Had the whole park to ourselves. Wonderful time spent with the family roaming the creek and seeing the wildlife in the shallow pools. Then to the play ground for time on the slides and swings. Awesome 2 hours spent.

I have been to this park by myself,with a friend and with my son and daughter. Not much to do there but I like the walks that I sometimes take there. It is peaceful there also. I love the quietness

With a basketball court, tennis courts, skate park, and more, Lykins park is a great placed for families to stay healthy. There is also a roadside walking trail. Plus the many events they holds like the fireworks for the 4th of July!

I went here because the Jacobson Park is usually packed and it was closer anyway. Come to find out all over the park there are loose tree roots all over the park and my daughter was running around and her foot got caught and she fell flat on her face. Just about had a trip to the ER. The bathrooms arent ever open unless theres little league there so I had to stick a diaper on my already trained toddler because the potty had used needles all in it no toilet paper and was out of germ x. Only reason for 1 star is because my 11 yr old brother enjoyed the skatepark.

Lykins park is where they have a lot of private people hanging out with their children and friends.They have concerts and fire works on Holidays and just loads of all out fun.

Ok park, not really anything to do. No walking path, swings were horribly creaky

Love this park! Really cool place for the area. Creek on back side and running through main long side. Few neat bridges. Good sized playground with plenty of equipment. Good amount of swings etc. Skate park located near first parking area. Small but cool. Good for the kids to have an approved place. Tennis and basketball courts. Baseball fields. Restrooms on site. Plenty of grass area for the pets and kids. Trees and various small hills to run and play on. Ample parking. Access to the Lykins Walking Trail. Grass is kept low if you wish to use the whole park to walk/jog/run around. Good lighting for night time use. Park is kept up clean etc. Plenty of garbage cans around that a few people have failed to find apparently. I highly recommend the park and its facilities. Get outside and play any time of year!!!

Nice park, but parking is too far away. Ok looked nice, but we didnt swim. Shade trees are nice and big! Quiet and calm.

The scenery here is beautiful. My kids love the creek in the summer.very laid back here. Its a calm and relaxing place for adults fun for kids, though BBQ pits are limited

I help mow the ball fields there and its a well kept place...but as far as letting my children wade and play in the creek....idk after said creek runs thru cow pastures and everybodys straight lines from the toilet empty into said creek from upstream...if you do let them wade make sure they take a bath when you get home.....overall 7 outta 10

This park is a very good place to take your children or just go to walk,nice place to go eat and usually the shelter is cleared out so you can enjoy a book sitting by the creek,I give 4

Nice place to bring kids and hangout and have a picnic cook out kids can play, bring your horse shoes and have a go at competing with others playing horse shoes, right next to picnic shelter and a large parking lot.

2017 4th of July fireworks show was really good this year, and free! The fireworks were non-stop and the finale was very unique.
