Great location and easy to find. My son is 11, hes learning how to swim properly. Matt is our instructor. He and the other staff are friendly and professional. No problems social distancing. They are clean and healthy with private small lanes. They have a separate pool for family swim. Easy to register online. Prices are great too! I signed up for 2 separate classes then a full week. Cant wait to see how his skills improve!

I love the Westerville JC Pool because the staff is really kind, the pools are kept in good condition, they have a concession stand, and a playground for kids who dont want to swim. They offer lessons and have swim and dive teams. They offer lap pools, a baby pool, 2-3ft, pool, 5ft pool, a 10ft pool, diving boards, and a big slide. Ive been going there since I was little and would recommend it to anyone.

Went on a Friday and had a good time. We were there from 6:00 - 7:30pm. There were less than 60 people there and never felt crowded.

Super fun day at Jaycee Westerville. Chill lifeguards, clean, and shade trees to set up under. Had to reserve our spot because of Covid, but was able to without any problems.

I attended an after hours event here and was absolutely impressed with this facility! Parking is right across the street, not far at all. The pool area is huge!!! First off, there are multiple pools! There is a waterslide!! There is plenty of deck space and chairs to utilize! There is even a HUGE yard area with picnic tables, you have plenty of space and SHADE to spread out blankets and towels! This is great because you are not on top of the other pool patrons! Pools were clean, water was a nice temp! Restroom area was clean as well! The employees were great! They were super attentive and very nice! I will definitely return with my family!

Great pool! We have a pool pass here and we enjoy coming often. It can be a little crowded on weekdays before 3 due to summer camps, but other than that they are never very busy! The lifeguards are very good and attentive, but also relaxed in a way they are pretty chill and friendly. Yesterday four kids had to be saved off the slide, so maybe more signs can be put up to let kids know it’s a little deep off the slide, but the lifeguards handled these situations perfectly! The pool includes a 10 foot area, two baby pools, a bigger pool area that starts shallow and goes to 5 feet, diving boards, and a slide. Definitely worth coming to!**Update: Apparently skunks live here. During a rain delay, a grown adult skunk came within 5 feet of all the people waiting under the small red awning. Everyone got scared and when the skunk came back again, we ran! So beware - skunks may live in or near the red steps to the indoor pool.

Its an older pool, has a couple slides and diving boards. Its a bit small but more affordable than some of the other pools in the area...ya get what ya pay for I guess. No complaints my way. The kids always have a great time.

We hold annual events here and its always fantastic! Several pools with varying depths and Eric is always great! Snack shop and indoor pool. Events are held here frequently and always a great time!

The kids love going here. Its great for a public pool and pricing is great. They have 5 different pools, diving boards, one water slide.

Visited the day before school starts. It was not crowded, they have a water slide and low diving boards. There are three separate pools for toddlers, a mid-depth pool and a deep pool.Its not as fancy as the newer public pools but its not as crowded either.

I went to this pool for an event. I was disappointed by the lack of accessibility in the actual pool. The stairs into and out of the pool are very narrow. Extremely narrow and they are slippery. Im confused why they need to be so inaccessible for different types of bodies? It meant that myself and others had to stay in a small wading childs pool during the event on the otherwise of the area away from the majority. It was very othering. And when I decided to just say whatever and try the stairs I ended up jumping in and using them to get out..... Terrible decision. I got stuck in the stairs, had to try to exit sideways. I wont be doing that again

Great time with the kiddos today. Last full day of summer and spent a good chunk of time at Jaycee. Really fun, really chill....

I enjoyed it. First time visitor today. People need to train their kids on pool etiquette and manners, but other than that it was a good time.

The indoor pool looked like it had lived a long, well-used life. The ceiling seemed to be old and rusty, paint bubbling off. The showers and toilets were opposite the entrance, so you had to walk across the side of the pool in your outside clothing. There was only 1 shower in the womens room and it had no shower curtain. The pool itself didnt seem too dirty, so it seemed to be an issue with all of the things surrounding the pool. The parking was easy, free, and in front of the building.

No life guard at kiddie pool so be prepared to have to tell older rowdy kids to leave. No signs or instructions telling you age/height requirements, what is or isnt allowed flotation wise. Or details about the slides/diving boards. There is a play area for children to use, and lots of chairs. Price drops after 5pm.

Nice facility. Many different types of pools for everyone to enjoy. Typically isnt too busy but can get busy when all the daycare/camps come. Only have been there near midday so dont know when it has the least amount of people. I cant complain though because it is a community pool and is open to all. Overall, positive experience.

Jc pool is a great facility. There is always lots of space to swim. It is never overcrowded. The pool even has a nice 10 foot swimming section where you can tread water. The pool always has an area open for adults 21 and over. There are great pools for young kids. And of course a large slide and diving board.

Awesome pool, not crowded! Kid-friendly with diving boards and baby pool. Has a pool for starters in case you or your kid doesnt know how to swim. Also has 10 foot pool and great slide. Safest pool Ive been to. Great place for a picnic, and has many trees for shade. My experience here was the best.

This place is one of the worst pools my kids have swam at. No place for parents to wait on kids. Changing rooms are tiny tiny. The floors are always wet everywhere. Condensation dips from the ceiling. Huge air drafts from all the doors. Lessons are cheap enough Im willing to deal with all the above for our 9 or so makeup lessons throughout the school year.

We like to swim. My son loves this pool. I enjoy my time with him there as well. He wants to go down the slide but he isnt able yet to swim to the other side of the pool on his own yet so he cant get on it. Oh well! There is always next year. FIVE STARS!!!!!

I love this pool because it is so relaxing and quiet. Its family oriented and easy to watch multiple children. They have a snack bar with great prices. Clean and very friendly.

The pool is clean, the grounds well cared for and there are plenty of chairs. One of the best slides around and the lifeguards are reasonable-just dont run. The Jaycee pool is a great neighborhood pool.

Jaycee pool is an ok pool in westerville. It is pretty cheap and has 2 slides that are fun.
