My father was a Life Member and member of the Chiefs of staff in the now Commemorative Air Force. His local squadron who he worked tirelessly toward recruiting members has been shut down by Headquarters in Midland.The monument listing all the members of the Big Country Squadron will remain on the property however it will be relocated to a new spot along the perimeter fencing out front of the property. Dont allow CAF Headquarters to cause the Big Country Squadron to be a forgotten Ghost Squadron.
