Cool place for kids, the new owner really goes out of her way to give top service. Shes cleaning up the place in a timely fashion, and its showing. Support local small businesses, give this place a try for sure!

Terrible! There was dried blood on the slide a lot of thick dust, and torn swings that pinch when riding and webbing repairs with duct tape. Come on MB, Cleaning and well done repairs should be a must when trying to promote a place for kids. There are no excuses for this at all. Wont be back.

Absolutely love this place! The new management and staff are fantastic. The drinks are great, the facility is very clean and the kids absolutely love having a safe place to let out some energy after being cooped up for so long!Having my sons birthday here next month because he constantly asks to return and I know hes going to LOVE it! Cute place to take the kids when you want to get out of the house! Only con is that its kind of small, but its fine for shorter periods of time I think. Also, the amount of money you pay for each child lasts the entire day, which is a pretty good deal!

This is such a fun place, our kids love it. We recently did the Parent Night Out and our kids had a blast! the staff and owners were so sweet and kind. Will be doing again!

Our visit was very friendly and and fun. It was very spacious and clean and well organized.Bathrooms were very clean. Love how there is a separate place to eat and a space for the smaller babies to play. I would recommend this place for birthdays and playdates!

Took my kids here this weekend they had a blast ! Actually gave me some time to get some work done on my laptop, while I kept my eye on them. Its great to know there is a safe place my kids can enjoy themselves and I can be secure to not hover over them like a hawk. Weve fun yet chill place for the family.

Its a no from me. They made the place look huge when I Googled it and its really really small. I thought there were tons of areas to play but not the case at all and the baby area is tiny. They had a huge art room which I was really excited for..... Completely dry paint you couldnt even use, the stamper pads were completely dry. Just super disappointing. Crazy theyre making money on return visits cuz that place is really gross, duct tape all over the place too holding things together..... Looks like they havent updated anything in 30 years. Looks like the 90s came in and never came out. Should cost $3 to get in but is $11.25

Love bringing my kids here. Lots running around and time to calm down with some painting, coloring, or writing on a chalk board. Unfortunately a lot of parents think its ok to allow their very small children in the bigger kid area. There is a designated place for the small ones. They dont seem to understand. Then they get upset when your child accidentally runs into them. Wish the place was bigger. It get easily over occupied especially when the weather isnt the best. It seems to be many parents go to place for their kids to get exercise when its too cold for the park.

Was sanitized after each use. That in it self should rate a ten. The children enjoyed it very much wonderful place for a birthday party. Seniors had a place to sit to watch their special little people.

This place is great. We had my daughters 3rd birthday here. The staff was great and the facility was everything we could of hoped for. Perfect for not 3 year old and 8 month old (they have a crawlers area that was great). It was clean and had some yummy food and drink options. We drive 35 mins to get to it but worth it.

Both times my son has gone here he’s come back sick. This time with the stomach flu. I think they need to clean the equipment better

Probably better for kids over the age of two. I took my 7 month there and there was just a tiny area for him to play in that didnt have anything that interested him. Very expensive for what it is.

I wasn’t very impressed. They have an area for two and under- I have an 18 month old. He was bored with it within 30 minutes. They definitely need more for the little ones in that area. So we tried the bigger play area. It didn’t have much space for how many kids were there and a lot of the kids were older. Being a mom cleanliness is super important to me...this place really lacked that. It reminded me of how McDonalds would look when we played there as little kids. Just kinda dirty. It’s a great idea here but needs some TLC.

Visited this place with my four year old daughter for a birthday party. The staff are excellent and run the place like a well oiled machine. Coffee is delicious and fair trade!

