Great place for little ones. They are always cleaning and sanitizing. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Would recommend a membership at urban air Westminster to every one.

What a fantastic place for the kids (and parents, too!) Plenty of stuff to do for our two boys ages 5 and 9. In-house food is a major plus. Lots of places for parents to hang out, including the nice touch of multiple outlets for charging and laptops. Will definitely be adding Urban Air at the top of the list of kiddo activity ideas!

I went to this urban air a couple days ago and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The trampolines were excellent and the whole park was super clean. I highly recommend this urban air.

We had my nephews birthday party here yesterday and EVERYONE had a blast (kids age 2 -12 and adults alike)! Despite the complications of Covid, all attractions were open and the staff was amazing! We love coming to Urban Air and the party experience did not disappoint!!

Clean, huge, kids had a ton of fun. We hosted a bday party there. The set up was taken care of, as was clean up. Everything was easy and taken care of which made my life so much easier. If you want it to be a bit quieter or less overwhelming, a private room might be worth it. The staff was ready and waiting for the 3 bday parties- tables set, lists ready, etc. My son accidentally hurt himself (his fault) and I was able to get a bag of ice super quickly without trouble. Staff was very friendly. We were there at the opening so it was a few of the staffed rides werent immediately open but once we asked they were happy to help. Facilility is large enough that as it got busier it still was not too busy that you couldnt have fun. Even adults were playing and having a great time with the kids. Overall a great experience.

A wonderful place for all ages. Had my sons birthday party even with covid-19, staff is polite and helpful. They were sterilizing around the clock.

Best thing to do during covid right now!!! staff is super polite about covid restrictions unlike other trampoline parks. I personally witnessed high levels of sanitizing and current covid procedures. 10/10 for this place and thank you to the staff members for staying strong with everything going on!

Loved my family fun experience here! Prices are a little high but definitely worth the experience. The food and drinks were great! The pieces of Equipment were exceptionally clean! Thank you for a great time!

Brought my boys, 6 and 7, here many times. Lately it has been awesome because nobody has been here. But days when it is over crowded it is not much fun. Staff is nice. Wish they had more attractions open more often (rock climbing, ropes course). Especially now that you only have a 2 hour window to get all the fun in you can and that you have to pay extra for those attractions. But the weirdest part of this whole place is the men that work here. There a few Caucasian ones that work the climbing wall. Numerous visits I have witnessed them flirting with the underage girls. Its very disturbing.

I’ve been a member with urban air Westminster since January and I just love being a member! My son was sad with quarantine that he would not be able to have his birthday party and is so excited to be having it here at urban air. I recommend getting the membership if you come as much as we do. THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING! Brittney especially always helps us with everything and answers any questions or concerns! We love urban air and always coming here especially now that they keep the whole environment super clean with all this covid happening. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Urban air is easily the greatest deal around for kids entertainment. The laser tag is easily as good as any place that will charge this price just for laser tag. Fair warning, the nacho cheese that they have is what I imagine fresh sweat scraped into a bucket and colored would taste. Otherwise I love this place and would happily pay for it to stay open even when we elect not to go.

I scheduled a birthday party for my son online and had some follow up questions as well as having to reschedule the party to the following weekend given unexpected events for the original party date. I filled out a contact us form earlier today and Brittney called me back, was able to not only reschedule the party to the date and time requested but also answer all of my party day questions, what to expect, forms/waviers and all of the COVID information I needed to know! Brittney was extremely helpful and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders which I am so appreciative for!!! Thank you so much Brittney!! I will be writing another review after the party and post pics of how amazing the day went and how helpful the staff is at Urban Air!!

Brittny was amazing and so helpful. I brought in six kids and she was nothing but kind. My kids love it here. They are always accommodating and make the experience amazing for the kids. This place is awesome.

So Urban Air is normally great as we go to one in Texas. Here when they try to reopen the website to order slot reservation would not allow to purchase without an account for urban Air. Would not allow on internet explorer and had problems on chrome setting up account as green purchase button grayed out with all info filled in. Called facility and guy was helpful in taking the time to get it to purchase. So get to facility and they tell me have to show email of reservation to get in but the grandparents set up the reservation and do not have email not told to have one. They finally found the reservation and let us in. Youngest kid did not have jump socks so had purchased through reservation. The other 2 kids had jump socks but not Urban Air jump socks. Manager tried to say the facility would eat up their socks. I told her it had the same grip just not their logo. Told her the Urban Air we go to out of state allows other jump socks. Lady demanded I buy their socks for them to play after spending close to $100.So paid for Ultimate package but sky rider and ropes course didnt have staff and sign up saying every other hour. Some to staff guy at front and he said low staff would try to help. Of course time ticking away and kids run off while trying to see if can get what was paid for. Was advised that they have to maneuver personnel to accommodate requests.If Urban Air wants to compete with other trampoline parks they should stop arguing for the small purchases so long as kids have appropriate footwear. Staff enough for what people pay for our. Not impressed with front opening staff.Facility was clean. Had pizza and tipped lone girl working counter. If charging normal rates and limiting time should have stellar service or should drop rates to account for new requirements to drum up business again. Even with limited capacity they were not at capacity.

