Beautiful place to take pictures of different events at different angles. While there I saw a wedding party taking pictures overlooking the bridge and the water stream. The park is beautiful, calm and relaxing. Fine restaurants, train station, banks, fast food restaurant, are just a walk away.

It is a really beautiful little park with big important feaures located right across the Yonkers station on Buena Vista Avenue.It is where the Saw Mill River egress into the Hudson River along the tidal pool. You will see ducks, turtles, birds, fish, and other wild life, swimming and basking in the sun.Other main attractions are the Open Classroom arena and the Sound Bridge.A destination most definitely worth your time.I recommend a leisurely visit to this historic area of Yonkers, NY

YONKERS NEEDS MORE EFFORT IN KEEPING AREAS CLEAN. ESPECIALLY WATERFRONT AREA AND PARKS. ITS A SHAME.

Was a waste of taxpayers money to remove the much needed public parking lot that was fine, to build this gap of nothing.

I go every Sunday afternoon with my Pastor and some church members faithfully. Because the food is exquisite. The people serving u make u feel,at home. So I highly recommend this restaurant to every one who enjoys a good meal. And bring the family. I do!!!

Love nature, the sound of the river it helps relaxing a bit to does who in the area and bring a little peace to your mind.

Beautiful place can be more family friendly if more help was given to the homeless and substance abuse users who frequent the area. Should be cleaned more. But the potential is evident for social events and more.

Yonkers is doing a great job. Growing up this was a parking lot that maybe had 50 cars max! Nice place to relax and let kids burn energy. City keeps place clean and I believe volunteer and city alike maintain plant life. Nice spot to enjoy the smaller wild life.. chipmunks are common sight.Only set back is there is nowhere for the homeless to go and they tend to gravitate to that entire area. Most keep to themselves however some are unpredictable... Plz dont misunderstand. Everyone deserves to enjoy city space. Just be alert.. go Yonkers keep up the good work..

Its very beautiful compared to what it used to be..however its a very commercial area with plenty of noise. Too many homeless and drug addicts. Parks department try there best to keep it clean. Not bad to take a walk through but I wouldnt stay long or bring children. Its work in progress.

The city of Yonkers has done a very nice job making a triangle and peaceful space for you to wait for the train or just read a book, Motor Vehicles across the street so if you have time you can lunch while youre waiting to get call for motor vehicle recommend this place 75% enjoy your visit peace

Great little park at sight. However, the homeless can be found here sometimes sleeping, drinking alcohol or doing drugs. Not a place to take your kids for a stroll past 3pm.

Its very trafficky and many ppl walk by but at the same time is peacefull and enjoyable

On Sunday & Monday Mornings between 8:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Ms. Judy feed the community and she been doing this for over a year now. Shes truly is a gift from GOD for the homeless people in Yonkers.

I live like 2 blocks away from here. Its soooo beautiful. So far I have seen turtles and so many fish species. Its ideal for morning afternoon and night walk. The hours online are wrong because I go to this park 2 am in the morning sometimes... I highly recommend
