and sometimes events taking you back to the 1800s era

Very good. Grass space, bathrooms, benches (lots and with a roof) to eat and put stuff down. I love it and go all the time. Highly recommend my only problems are that the bathrooms are dirty (as usual as it is public) and the big playground equipment is surroned with sand which get in shoes and such. Good climbing trees to and plenty of space.