Love love love this place. They keep it very clean and are nice and attractive to the guests needs.

Had my grandson birthday party there they were very helpful had 20 kids my grandson and his friends had a blast it wore them out i was thankful for that

We had a great time here. A friend and I brought our kids here and we ended up staying for almost 6 hours. There are lots of seating options, massage chairs all over and the pizza was good and reasonably priced. The kids had so much fun and I even enjoyed my time in the Wipe Out area!

Great place for a kid to wall climb, fly high, or do about anything adventurous. Parents can sit in the massage chairs and unwind. Got a good deal on groupon.

We bought a membership and it is so worth it. It even includes a slice of pizza and bag of popcorn each visit. And with the reduced numbers due to Covid there is no waiting for anything.

We loved this place. Everything is clean, staff is very friendly and professional, pizza was good. The massage chairs for adults were awesome. Lots of activities for kids: playground, trampolines, dodgeball, climbing walls, foam pit, challange courses, zip line. Big clean area with tables for lunch or snacks. Definitely will be back.

Such a great place for the kids to play! Our 3 kids each brought a friend and the 6 of them had a blast! Clean and safe environment for them all! Actually met the owners at Wendys afterwards and they were super nice and wanted genuine feedback from the kids. We live in Loveland but well definitely be back to Westminster for this location!

We signed up for an annual membership last summer. My son broke his arm a month after that, When I tried to cancel they told me I cannot I have to meet the 12 month requirement 1st regardless of my son breaking his arm and not being unable to attend any more.This place only cares about the money they dont care about the safety of any of the patrons/kids!!

We walked in the door and were the 3rd family in line but ended up waiting 30 minutes to get checked in. There were 3-4 registers but only one person working. When it was our turn we were told we had to fill out a waiver at one of the kiosks to our right and than get back in line. Well now there were 10 families in line. There was no way we were going to wait for an hour to get into a trampoline place. So maybe this place is fun, we never made it past the waiting line but obviously poorly ran. They definitely need to hire more people and put up some signs as to how to check in.

Clean. Fun. Safe. However, poorly managed. The teens working are all fantastic. They’re kind and helpful. Unfortunately, it is short staffed and having to wait in line 20 minutes for express membership is ridiculous. No one was running the register. I had to ask multiple times until the single cashier working the regular line finally went to get help from her manager. They need more employees and a better manager. We’ve experienced short staffed days often.

I usually enjoy this place quite a bit and the staff is friendly, but on busy days like today when kids are out of school, I would suggest avoiding it and doing something safer. They didnt have the staff available today to keep the attraction areas from becoming dangerous which isnt necessarily their fault. I spoke to a staff member and they informed us that they had attempted to call everyone in to help and only a few employees were able to help. That being said, They put a new attraction in called the Climbing Hill and smaller children dont stand a chance on it because theyre no one monitoring it to make sure only one child goes at a time. I watched multiple children coming off of the Climbing Hill crying because they got hurt by another taller child climbing above them and then completely bulldozing the smaller children as they slide down. I think there needs to be either a staff member monitoring how people use the attraction or they need to limit that specific attraction for older, taller children so smaller children dont get hurt.

Its a great place for kids to have fun and really enjoy themselves, they have different type obstacles wich is good kid dont get bored.

My two year old had an amazing time. So good he didn’t want to leave, he left kicking and screaming. The older kids were also very sweet and wanted to help him do every activity. I found the place very clean and tons of fun.

What a great place to explore and have fun. Our 4 year old enjoyed Dodgeball, obstacle courses, slides, trampolines, and so did I.

Our family had a wonderful time today from young to old. They have a Zipline, Dodge ball, trampolines, a small obstacle course with a ball pit!

We went with to a birthday party, this place has something for every age and the staff was amazing! Safety is very important, keeping up with the kids wasnt easy but the staff made it much easier for a small fee we purchased wrist bands so we were able to interact in every aspect . Our grandkids new favorite spot!!!

