Very clean and today movie theater. Although they are very corona conscious, it was still ok as the employees were very pleasant.

My daughter and I came to Dolittle tonight and it was our first time at this theater. It was underwhelming. 3 workers at the ticket/concession stand on a Saturday evening. We were in line for 30 minutes. We got popcorn and drinks. The popcorn and drink bar was filthy. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day. Lids, popcorn, salt, straw wrappers, all over the floor and counter top. I get it, some popcorn will spill, and the public could afford to put their own trash away, but it was more than that. I couldnt find the lids to fit my regular size drink anywhere. The lid dispensers were all out. I got my drink, took a sip, and it was completely flat. I believe there were 4 Coke machines and only one was dispensing ice. I went back to the concession stand and told a worker the soda was flat but we were late for our movie at this time so I took my flat disgusting drink in with me. The movie was fine, the seats were good. The prices were typical for a movie theater. My daughter and I dropped $40. No one goes to the movies hoping for a deal.

First time ive been there in many years it was fun and clean.

Great theater, clean and nice staff. Multiple screens, cool serve self soda stations. The food prices are really expensive. We skipped the concession stand and just enjoyed the show. They mentioned in the 30 minutes of previews and ads about a monthly pass. 3 movies a week for $19 I think. Now that would be cool.

Alot of people drink pepsi. The food people and vending machines need to offer it

So my fiance and I came here out of state to see Frozen 2.(#2.) thing I did not like we could not find parking and we had a walk kind of far. Im pretty sure we stood in line for over an hour and a half. They have so many theaters. Their bathrooms are huge. The chairs are super comfortable. Staff was nice, but the floors were full of popcorn. All I can say is I was happy I was able to see the movie I came for.

Very nice theater. The whole place was very clean, the seats were in perfect shape. The screen and audio was excellent. The only 2 oddities are that you cant get to the theater from the mall... You have to walk outside the mall, and back into the theater. And that there is no ticket counter... You buy your tickets at the concession counter. But other than that, its great! They also have a glass walled server room to show off the servers they use for their digital movies. We saw Into the Spiderverse, and had a very nice time.

Love the theater and stadium seating, comfy seats. I also buy the yearly popcorn buckets so its only $4.99 each time after that. Its usually neat and tidy but the ladies room was half closed and out of order and popcorn was scattered all along the hallway. Im sure that was the exception and hoping its fixed.

We love watching movies here. Recommend buying tickets online. Its a popular place and lines can be long sometimes. Having your ticket on your phone can get you a seat much faster. But youll have to go back for drinks and treats. The place has great self serve soda machines. But with the crowds they soda area can get out of control. Thats seriously my only ding against the place.

Good attention and good food

This a very nice Movie Theater. The seats are comfortable and are stacked that way someones head is not in your way of the screen. The only issue I have is that they close their concession stand at 9pm. So if your a award member & you go see a late movie theres no way you can take Advantage of the free refill of the large popcorn.

Had a great interaction with John behind the counter. He was very professional and accommodating of my needs. Theater was very clean and really enjoyed the movie. Highly recommend.

I am so disappointed at how dirty the theater was. We went to a 3:40 movie today. The worst was the ladies bathroom. Filthy. Those toilets were dirty at the base of the toilet. They had not been cleaned in a long time. Management is not paying attention to how well they are being cleaned. The theatre carpet was very dirty. I am in no hurry to go back.

Good theater space. Never bought anything from the concession stand. Staff are relatively attentive. Best part is i can use by AMC A+ stubs subscription here.

If ya wanna see a movie on the big screen than cool. But yelling next doesnt make you feel like your wanted there. Or walking into see this.

I went to hot topic like the dumb goth girl I am, and the people are so nice. Man, i had a good day there.I got pins and stuff, then went into the arcade and took selfies. They have a lot of stores! Honestly, this is my next favorite mall, compared to the Francis Scott Key mallI would recommend going to this hot topic. They have MAD sales so do all the other stores.

Classic oldschool mall theater. Good seats( good enough). Food and drinks are pricey but every movie theater is. Pretty good experience overall.

Just went in the middle of the day to see Frozen.. The movie theater was the dirtiest I have ever seen.. both ladies bathrooms were disgusting..smelled, trash over flowing, sticky floors, toilet paper everywhere, the was a plastic bag over one sink .. no soap..The hallways were covered in popcorn and looked like it has not been vacuumed in a week. The front ticket area floors were dirty too. I spoke to the manager and he just said sorry they were short staffed. Grossed out.. dont go over the holidays.. will not put you in the holiday spirit....

Please hire more workers to keep your facilities running smoothly and clean. Lines out the door and only two people working concessions and tickets?? Dirty floors and tables and drink machines.

