Hosted a gaming group for my son. Travis and Sean were very helpful and attentive. They took the time to help them setup, adjust controller settings, and answered all my questions. Kids had a great time. We were allowed to bring in Pizza and cupcakes.Very clean, open space, and plenty of stations to choose. II highly recommend to use this place for casual gaming or for a party. You may need to reserve a spot via their Facebook page or can text their number.

Thos place is great for birthday parties for kids. My sons 9th birthday party went off without a hitch. The staff are help, courteous, and respectful. I definitely recommend this for kids that are into video games and just visiting when your kid needs something to do.

Party of 3 bought a 2 hour window. The game we wanted to play wasn’t downloaded and would take too long to download. Tried to play rainbow 6 siege but the game wouldn’t connect online so we couldn’t play. Tried 4 consoles and asked for help with no success. Switched to try to play call of duty which wouldn’t work either. Tried the rest of the Xbox stations and found 2 consoles that could sign into Xbox live and connect to online game servers but they were 40 feet apart. Only 2 game disks were available so our 3rd couldn’t play the game with us. Played for 35 minutes then the place closed. The place has potential but needs to have larger console hard drives with game predownloaded. Needs better tech support procedures to fix issues instead of telling them to try a different console. Setup automated health and status monitoring like nagios to detect issues before the customers waste time trying to play on a broken setup. The place was empty on a Friday night. I think we know why.

Ive had a great experience at The Battleground Lounge. The owners and staff are kind, funny and always strive to please their customers. Some may think that their kids could play at home but kids do need to get out and what better place than The Battleground Lounge. Also, there is WIFI for parents who want to sit at the Lounge doing work or entertainment while their kids participate in the tournaments or play the different games. I highly recommend this great place to Carroll County. Try it and I guarentee, you will like it.

This place is amazing we can do whatever we ant we could buy food and bring it in and the tournaments are a lot of fun !!!!!!!!!!