Overall awesome! Had a birthday party there for my 5 year old and was treated like like a celebrity by the staff. They give you a party host that does everything for you and checks in with you about everything you need, giving you an update on time and yes, its quick but thats all the time the kids need in the party room before crying starts anyway. I read the other reviews about parties and admission being over priced. People seem to forget the awesome premium location comes at a price, they must pay rent in the Orchard! So for the location, the price is a good deal. And parties elsewhere are just as expensive! The staff members are extremely friendly, and even make an effort to remember your name. My only complaint is that they have a very fancy computer system, but I still get my punch card on paper? Please make it simple, skip the paper card, and keep it in the system! This is the only thing needing improvement in my mind. And keeping me from giving them 5 stars. Feels like you want to earn a profit from me forgetting my punch card or losing it. Overall-awesome!!!!!

I hate to leave this review because this place has so much potential.I think the check in system is long and somewhat confusing.Now let’s talk about the play area. They have blow up slides which are hard for smaller kids to get up. I have a very tall 3 year old and she struggles to get up on to it. The old slide was easier for them to get on.There are tricycles and again too big and not designed for little kids. Also, even if they could ride them, there is no room for kids to ride. They are just tripping hazards.Lastly, my biggest complaint is that there are big kids that run around like maniacs there. I understand that parents should be responsible for their kids, but they don’t pay attention to them. So the big kids are mowing down little kids because they are just going buck wild. If parents can’t be responsible, then please stop allowing kids over a certain age there. This place is designed for smaller kids. Isn’t the place called “little” monkey biz?

They refuse to allow you to bring in any food and then want to charge you a $4 delivery fee for Mario’s pizza to WALK down 50 feet to deliver it. When I said I would go pick it up they don’t allow it! What an absolute money making rip off they’ve got here!!!!

The doors that separate the play area from the rest of the facility are pretty kid friendly, meaning easy for toddlers to use. You have to watch your kids like a hawk if you dont want them escaping. Doors like the one in Parker are more feasible to overall safety. Liked the place though. Kids had a blast.

Expensive, considering the bulk of what is there amounts to playschool play sets. The check in process is ridiculous, requiring you to register everything about each child including blood type. Which leads to long lines full of screaming kids. The place is reasonably clean, and kids do seem to enjoy it. I just should not have to take out a mortgage, or fill out the associated paperwork for my kids to play for an hour.

I love this place. A lot of people say it’s expensive and small. Sorry but you just don’t get out very often because it’s the standard price/space for something like this. The only issue I have is the crawler section that could use some upgrading. My son has a blast every time since we started coming here when he was 6mo. He loves it. We will continue to come and enjoy ourselves!

We love this place. Its affordable in comparison to others like it. You can get a stamp and come back same day. You can bring your own snacks just no outside vendors. Its clean, staff is friendly and coffee is awesome. Saturdays are crazy busy but during the week is not so bad. Great experience and we go every week. They also do a punch card where you pay for 4 visits and get 1 free.

This place has the worst customer service, especially for a kid friendly environment. I invited my friend and her daughter with me to this Monkey Business because I come here often. This time when I checked in I signed in at the desk as usual and then he asked for payment. I handed him my card. We sat down while our kids played and about 30 minutes later one of the employees came up to us and stated that he made a mistake and charged us for one child only and that we still owe for the second. He said its fine to pay before we leave. We said okay no problem. Literally 5 minutes later the same employee comes up to us and says Im just reminding you that you need to pay for the second child. My friend and I kind of laughed to ourselves and thought Wow, he doesnt trust that we will pay? Keep in mind there were only a few people in the entire building. Ourselves and 2 other women with small children. We continued to enjoy ourselves visiting. After about 10 minutes or so another employee comes up to us and says, I need you to sign this waiver and pay now! My friend simply states, Excuse me but the gentlemen told us we could pay before I left. And she reminded him that she already went up to the counter previously to pay for a drink, he shouldve mentioned it then when she had her card out that time. She said she feels harassed at this point. The man (Alex Contreras, shift manager) says Its liability that we sign the waiver. We said we understand, since you brought us the waiver we will sign it now and pay later before we leave. He said no we need payment now ($10). I said excuse me but we understand the waiver needs signed and at our convenience we will pay when we get up to leave. I told him that he was being rude and inconsiderate. We also told him that he shouldve been the one to tell us the first 2x about the situation, instead of sending his employee to remind us of payment. He said it doesnt matter and he DOESNT CARE. Finally he threw his hands in the air and says fine! Just sign the paper now then (his exact words). I asked him who his manager was and that I would like the contact number . He said I dont know all I have is a card. He just stood there. I said I want the card now please! He said the manager is my mom. I told him that I will be contacting her and I will pay her the $10. I told him I will let her know the service that we received. His mom (Monique Contreras) called on our way home. I assume her son got a hold of her first. These were her exact words, I would like to hear the about the situation that just happened because there are 2 sides to every story? (WOW, and this is the manager?) So I start to tell her about the incident and she not once says sorry for the treatment or anything of that sort. She says how can we expect payment for the second child that you refused to pay? I told her I would be glad to pay and had no intentions of not paying, in fact I wouldve been happy to even donate, but now she lost my business. I told her she lost out on more than $10. I will never go there again. This is the worst service. I felt harassed, racially profiled and the disrespect was the worst Ive ever received especially at a childrens place.