Loved they had a discount hour. Caught us by surprise, but it was a nice one. Fair pricing on condiments. Can add own extra butter and get trays for popcorn, Hugh plus!!! Clean and friendly.

Nice and clean. The staff alhave always been friendly. Can be a little pricey to get popcorn and a drink. Would definitely bring your own candy to avoid having to buy that to. Over all the quality of the movies are great. Ticket prices are alos fairly cheap. Its when you want a drink, popcorn and candy that it can become pricey.

Been going here for years, but the theater has nose-dived recently! The Big D theater is the only clean one, the rest are humid, dirty, and have a bad smell to them. When I saw John Wick 3 in Big D, it was a great experience, but when I saw it a second time in one of the other theaters, the smell and humidity was almost unbearable. To top it off, the motors for the curtains were broken so the curtains were still drawn part-way for the whole film. The seats were also in disrepair, splitting in multiple spots!Recently, seeing Joker, the humidity hasnt gone away, and the whole cinema has only gotten dirtier! The hallways were littered with trash and cinamuck. The bathrooms in particular are beyond bad— I had to check the door to make sure the two I walked into werent actually out of order. The sight almost made me throw up, it was that bad! I felt like I had to go take a shower after getting out of there!This used to be a great theater but now its gone downhill.

I come here all the time and love the theater..however, the bathrooms are awful...dirty and no toilet paper. And the area where you get your drinks and butter for the popcorn is very dirty also...sticky counters due to spilled soda and trash on the floor. I am assuming its because there isnt enough staff to clean these areas.

The theater was clean and I liked the stadium seating. The seats were nice because they rocked back and had adequate leg room. In the lobby the drink and popcorn area was a gross sticky mess. I would like to see them have separate lines for concessions and tickets. I buy tickets online, just to spend a half hour waiting to buy my children an outrageously priced popcorn and drink.

Having seen several movies here before, I admittedly have not visited in three months. I only preface my review by saying this due to the overwhelming low ratings in recent months describing a facility that is littered and unkempt. However, I have not experienced this, but will amend this review upon sharing a similar experience.Nevertheless, my experiences here have been great. My party is always helped in under five minutes with expected customer service, although I have never visited on busy opening nights.Theater rooms, hallways, and bathroom facilities have always been clean, and I have not encountered any problems throughout my visits.

Popcorn is always cold and the fancy freestyle soda machines don’t work like they should, why does my coke taste like cleaner?

Nice place. I went last fall and Google maps had me so lost. The second time it took us straight there. Its clean. Friendly staff. The summer kids movie deals one a week is a great idea. I wish they could do it at 11am instead of 10. Its summer. No one wants to get up early. Maybe thats just me.

The lobby was a wreck. We didnt come at a busy time. The drink area was gross. Trash was all over the counters and floor. While the theater was clean the bathrooms were scary. Numerous stalls were out of order. Butter fingerprints and drips all over the stall doors... Didnt want to touch anything! Unfortunately, this theater was the only place showing the movie we wanted to see. I will think twice before coming back. Yes, it was that dirty.

This place looks horrible. There was trash and food all over the floor. The girl taking tickets was eating and licking her fingers while tacking tickets!!! My family will never return to this theater. The money you pay for a movie and some snacks are outrageous enough, but the food and trash and the bathrooms being so dirty is unacceptable.

I love this theatre. We saw Midway on Sunday matinee. About 15 dollars. Theatre was arranged well and it was easy to see and hear.

I LOVE this place!! You dont have to reserve your seat; the ticket price is more reasonable than some other theatres; you can get your own butter, salt, and drinks; and they have 3-5 different Icee flavors. The parking and ambience are also great.

Movie was great drink and candy prices are way to much and it was really dirty in theater 8. Customer service could use some work I know its late but how hard is it to fake a smile and say enjoy the movie...

First movie of the day. Floors covered with popcorn-bathroom dirty. Poor maintenance - wall paper peeling.There seems to be a lack of concern too. Not one person was actively trying to sweep, vacuum, wipe the doors. Really disgusting. Cant imagine what kitchen area must look like. Yuck! No soap or paper towels in mens or womens room. Will not be back! AMC better get control- short staffed is no excuse!

My family goes often. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Lobby could be set up better. Sometimes Hard to fight the crowd when youre carrying drinks and popcorn but over all we like it

I come here because I try to help keep local businesses going but they need to change a lot of things here . The food is horrible, the place is dirty even in the theaters. They do not allow conceal carry and I dont go to many places that dont allow it .

Nice theater but would of been better if we picked a better movie which was my fault. Still though, nice theater. F.y.i. the lion king wasnt as good in a live action and that brakes my heart to say that.