Fun climbing wall, reasonable prices, and totally clueless teens behind the food counter. But hey, at least they have jobs. Thats good. Someday they will learn to work the registers. I dont get why they close down portions of it and then reopen them. Not enough staff maybe? But its still a great place for big kids and little kids with separate areas so no littles get run down. Very well run with safety in mind.

My kids and nephew love it here! So many things for the kids to do, from jumping to climbing to swinging. Great to let them get all of their energy out.

My child loves this place! They could really use some foam floors instead of hard cement. Also not charge for dipping sauces for the chicken tenders. Please have cheese sauce for pretzels too.

It was a fun place to be. I think they need a few more things for kids 5 and under (40in and below) to do while older siblings are busy. A ball pit just for playing in would be a good addition.

This place is always packed but its so much fun, for kids and adults. The staff is nice and its pretty clean considering the number of patrons they have, especially on weekends.

I would not recommend having a birthday party here. For the amount that we paid for our party, I would expect exceptionally good service. We got the complete opposite. They say the room comes set for 10 kids, but you can add additional kids for $20 per kid. Okay, thats fine. Well each kid is supposed to get a water bottle. When I added to the 10 kids, which ended up being 20, those other kids didnt get a water bottle... I assumed $20 per extra child would get them a water. Then about 20 minutes after we finally were able to start playing, they shut the zip line down. They said apparently they switch the zip line and the obstacle course/rope course every hour. Why they dont have enough employees to work both attractions, especially when theyre having birthday parties is absurd to me. That would have been nice to know, when we first got there. They give you a little teenager, thats supposed to be your host for your room. All she had to do was let us know that that was happening.. If she would have said that the zip line was closing for an hour I would have made sure the kids got on that first. Considering thats the coolest part of Urban Air. It would also make sense to include that in the party package information. Oh, by the way the attractions shut down every other hour. If I would have known that I would have scheduled our party around when the zip line was open. When youre choosing which package you want, they include the zip line as one of the things you get to go on. If theres a chance that you wont be able to go on it, I dont think you should have to pay for that being included in the package. We put $182 down to reserve the party and ended up paying another $415 last night at the end. For that amount of money, all kids should get a water bottle if its included. And they should have access to all attractions that we were technically being charged for. I was not impressed and neither were my guests.

This place has been so wonderful for our family! The staff are so kind and helpful with my children and now my children look forward to seeing certain staff everyday. Its been a great place for them to get exercise where they wouldnt have otherwise gotten it. Sometimes my biggest complaint is its hard to get them to leave!

Great indoor venue for those who like to flip, climb and bounce! Fairly clean and a good value compared to similar places!

Buy a monthly member it’s inexpensive and well worth it. My 4 year old loves this place, sometimes we come multiple times a week or just once in a while but the monthly fee pays for itself in one visit. It’s a great place to come for a few hours or we even come after school grab some pizza and jump for 30 minutes to get extra energy out. It’s extremely clean and they are always making sure anything that’s showing some wear is replaced right away. The laser tag is my sons favorite and with the platinum membership we get all areas, a free slice of pizza, and a free popcorn. You can’t go wrong with the price and the staff is always kind! There are some areas my son isn’t tall enough for yet but he doesn’t mind there is still a ton for him to do.

Fun place for the kids. Often busy during the weekends. Membership is a value but enjoy standing in the same long lines as everyone else.

Very cool venue and truly excellent staff. My first time there yesterday. Very impressive set-up… I want to play, too! - Two of my kids went to a birthday party there, so I ran next door to the hardware store for a bit. Came back to my car with 15 bags of mulch, etc. A random person (Brad) in the parking lot offers assistance and helps me load everything in my car. I’m the self-sufficient type, so it all catches me a bit off-guard, and was very appreciative of the help after long lines at the store and a long/heavy walk to the car. Only after we’ve loaded everything, I notice Brad’s shirt has the Urban Air logo on it. I ask him if he works there, and he said yes. Told him my kids were at a party there and it was a cool place, so he gives me jump passes for each of my children for next time. Thank you very much Brad, for your unsolicited help, for the kids’ passes (they’re excited to come back), and for putting some great pay-it-forward/genuine-humanity energy out into the world! We’ll be back soon/often.

Park is awesome! Self service kiosks should print out wristbands. What is the point of checking in and paying at the kiosk if we then have to get in the huge line to get a wristband!?

Fun for kids, but a major rip off for parents paying for a birthday party. Dont waist your money on a birthday party set-up! Just pay for the kids to play and do your party food and cake somewhere else. There were not enough attendants there to help the kids through the difficult attractions like the ropes course. And the dodge ball attendant seemed frustrated, unorganized and rude when it was her job to run the attraction. Pizzas was terrible, only 6 out of the 11 kids we hosted ate it. And the party attendant we had did nothing but pass out pizza and then stood there for everything else. We had to ask for lighter to light the candles, a spatula for cake which I cut and passed out and cleaned up etc, when it is advertised to be a stress free party for parents because they do all the work. That was a joke!

