We LOVE goldfish swim school! Both of my daughters have taken lessons there over the last 4+ years and we cannot say enough great things. They have great instructors who seem to love their work, and their structured curriculum and small class size are excellent for learning. Both of my kids are now excellent swimmers and swimming on their local swim teams.

We love the swim teachers. Miss Jordan is the BEST! I have 3 little kids in 3 separate sessions and the staff is always amazing when I need to move/reschedule sessions. The facility is clean and inviting. Having showers at the end of the pool, hair dryers, and changing cabanas is great for getting kiddos cleaned up and in their PJs before we leave. Also, the water being at 90 degrees really helps my girls stay focused. I also love that the teacher to swimmer ratio is 1 to 4. Often, there are 2 instructors with the 4 swimmers (or less) which helps with that specialized attention for the kids. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We love Goldfish Swim School and have been swimming with them for 2 years! The class sizes are small, they review with the parents after class how they did, they teach safety and skill, and are just so calm and good with the kids. Also it’s a weekly swim lesson, so I feel like it’s great to continuously expose them to the water week after week! Since COVID, the instructors wear face shields, all parents have to wear masks and sit six feet apart. The place is also very clean! So we were just really impressed! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place. The facilities are beautiful and are very well maintained, especially with Covid. The lessons are well organized and my son is kept busy. The instructors have all been great and hes made a ton of progress over the last year or so. I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Goldfish swim school in Westerville (and in particular swim instructor Danny) I signed my two girls up last summer just to become familiar with the water and learn some basics. A little over a year later they are both Pro level swimmers. Danny has gone above and beyond to help them in the areas they struggled, he provide excellent instruction to help them past the obstacles. We had taken lessons with other places and nothing compares to the service, commitment and dedication of the team in Westerville!

Some good instructors but they arent flexible when it comes to special needs kids. I understand the 30 day policy but I had no intention of pulling my kids out until my son started having meltdowns from the cold. No matter how much I dry him off and change his clothes he would still have a meltdown when we leave. So I asked to put in a two weeks cancellation notice because its been hard dealing with all of my sons meltdowns the past 7 months. He has autism and an anxiety disorder. Goldfish still wants to charge me even though we wont be there and there is no guarantee that we will be coming back. Sometimes things happen out of our control and I just wish they could have been more understanding about the situation.

We love Goldfish Westerville and have been going for almost 3 years. We are impressed with their new protocols and feel safe returning to lessons.

I thank Goldfish for making the health and safety of everyone a top priority. I feel very safe sending my son there for his lessons!

COVID safe and the instructors are wonderful.

The staff is very friendly and the instructors do an excellent job teaching our son swimming fundamentals as well as water safety. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the cabanas (changing rooms). They don’t seem to be cleaned that often, specifically the walls and wood framing. My son loves to go in the same few and I notice the same stains (some pretty gross looking) for weeks at a time.

We LOVE Goldfish-Westerville, Ohio!!! We have felt so safe in regards to health during the reopening and returning back to Goldfish. The health and safety protocols put into place were very clearly communicated and are easy to follow. We appreciate the measures that have been taken to ensure that we can get back into the water safely while still learning water safety and having fun! We appreciate ALL of the staff and teachers at Goldfish-Westerville and are pumped to be back!

We love the classes here but i have one suggestion regarsing the ribbons ... after few months they started to be without meaning to the kid... if you have an encouraging program that after specific number of ribbons or specific color the student get something ( hanging his photo on a board , or simple gift or ..... etc )

My son loves his instructor and really looks forward to his lessons every week. He is usually very anxious and doesnt want to leave my side but he is completely comfortable here! All of the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Not only is the Goldfish Swim School an exceptionally great place to take your children to learn the important swimming and pool safety skills that they need, but their staff is BEYOND helpful and accommodating. Last week, we had an encounter with the Manager, Mindy, who went above and beyond to make sure my daughters swim lesson was special and exactly what she needed. We are also very thankful for Miss Sydney and her patience and encouragement with our oldest daughter and our youngest when she did parent/child lessons as well. We have had an overall very positive experience, and highly recommend them for your children of all ages!

Great lessons and well trained instructors. This place is a bit pricy but you get what you pay for.Exceeds our expectations. No humidity in the viewing room but very warm water and air in the swim room makes the kiddos very comfortable during the lessons.