Staff is friendly but the place is very, very dirty. The womens restroom was terrible and the unused concession area was awful. There was popcorn all over the floor in the hall and in the theater. Several staff members were standing in the hall visiting or on their phones waiting for movies to end so they could go in and clean up. Even saw one kick some popcorn out of his way when walking down the hall while carrying a broom/dustpan. Needs much better management.

Outdated theatre but good prices for the area. Theatres were surprisingly very messy. Same line for concessions and tickets really creates long lines. Needs ticket kiosks. Recommend ordering tickets online before you go.

A good place to spend Christmas Night. It was fairly clean and had nice employees. The bathroom smelled a bit but the theater was clean and smelled fine. The man at the register was new but had no one to help him so we spent 5 minutes in line with just 2 people in front of us. I wish we would have grabbed food. The popcorn smelled amazing.

Tickets are a reasonable price, on top of there delicious snacks and well cleaned theater!

Horrible service and extremely over priced and popcorn was stale got all you can eat popcorn and they closed the popcorn machine early only got one very old and stale popcorn the customer service was horrible the clerk was yelling at others and using very offensive words

Waited 10 minutes for an overpriced hotdog. I watched as she put the mustard on and then went in the back in search of the sauerkraut?? Finally reappeared but couldnt handle cutting the bag open with scissors. Honestly, my preschooler could have done a better job. In the interest of time I told her to forget the sauerkraut. By this time the hotdog was cold. To top it off, I was the only one waiting for an order. No Im sorry for the wait. Not a word. Worst service ever!!

I went to go see the Rise of Skywalker on December 31st, 2019 at 12:00PM. The movie experience was wonderful;however, the overall experience was horrible. I walked into the theater to see a line of 40 to 50 people with only one register open. The individual running the register was in training while the other individual was collecting orders for food. I went into the AMC Stubs Premire line as I am a member and it took cashier 20 minutes to even recognize the membership line. I assume the theater didnt prepare for the demand as the new employee stated that the theater has been packed since Christmas. The popcorn and drink station was a wreck with only one popcorn butter dispenser working. I might have to cancel my membership and visit the Alamo Drafthouse for better experience.

We visited this location for the first time today. There were several issues with this theater. To begin with their system of running their box office at the concessions stand is problematic at best. There was a massive line and no line separation between customers who simply wanted to pay for tickets, and those who may have purchased tickets online in advance to purchase concessions, or had already purchased tickets, and had come back to purchase concessions. To make matters worse, they had two cash registers open during a busy matinee showing, on what is a holiday weekend. One of the cashiers had a sign up that read, I’m training, please be patient. Perhaps it would be a better decision by management to staff a trainee during a slower time, not when it is as busy as it was. We arrived 30 minutes prior to show time and had pre-purchased our tickets. We then spent an hour in line for concessions. Fortunately, 30 plus minutes of previews were shown, or we might have missed our movies beginning.Additionally, I used the women’s restroom during our movie. It was clearly not a peak time for bathroom usage, as it was completely empty when I went in to use it. However, the bathroom was filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned since prior to the theater opening for the morning. Staff should be taking advantage of slow times in between movies ending, to maintain hygienic bathrooms. Most of the stalls were grimy and/or clogged.We made the trip to this location, due to it being a holiday weekend, we were concerned that our local theater would be full for the movie we wanted to see. After visiting this location, and seeing how things are managed, I doubt we will be back. Very disappointing compared to other AMCs that we have been to.

Prices are high for food/snacks but thats to be expected for a theater. Tickets are a bargain. There never seems enough help at high volume times tho (night of new movies and peak evening/weekend times). More staff upfront would definatley help.

Great stadium seating. The seats were very comfortable and the surround sound was top notch. Screen and picture quality is top notch. Just expect to take out a home equity loan for tickets and snacks.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. The theatre we were in had this terrible smell in it. I cant even begin to describe it to you. Then, after the movie, I stopped to use one of the restrooms in the hall & there was only halfway clean toilet. It was disgusting! Either these people arent doing their jobs or they need more help. I will not be going back again. Alamo will get my movie business from now on

Pricey but most things are these days. It appears they need more help,? Broken equipment, popcorn and trash in theater at start of seating, bathrooms with trash cans overflowing, several stalls out of order. Second visit in 3 weeks and saw the same things both times.

Nice place to see a movie but expect to stand in line for 30-45 minutes to get tickets or snacks. Alway understaffed. Always has issue with computers. Staff is ALWAYS slow and unprepared.Arrive early and Expect delays and a long wait.

I Love this theater, especially The BIG D Experience. I drive up from close to Harrisonburg to see movies here instead of going to the awful theater there. Nothing better than seeing a movie whilst enjoying a Coca-Cola Orange from one of the Four Freestyle Coca-Cola Machines in the lobby

This is my go to movie theater. I’ve been going here since it was Regal. I would like to give it 5 stars but despite having pleasant staff, decent food and good theaters there are 2 things that bother me each time I’m here. The drink station is always a disaster and the men’s restrooms are usually in rough shape. The prices for concessions are high too but that’s all theaters these days.