Excellent fun for the whole family.

It is a nice facility for older children! I don’t recommend the ball pit for 3 year olds they can not get themselves out of the pit because it is too deep for them to maneuver themselves!

Omg! My kid was in heaven! Find a place to call headquarters and let em at it! What an ideal place for a kids birthday! Making memories at this place, for sure! It would be super cool if there were more comfy places to rest....kids and adults need breaks...and after playing as hard as you do, you really want to sit somewhere comfy while you catch you breath! A bit pricey but its worth it when ur child cant) stop talking about how much fun they had!

I went there with my family and it was the coolest place ever. There was a whole trampoline park, rock climbing, laser tag, and so much more. Funnest place Ive ever been!

Such an awesome place! Staff helped us figure out exactly what ticket would be best for us since we only had our 4 year old with us. She loved the place and my husband and I had a blast as well! Felt like kids again! We will definitely be back and have already discussed hosted my daughters next birthday here.

Lots of fun for kids and active adults. Pretty crowded during the weekends so shoot for a weekday if you want to avoid waiting in line for some of the more exciting attractions.

I had our football banquet here, the boys loved it and our party host Angel was amazing, she was friendly helpful and made our party go very smoothly. I will be coming back again and again thanks Angel and urban air for our great experience!

My 10 yr old LOVES this place :) ADVICE: if you are staying more than a couple of hours BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR (I have a comfy folding camping chair that I bring). There are ZERO comfy places for parents to sit. plastic picnic table benches and small metal chairs are the only options. Dear UrbanAir: parents would stay longer and SPEND MORE MONEY on drinks, food, etc if you had a comfortable parents lounge/comfortable seating for parents. Other than that, its a super fun place!!

This is a very fun place to go especially if you have children. There is a variety of activities like trampolines, zipline, obstacle courses, climbing, and more!! This place is fun on your own and even more fun with friends or family. The employees are great and they even have surprisingly good concessions. The only thing is sometimes they can be a bit busy, which entales long lines, and a crowded space but thats not to much of a bother.

Weve been twice in less than 2 weeks. My son has an absolute blast, and I must admit I have a ton of fun as well. Staff is extremely friendly, and the kitchen service is prompt and efficient. There was plenty of staff at each attraction, which was great! My husband met the owners while we here, and they were just as friendly as can be! Glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

Not worth the cost. It has some neat play structures but a lot of them were closed. Only kept kids attention for 45 minutes. I would recommend spider monkey or lava island. Better for the price.

Fun but the customer service is terrible. Your kids will be super excited to go play and then you get to try to control them for twenty minutes until the ONE employee can check in the dozen+ kids in front of you in line. Thats been my experience multiple times even though we have socks and all waivers signed. Its the classic example of when an owner has too few staff so he/ she can over work them and save a dime.

This is a great indoor play place for older kids and parents! It was clean, staff was friendly, nice food options and tons to do! We went for family night and we all had a great time. We stayed for about 2.5 hours. Only con: Pricing is a bit high and the required socks aren’t really comfortable. I now know why the socks are required. Many of the surfaces are slick and the sticky socks help with traction. We will be back but I’ll look for coupons or that should offer a season pass! Also, they have pay locker if you need to secure anything.

Do not advise going here. Very over priced. You need to by the ultimate because it’s not clear what you can play on with the other tiers. I received some complimentary tickets from a local business that was trying to help promote this business, I upgraded to the deluxe tier. Here is the problem, they open each side one at a time and close the other so make sure you time it right. Because we came on a promotional ticket, the staff treated us like crud, and The manager made a point to say “that’s pretty cheap for this facility”. Even with the promotional tickets we had, we still spent close to $200 between the upgrades and concessions. I would rather go pay at jump street and be timed. And pay 20 a kid then come here. There is also Lava Island and at least there sections are separate and it is clear what is what.Don’t ask questions once here, I was upset about the little kids slide closing without my knowledge, the manager said “what did you come here for just that slide”. Super rude. We had 3 little ones that only wanted to play on the slide. He then said if he opens the slide would I basically forget all the rude stuff I didn’t like and his rudeness and not write a review. When I said “not at this point” he said “great, I was having a great attitude until you brought it down” the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. Unfortunate.The lady on the phone was nice although did not give correct answers, they argue the difference between 13.99 and 18.99 is 5.99, and again feel the facility can treat you different on discount. So the male manager who is rude has the hat backwards and looks unprofessional but it matches his management style.The girl that was working concessions was the best person we encountered at this location. She should be the manager, she was very hospitable and the only staff member that seemed to like her job and the customers.

