Amanda, and Tammy are awesome! They made my stay great, and if I needed anything they made sure to help with that. Room was very clean, staff was friendly! I would recommend this Motel, the prices are reasonable and fair! Thank you APM for making myself and my 9 year old son feel welcome during our stay.

Horrible rowdy loud place to stay. Cops are constantly around with their K-9 units. And worst of all the price for bed bugs is definitely not worth it! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY -Side Note- All the people recommending the place are relatives living there also, as I noticed they have a big family. Scammers.!

This place is a nightmare. They didnt even have a microwave, never got room service even though I stayed 4 days and when I brought it up on the second day the manager made it out to be my fault. Hotel 6 is better and costs less, newly remodeled. Never thought I would be so happy to be at a motel 6, but after the stay here motel 6 is heaven. Apm is hell, just dont book it. See the photos.

If you expect to be staying in a lavish environment, dont stay here and then leave bad review. However, for the price you pay, it is well worth it for a decent room. Hardwood floors, comfy bed, working shower, and hot water. There is also a large TV on the wall. I recently moved from here after staying for over 6 months and I can tell you truthfully, it is the best extended stay option in the area. Occasionally, you will hear some noise or something but the staff doesnt put up with bs. If you have a complaint, they dont just blow you off. They handle it . The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need it and have no problem listening to you. Amanda and Tiffany are great and should the need arise for any of our friends, we will send them to APM.

The Staff, Amanda and Karen (Not her name, I think. But, she was on the Night Shift and closed) were both delightful and together provided, Shocking Levels of Customer Service.As for the room, it was fine, especially for the rate. However, allow me to provide some constructive feedback:There was no closet in Room 230. Not even a rod. This was somewhat of a challenge, as I was on business trip and needed to hang my suit.In addition, there are 2 remotes for the TV and there was only 1 in the room. there was also a work station in the room, but it was not wired for usage and even though there were power outlets built~in, the outlets were not operable.There was also no phone in the room, thus you cannot arrange for a wake~up call. And, with no wake~up call, there wasnt a clock with an alarm available.The room had a King Size Bed and was removed from walking traffic.The room also came with loads of amenities including 2 Commuter Cups which were also quite large.Otherwise, it was quite a pleasant stay.

Amanda, Ashley and staff were efficient and went beyond the call of duty to ensure my stay was comfortable and at home. Rooms , linens , and all appliances were clean and like new. Prices are very reasonable. All the above are reasons I keep returning. Thanks ladies.

This motel is run by 3 of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet, kind but stern when need be, the staff went out out of their way to make my months here a memorable one, the house keepers overworked but always with a smile in their face make sure you have what you need, and the maintenance man who fixes any issue good as new, these workers are good at what they do, under valued as they are make your stay here a warm one and makes you wanna come back, check into the APM Inn and suites and enjoy a night or a week you wont regret it

Much nicer than the old winchester inn. I remember when it had outlets hanging out of the wall, a trashcan under the sink instead of pipes, and finding a needle in a drawer was commonplace. The new owner or management has completely redone the rooms and it was clean, quiet, and still reasonably priced.

Disclosure: though I have been to a number of top-end hotels over the years, including the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong. But I also do mountain and cave rescue and disaster response and have spent a fair amount of time sleeping in semi-demolished buildings, in a tent, or in my Hennessey Hammock. For what APM is – a cheap motel – this place is great. The owners have been working on renovating it, they say theyre not done but its mostly done. Its a motel, so the rooms open onto the parking lot. The office is only open certain hours. Unlike a hotel, there is no daily maid service. However, the location is great. My room was spotlessly clean, and smelled clean. It had all of the modern conveniences: big-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator. The linens and towels were nice quality and clean. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked fine. The floor, ceiling and walls all looked new. The sink, toilet and shower were old but spotlessly clean. The bathroom floor was old, too, but it was this cool 1950s hexagonal tile that we so retro it was in style again. If you are looking for a clean, cheap and functional motel room in Winchester, this seems to be a great place.

Reserved a room for two double beds, when we arrived there was only one. As soon as I talked to Amanda at the front desk she had someone put an extra bed in the room for us. She was super helpful and kind. The service was great, rooms were very clean. Had the option of staying at a bigger hotel in the area but wanted to give this place a try due to its great reviews. Its the definition of dont judge a book by its cover. Would definitely recommend if youre in the area!