If you want your monies worth, get there at 9 when they open because at noon they close for private parties etc. Other than that, its great fun for any kid under the age 12..... including really littles, they have their own play area!!

Hours are not clear as they are constantly closed for birthday parties, I suggest having a schedule online with all the birthday parties times listed so people can still go in-between parties. Also, its pretty pricey but there is no time limit

My kid loves this place so I gave it 4 stars even though its kind of expensive. I like that theres a sitting area for the parents, snacks are a little overpriced and the only food allowed in there is Marcos Pizza, which gets old fast. But they have a good variety of Jumpy castles and slides and a little art room for kids to paint in.

My kiddos love this place. I have a 5 year old and almost 1 year old. However, I do think they could invest in a few more things for entertainment. I also wished they would do a annual membership for less than what they offer. I can get a childrens museum membership for cheaper and for both my kiddos and they offer more. The customer service is always great though. We frequent at least once or twice a month.

I find this establishment to be kind of a joke. Im not crazy about the other customers who come in with their kids and are somewhat rude and inconsiderate of others and their kids. The doors that enclose the play area need to be redone and a better security system so kids dont walk out! I always see other people opening the doors for kids that dont belong to them and they can simply walk out of the establishment altogether with a complete stranger. If its not your kid, dont let them out of the play area, its a pretty simple thing to do! I cant tell you how many times Ive had to catch my kids walking out of the play area because other people leave the door open completely and dont even shut it or they let the kids just walk out! The staff is also a joke in my opinion, all they care about is if all the kids are wearing socks and not doing their job to make sure no kids leave the building, which is almost what one of the kids did as I was coming. I dont find this place to be safe AT ALL! I stopped coming here altogether. And for $10 per kid, the play area isnt even big. Like a said, a complete joke!

This place seems decent for ages 20ish months, but is a bit awkward for in between. The toddler area got boring for my 16 month old after 15 minutes, but the large area has too many big kids running around for it to be safe. Also, the large play structure is very hard to access as an adult if you need to reach your kiddo.There was one small slide in the larger play area my daughter enjoyed, but hardly worth paying $7.50 for. Frolic or KidSpace is a much better playspace until they are 2 years old.Additionally, the one worker at the facility with a nose ring seemed a little rude; I didnt see her smile once.It also didnt seem as clean as most people have stated that it is, and the bathroom smelled of dirty diapers.

Hosted a birthday party for us which was a success for the most part. They need to allow more time in the rooms for food/cake, which 6 kids barely had enough time to consume before the tab had arrived. Once we paid, they ushered us out of there almost rudely and were confronted multiple times about the kids being in the play area after our time. Unless youre planning on getting the 400$ package, I would find somewhere else.