The place was so filthy it detracted from the movie experience. The soda fountain area looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days. There was popcorn EVERYWHERE. The staffs apparent lack of pride is reflected in their lack of concern for the presentation of their work environment.

Some of the viewing rooms are very small and have a tiny screen with low quality image screening. Other than that, good location near some wineries cities. Good option for tourists nearby

We went to see Avengers: End Game in the Big D theater and we absolutely loved it. The chairs were comfy even after sitting for over 3 hours. It was very clean in the theater and bathrooms were spotless. Great customer service. And they have lots of food items to choose from other than popcorn and candy. We had a very nice experience like we always do, thats why we ONLY go to AMC. Keep up the great work amc.

Do not get a haircut there. They are cheap prices buuuuutt I came out with Same haircut but quarter inch shorter. Wanted 3 inch shorter. Think I Will go back..... not

I saw Midway @ 1:10 on 11/27/2019, sitting at the front right in the middle where there is an isle in front of us , I got chigger bites all around my waist and was itching the whole time I was watching the movie. I went to my car and their were red bumps and I put purrell all around it and was burning, NEVER will I see a movie there again!My question is does Apple Blossom ever sanitize their chairs?

Everytime I go here there is always some kind of issue. During the latest incident I bought my tickets online and upon arrival 20 minutes earlier than showtime I was told I could not enter the theater without an ID. No where while purchasing the ticket did it say I had to bring my ID inside with me as I try to keep a minimal amount of items in my pockets while at the theater. Not to mention the fact that it wasnt even an R rated movie. The snack prices are outrageous as well. I much rather prefer the Alamo.

Ive been to this move theater a couple times and everytime its been an amazing experience. Comfortable seats and an amazing surround sound experience makes it the perfect movie going experience.

Having been a member of the film club at the Alamo in Winchester, we are completely spoiled and do not like going anywhere else but we were forced to do so so we can see John wick 3. In fairness, theres really nothing wrong with the employees, but I find the having to check in at the counter where you buy food is very inconvenient and time-consuming. Not to mention the outrageous prices they charge for what I know is outrageous to begin with but this is off the charts, well only go there if we have to.

We got kicked out and rudely handled with even after buying the tickets.. do not recommend this theatre I suggest going ANYWHERE else.

We really enjoy coming to this theater. Its very family friendly. The staff is nice about offering us good coupons to make the food cheaper. Everyone in the staff is helpful to us. The place is clean and well maintained.

This is our absolute favorite theater to go to ever. Super comfortable and always showing good movies. However, the parking sucks and the cashiers could stand to be a little friendlier and efficient. We have been there a ton of times that there are many of them standing around and 1 or 2 actually helping customers.

The sound and video quality was great but they need to do a better job at keeping the theater clean.

Went on Christmas day and as expected, they were very busy. We waited in line for 30 minutes approx. because there were only two cashiers selling tickets and concessions. Dont know why there werent more employees present or why they dont sell tickets seperately? Not efficient at all. :(

Waiting 30 minutes after the movie was set to show was very annoying and they surprisingly charge way more than most theaters around my area and charge way more in snacks or food than the already high price theaters around here. Wish i could say it was better but it wasnt.

This used to be a Carmike.....So Much Better as an AMC!! Recently under new management too, so even though the local GMs do NOT have control over ticket or concession prices, they have indeed continually improved their customer service standards. The crew loves movies and loves to talk to me about them. An AMC Classic may not have the fancy reserved seating recliner chairs that some higher end theaters BUT the trade off is that the crew is friendly with you and not brief even during rush hours. They look me in the eye, and smile....and that makes me smile!

Love the $5 Tuesday deal.The theater is clean with a friendly and professional staff. As at ALL movie theaters the snacks are a little pricy but they have a wide selection. Bathrooms have been spotless and well marked. You can join the Premier Club for $15 a year which saves you a lot of time when getting your tickets as they have a dedicated line that puts you up front.Highly recommend this movie theater!

Terrible experience today. Not enough staff to purchase tickets, etc. The place was filthy with popcorn on the floor and counters where soda machines are located. Managers on all levels need to be fired. Keep the place clean.

No doubt the worst system for buying tickets!! There you buy tickets and food together which causes a backups and seldom more then two registers open. My hometown you buy tickets one place and another area for food or drinks if you want them. Which is alot less backups waiting for people to decide on snacks or drinks. I was there today with my sisters and it was ridiculous plus one register the computer wasnt working!! It would be lot easier if you had two areas for purchasing. (But that involve hiring more people and thats not going happen)