We came up for New Years to go to the casino this hotel is about 20 mins from Charles town which isn’t bad we arrived for check in and Amanda welcomed us she was really nice and took the time to make sure if we needed anything she would take care of it the room layout was great it was pretty clean we were impressed and for the price it was a heck of a deal will definitely be back

Very affordable especially being right next to 81. The staff was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. No they dont have breakfast but there are a lot of places close by. Even going out to eat the total cost was about half what weve paid in the past for a last minute room right off the interstate. It was perfect for what we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

I came back because of my initial long stay and how fantastic this group is! Head housekeeper was amazing and my room was again immaculately clean. I would stay here anytime I am in the area!! Amanda is doing an amazing job at righting this ship... I wish them well and thank them for great experiences!!

The lady at the counter was EXTREMELY sweet and helpful. I rent to have a place to sleep and shower while Im away from home.Thats what I did. No pool. No food. No trouble parking.

Bathroom was filthy, baseboards peeling away from wall, TV was not working 75% of the time.

I travel a with my career and I must say that Ive seen and experienced the change this place has encounter. Its hard to find good help but from the owners, management staff and the maintenance man they are a great team. They only issues Ive seen are some of the people that chose to stay here. I will say that APM is a respectfully secure place to stay the night or a month if youre relocating to the area.Great Job Amanda and team!!!!! the location is superb with the gym within walking distance, very close to hwy, grocery store and a homemade ice cream parlor.

I have never experienced a place like this. All of the employees are very nice and friendly. This is a very clean establish that is very comfortable. Prices are reasonable and accommodating. Will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at APM. What made it great was the clean room and the amazing service from Mrs. Amanda Mills. She was very respectful and sweet. Kept everything tidy and comfortable. She should definitely get a raise or promotion!!

At first look, everything seemed fine, and much was. Good bed! The TV worked, but the remote was not paired to the TV, so I had to turn it on/off and adjust the volume manually. The room has no place to hang clothes. The bathroom area shows a lot of wear and tear. The place is all right for the money. May a great value, but all right.

This fit the bill for an affordable, one-night stay during a long drive from Nashville to Boston. Would book at APM Inn & Suites again, and wouldnt mind a little longer stay for the time to roam around the quaint little town of Winchester, Virginia.

This place is clean and caring it worked with me when I had no where to go...the people here are very caring and loving...i go to the front office all the time and the staff and I have good laughs all day the coffee is always fresh they always have smiles on their face and always try to make your stay feel like home. One of the management gave me a ride to d.c when I had no ride there so I can make it to a family emergency in new york now if thats not caring and great customer service I dont know what is Im very thankful I found this place and met everyone who works here such great people who keeps this place clean and very safe 5 stars all day if I could 10 plus stars

It was a good and different experience. First time staying in a hotel. I can honestly say that the staff and the tenants there treated me like family during my stay. Good prices as well, Not a lot of hotels have affordable weekly rates, I highly suggest Apm Inn.

Hotel has remodeled and have very nice suites. Management and the staff are wonderful people providing a caring, clean and safe environment. The hospitality is 5 star! The entire staff provide an atmosphere that is comfortable and as close to home as you can achieve. I wish them continued success for the up coming years. This is a great place to stay. Considerate and Caring staff ,nice size rooms, always smiles upon entering the office, fresh coffee all day, & prompt to address any needs you may have. Also during the holidays they provided wonderful gatherings for staff and residents. Who could ask for more!!! Thank you APM staff and management you are all doing fantastic!

The staff was trying very hard to make things right. Unfortunately they have a long road ahead of them. It is far from Inn & suites. Every bit of a Motel. Not even worth the $60 per night. The heat did not turn off, bathroom door had a 2 gap, blinds were not adequate. Clean sheets though. If your looking for a one night stand this might be ok.