Goldfish has been a positive spot in our Friday evening routine. My boys are always excited to swim and always leave with a smile on their face. The swim instructors are always so positive and affirming of their efforts. We have had very few subs in our time here and I know that consistency has been a benefit for the comfort level of our family.

My niece had a great experience at Goldfish Swim School this summer. The staff was extremely accommodating. My niece, Milaina, was only in town for two weeks, and they arranged for her to take four lessons during that time. It was a hassle free experience. The facility is clean, the instructors are amazing, and the water is always 90 degrees. I plan to have my niece take more lessons during her visit with me next summer.It is a wonderful environment for children to learn how to swim.

Love Ms. Brianna! She is such an awesome instructor! We also appreciate the great facility and staff! Having Life Guards on duty throughout creates piece of mind (although I know the instructors are on top of safety, and would be right there in the event of an emergency, knowing those extra eyes are on the kiddos is comforting). I appreciate the 5min at the end of each lesson for my child to show me what they have learned and to spend a minute with the teacher finding out what we are working on. We love Goldfish!

My 8 year was a reluctant swimmer who had taken lessons other places multiple times with no change. Within the 1st month of lessons she was over her fears and has learned so much in just a few months! Shes a better swimmer than me now! Im so glad we decided to give lessons 1 more try

My daughter Nora has gone from “afraid to get her face wet in the bathtub” to confident, strong, skilled swimmer. She has progressed from Junior 1 to Pro 1 in one year. We tried several different classes at rec centers and other public swimming facilities that just didn’t click for her. Goldfish swim school has the formula that worked wonders for my kid. Now, if I could only figure out how to get her OUT of the water...

I enjoy the individualized attention and small classes. I also love the amenities like the hair drying station, changing rooms, swimsuit dryer, and shop. The staff always seems very friendly too.

I am so impressed with Goldfish Swim School! We have tried other swimming lessons, and they dont hold a candle to Goldfish. It is clean, organized, has plenty of changing rooms & restrooms. The staff is wonderful! Everyone is genuinely excited to teach the children. My kids improve their skills each week by what is taught and how it is taught. And, my kids get so excited and proud when they do something new. They love the prizes at the end of the classes, and their Goldfish Swim School shirts are their favorite shirts :) Goldfish has exceeded my expectations!„

The teachers we have had (Audrey and Briana) are outstanding! My daughter loves going to class and trusts the teachers who work with her. We are thrilled with the confidence and skills she is gaining!

Finally a pool that is warm! Not only is it easier for my son to get in, but I dont have to wade for nearly an hour before jumping in. Their facility is clean, the staff are friendly. Management has a really top notch process from check in, to changing facilities, class enrollment, the curriculum and the class briefing at the end. I especially like that the classes for three year old are 2-3 kids and that multiple life guards and two managers surround the pool attentively watching the children while acting as a back-up pair of eyes to the dozen instructors in the pool. Highly recommend Goldfish!

We currently go to the Westerville location. We were on vacation and our son broke out from all the chemicals in the pool. When we came home ,he had a big rash all over his face. He would not get into the pool for class for 2 weeks. The staff was patient with him and he is back in the pool ,where he loves to be. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF . This shows that they really care about our little swimmers.

They really do a great job teaching swimming.

They fired me all because I decided to switch my shifts which was for mental health issues. They never even gave me a warning. The week before I got fired I got shout out awards and I even got a raise, it was a surprise to me. They also talk bad about your kids after the shift ends. I wouldn’t bother working here or taking your kids here. The business here sucks

I cant say enough good things about Goldfish in Westerville. I had debated for some time about signing up my daughter for swim lessons at Goldfish mainly because the cost was more than the local rec center. However, after many sessions at the rec I wasnt seeing my daughter improve in swimming; She remained very timid and afraid of the water. I made the decision to enroll her in Goldfish a few months ago and wish I wouldve done it sooner! Not only are the staff and instructors always incredibly kind but my daughter has gained so much confidence and she LOVES swimming now - even independently. Thank you Goldfish for all that you do!

My son has made more progress in six months at Goldfish than he did in four years at the YMCA. Sure it is considerably more expensive, but it will take less time. Overall, it would have saved me money if we would have started at Goldfish!

Miss Carly and Goldfish Swim School literally saved my sons life last week. He went off the steps into a pool and did exactly as he was trained to do; he turned around and bobbed back to the side where he was able to get out even before I could get to him.