Definitely one of the better locations. They have a huge inflatable side, bounce house, an indoor playground for small kids and older kids, a crawl room for the itty bitty ones, an art room, and a few tricycles. The bathrooms are large and clean as is the play area. Socks are available for purchase if you or your child arrive without them and you are able to rent space for quick parties.

My 4 year old had tons of fun but the facility isnt worth the price. The carpets are disgusting so I wont be taking my 7 month old back. Hopefully they will remodel soon. Oh and not their fault but I saw a adult woman leave the restroom without washing her hands. Hand santizing stations would be nice.

This place is Great for the Whole Family, Prices are very reasonable and for the kids they have so much fun. I love how they have a time and day where you can drop of your kids for a little while to go do shopping its wonderful you and your kids you get shopping done and your kids have a blast while under good supervision

Have not been in there in a few months, but was not to thrilled about it this time. Prices have gone WAY up!! In the painting area, it was awful, so dirty. Looks like they have not gotten or replaced the paint in over 1 year. The stamp pads are brown and horrible. There was NO chalk for the giant chalk board that lined the room. The play area was so dirty, smelled. Management needs to make sure that floors are being cleaned every hour as well as wiping down play area and stocking supplies in painting area. Bathrooms were also so nasty. Cant just clean up at the end of the night in a place like that. I have never seen anyone clean there and I use to go weekly. Will probably not be back. Other places popping up that are less and cleaner.

This is basically a Starbucks with a playground. The coffee is really good and they sell pizza and hot dogs. They have a play area for bigger kids and one for 2 year olds and younger. It had a large bouncy slide and castle. Theirs also some obstacle courses. They lose one star for the price. In my opinion it should be about $8. You can buy a punch card and the price goes down.

At $7 per kid I wasnt expecting much but our experience wasnt that great. The place is pretty small. The crawler area is pretty gross and not fun at all. The bigger area needs....more stuff? I dont even know. It wasnt busy at all, which was good but even then, it wasnt that fun. Adults arent allowed on the equipment, so if you have a shy child like mine, they need a little guidance through the obstacles. The art room was a joke and the chalkboard wall needs an upgrade.The bathroom smelled of dirty diapers and I only ever saw one employee as I was checking in. I likely wont return.

Great place! It is always clean when I take the kids there. If you need to get something done (paperwork, taxes, homework, etc.) or even just need a break, its perfect. There are tables that you can sit down at, with free wifi, and also a coffee bar. Its perfect for days that are too hot or stormy to play outside.

I came in earlier today to get a drink - there was a sign outside the door advertising their coffee. When I walked in, there were no workers in sight so I rang the bell on the counter. After the third ring, a man finally walked up and then refused my service because they had shut the coffee machines down since they were closing soon. I was there a little before 4:20, and they close at 5. I usually have great service here and I used to come here all the time when I worked at the orchard. I sure hope this isnt a normal practice, because to me, shutting the coffee bar down 40 min before closing is a little excessive. I understand people want to get out on time, but if theres no coffee to serve, then take the sign from outside saying you are serving coffee.

First time at this location. Brought my 4 and 6 year old sons here for about hour of play. Very, very small! Not sure if you get the whole place for parties but need to ask although they do have what looks like a room dedicated for party seating. Only 18 small tables to sit at if you just want to stop in for hour with kids and it appears those are taken by parents that are at work with laptops and settled in for a day of business so thats very frustrating. Either spend time with your kids or go to work. All in all this location is not worth $20 for what you get. Maybe the other locations are larger and more spread out with better seating arrangement.

Its sunday morning. I know lots of parents have difficult to find a safe place for young kids.However Monkey biz needs to manage capacity of custmers. Too many kids, more parents. Parents hold hot drinks, stood middle of playground. Kids had to run or walk without bumping adults. I am not totally sure this places for kids or adults.Place capacity is less than 8o but now? I believe its more than 100 peoples in here.You need to think about safety.