It was awesome Amanda and Staff they had a 4th of July cookout for all the guest that stay there. Stacey in housekeeping did an amazing job with the room. Everyone and everything was great. Will stay there again

Upon arrival i were warmly welcomed by the friendly property manager Amanda Mills, she made my stay more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. I would not recommend the APM suites to anyone. First, I arrived around 8:30pm, no one was in office. I had to call a number and wait for someone to come and process checkin. I was put on 3rd floor, the elevator was “out of order”. So I had to lug my luggage up 2 flights of stairs for a 1 night stay. I get into the room, and it looks nice. I then find out the tv doesn’t work. I call the number when I checked in, the lady stated she would be right up to fix. She never came! So I had no tv all night. I also killed 2 big bugs during my stay. So, between the complicated check in, no working elevator, no working tv, and the bugs = TOTAL fail!!I don’t expect much for the price I paid, but I do expect a working tv and no bugs. I also expect a working elevator since it’s listed on the site. Again TOTAL fail.

This place has gone through renovations, the cook top and large sink were a huge plus at the price point. My one and only complaint was the bed wasnt the most comfortable. But other than that its a wonderful extended stay place.Edit: checked in to my second stay here and I have to say its still The BEST value in town. Staff is great.Any review over a couple months old should only reflect on past management because these guys are professional and courteous.

Ya know, I had high hopes when I saw that new management took over and redid the building. So when I was back in the area I went to see about checking in. Staff seemed nice enough when I spoke to them. Spoke to 2 girls named Amanda and Karen. Amanda said she was the property manager. When trying to decide if I was going to stay there I looked up the google reviews to see what others said about the newly renovated property. That is when the problem arose. Amanda is the property manager. I want to emphasize this.If you take the time to look at the reviews you will see that both Amanda and Karen have given 5 star reviews acting as if they are previous guests. Management also replied and thanked them for their reviews. That is extremely shady and deceitful in my opinion. And if they are willing to be deceitful like that in plain sight, imagine how shady these people must be as a whole. If they cant get actual guests to leave positive reviews that says a lot to me also. I have decided not to do business with these people. I dont like liars.

Restaurants and stores are very close by! I stayed 3 weeks, I have 0 complaints, and everyone around me was respectful. No bugs, clean floors, and my room had a very spacious layout.

Recently stayed there, the rooms are EXCELLENT, highly recommend staying here! The place gives you such great vibes, the rooms are very clean, and the employees are extremely wonderful!

The hotel was a bit difficult to find/get to... it is located behind a Five Guys fast food place. The check-in was the worst ever; the girl behind the desk had stacks of papers, didnt find my reservation; tried to use a computer, but is computer illiterate and after much cursing, she called her boss. Boss told her the reservation was in the pile of papers. THEN she found it. Glad this was an in/out trip. Luckily the room was fine and worked perfectly for us to get a bit of sleep.

Everyone that works at the hotel is very friendly. The room I had was very clean and remolded good.

I called about 2days prior to my arrival to request a quiet non-smoking room for my overnight stay. I was shown to a room on the ground level on the side closest to the highway - the AC fan set on high was to provide the white noise for the night. I walked to the bathroom & found the sink full of water. I notified the clerk at the front desk about it. She told me she would get to it as soon as possible. I waited... Then I turned it up the AC coz it was too cold & thats when I noticed a bad odor in the room. Not too long after that, a housefly, quickly followed by another, started crawling from under the furniture & flying about the room. I looked up to the ceiling and noticed some mouldy areas. By then, Id been waiting for about 15minutes about thr bathroom.I decided to go back to the front desk & request better accomodation. On my arrival, the clerk said shed been trying to find another room for me. We went to it - on 3rd floor with better furnishings bit a heavy cigarette smoke odor. I asked her about that & she stated all their rooms were non-smoking as indicated on the room keyholder. You bet I smhd... I hankered in there coz it was just for a night. I was very tired from a 12hr work shift, it was already past 9pm, I hadnt yet eaten that evening & needed to be back at work the next day by 6:45am.

THEY WILL LOCK YOUR DOOR IF YOUR A DAY LATE ON YOUR RENT AS WELL AND MAKE YOU PAY TO GET YOUR STUFF

This by far is the worst pace ever I checked I thinking that with a new owner things would be better so my mom and dad checked in I found bed bugs heard a woman being beaten and on top of it all when we left they kept the deposits and blamed us for the bed bugs my mother is in a wheel chair and was threatened to b kicked out because of her service dog theyre the same people who own ans who stole money from them earlier in the year so not only is the place horrible but they prey on the elderly poor and handicap not only should those places b shut down but they should not b allowed in our area as people