The lack of supervision on the trampolines and play area is super disappointing and frustrating beyond belief. Accidents are inevitable, and it is extremely frustrating because we have a membership for a family of four, but due to poor management and staffing we are utilizing it less and less. Enforce your rules!!!! Make it a safe place for my little girl to play. We play in the playground area and within minutes we are knocked down by a 13 year old playing tag, we move to the trampolines and no one enforces one kid per square and are nailed again by kids flying around out of control...* The kids are always polite and nice, but they need to be organized, trained, well managed, and be able to tell wild kids no and to stop...

Great place for kiddos brought my friend and her brothers in and they almost wouldn’t leave lol.

My daughter had her 12th Birthday party here last Saturday and kids had a blast. Our party host Evelynn was excellent and attentive to our guests. Made sure everyone got checked in at kiosk .The owner/manager was nice as well. It was expensive the package I chose , but its worth it .The peace of mind knowing kids were safe and sound. One suggestion would be to add in party packages is when rock climbing wall is open then sky coaster is closedThank you

This place seems fun when you walk in... but it’s SO EXPENSIVE!! You walk in and it basically screams “I COST MONEY” and what’s worse, is that you have to pay extra for the best things there! I took my sisters there today and we left after 30 minutes. Now I will admit, there are some fun things to do while you’re there but little kids are everywhere. Just make sure you have the patience to deal with obnoxious little children who love to annoy you. That is all thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Very disappointing & expensive! Too many pricing options to easily understand. Then you find out most everything except trampolines is not included in basic admission. One of the higher priced ticket options may have been more cost-effective; however, that wasn’t explained well. A nickel & dime operation that charges for everything except the basics. If all you want is trampolines, there are other area places much less expensive. Did I say very disappointing?

Got told we could do everything for a certain price and then we were told only the trampolines and that the person that told us that was new and didnt know what they were talking about. They should have honored what they said. Instead they gave us a partial refund and let us leave upset. This was upsetting as we were excited to have them close by and now we will never return and are spreading the word as to the service we received. Very disappointing. They even lost two parties that were going to be booked there because I told people about it. Very very disappointed

Wonderful experience! I felt so welcomed and the time spent with my family was pure fun. The park was clean, service was fast and excellent, and all the attractions were marvelous. One particular employee that stood out when I went there was Arath(Sunday, March 17) he was working the “sky rider” and He tended to my family in a way a relative would. An amazing work for an amazing day!

This place is amazing. The price can give you sticker shock, but when I think about going to a movie for 4 people which lasts about 2 hours it is about the same price (2 kids platinum pass and 2 adult spectators) and this is so much better. My kids played for 4.5 hours and I would have stayed longer if we didn’t have other plans. We will be back for sure.Staff was amazing and there was plenty of space for parents to sit and watch while the kids ran. The food was good and not to badly priced.I do agree it would be nice if there was a membership where you could purchase a membership and then get 20% off your package or something like that. We will still be back but something to consider.

Great clean place to take the kids to bounce around and burn off energy. We paid for my daughters birthday party at urban air and they took care of almost everything except for the cake and it includes about 9 kids to jump.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Urban Air, and it was a great experience from the beginning. Jaime Cangemi, one of the managers, provided her assistance a week before my daughter’s party and she continued to stay available to answer all my questions up until the day of the party. The facility is clean, and the food was decent too. Everyone had a great time. Thank you, again, Jamie for providing outstanding customer service!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Our kids were so excited to go on the zip line - we queued for about 20 minutes.. while watching other kids cut the queue in front.. so there was little adult control. When it came to our turn, there was a shift change and the robot ‘computer says no’ staff refused to let our 5 year oldon despite us watching 4 or 5 other kids who were much shorter than him get on. My husband spoke to them manager who showed no contrition about losing a customer. Worst customer service!

Awesome place to take younger and older kids. The time is unlimited for the price, so you can stay for a few hours. And the food is actually reasonably priced, $3 for a burger, $3 for a personal pizza. We will definitely be back again.

I love this place. My bestfriend got a membership for my son and it includes 1 kid 2 adults and a free snack or a slice of pizza. I love that theres a lot of teenagers working here, I feel like they communicate better with children. Is clean, you meet other parents and is a workout for yourself as well. It Puts your kids to sleep like Angels from so much fun that they have. Honestly is well worth every penny. I love it I guarantee you and your kids will to.
