Really beautiful place! I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I kept hearing about this place. The lighting is awesome and the main stage is huge. My first time here and the Happy Hour was the best I have had in a long time. Bartender was very cute, sweet and attentive. I had the chance to talk to a beautiful dancer named Lena, I could not stop laughing with her. She gave me a very enjoyable dance in a private room and still had me chuckling in there. Great experience and need to come back with some buddies next time.

I have never been at a place that disrespect me like this before Ive been to many gentlemens club. If you are an entertainer you should be able to appreciate that I am here to see you perform thats one. Two if I am respectfully giving you my attention and paying you for your time you should give me some of your time not asking for 24hrs if you dont like your job then dont do it. Three the manager Dan is no where near manager quality also not at the customer service quality, never coming back this place until things change.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences every time I’ve visited the Cloakroom. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere and decor is very stylish. I had my birthday there and it was one of the most fun nights ever. Stop by the Cloakroom, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Establishment. Decent prices for the region. Unlike most mens clubs in the area they dont seem to have pushy dancers who come around after each dance to ask for tips. Which is definite plus. Their gift shop is a little lacking when compared to say Hooters, but overall a decent bar.

The management is misogynistic. Well, specifically I am speaking of my experience with Kam. I have danced for many high end places, and this was the worst audition/experience I have ever had. Kam, commented on my complexion telling me to “go out side more”, called my other friend “ugly” and to not even audition (who is gorgeous and fit with a very dark complexion), would not watch my audition and instead made inappropriate remarks to the other dancer I auditioned with. Completely unprofessional work environment. If you’re a dancer, it is clear they are searching for a very specific look. Many dancers around the area have had poor experiences with this club. All I have to say is If you’re looking for a place with any feminist values, try somewhere else. I want to clarify, I in no way have a vendetta against the club. The inside is absolutely beautiful, however, my experience was very distasteful, as well as many other accounts I have heard. I truly wish I could say I had a positive experience, and not an experience that made me stop dancing for months.

Best place in DC . Had been there as a tourist from india . All the girls where beautiful, had a nice time would definitely recommend many of my friends.Will definitely visit if i go to usa again .Only one small thing is they try to rip of the customers if they can . I was on a Monday night with friends in this club. We were there before 10pm and it was already a well visited. Staff, host and dancers were very welcoming and friendly.Admission was $ 20 per person without drink. A beer cost $ 11. The club looked new and modern. In the middle of the room, there was a large stage the dancers had danced on one after the other and stripped completely naked. The dancers were not shy of showing their whole body and beautifully presented themselves well on stage. Some female dancers were also able to include the two high poles on the stage really well in their performance.As a guest you can sit by the bar (in between you and the stage), or at the side on armchairs. Although you could not sit directly at the stage, view was still good. The advantage was that no tip was expected from the dancers. Of course, you could still go to the stage and tip the dancers. In that case, dancers showed their appreciation and presented themselves again in detail from close proximity.For $ 40 there was a personal dance in one of the open lounges. You can to take several people to this dance. The dance lasted two songs long. The dancer stripped completely naked and danced and theased without body contact from close range on the lounge table.A private dance for an individual in a separated room was $ 150 per 10-minute interval, allegedly allowing body contact.Overall, the entire staff, including female dancers, was very friendly and not at all intrusive, which I appreciated. Great club with a pleasant atmosphere, where there is something for everyone.The bar ladies could have dressed a bit more liberal and the prices for private dances are ridiculous compared to other comparable cities/countries.

Beautiful women, which is to be expected. There is a cover charge and they offer a Military/ Veteran discount with ID. You can grab $1s at the cashier; they easily changed my $100. My beer cost $9; which is only about $2 more than what I pay in Reston and considering the superior view in the Cloakroom, I think it is well worth it. Did I mention the beautiful women? Overall, Wife and I had a great time and will probably visit again when we are in the District.

Best club Ive ever been to. Service is great, place is clean, and Entertainers are beautiful and have a lot of talent. They all work hard and deserve their tips. No disrespect. Nazar is the hottest and most talented one, hands down. Wayne (door guy) is such a gentlemen and very respectful. Joel was real cool and help directed my friends & family to our table for my Bachelor-ette party. All of the security guys make you feel safe. They watch you like a hawk if you touch any of the girls. As a former (go-go) dancer, security is the most important thing. Drinks are on the expensive side but plenty of top shelf liquor. Definitely would like to come back and support these women tho. We had an amazing and fun time!

I met Maria, a beautiful gal with nice curls, a warm personality, and plenty of charm. She took me on a tour before our dance, and all I can say is both were well worth it. Each floor of the club hosts a unique atmosphere that will suit everybody’s tastes. The rooftop bar is sectioned off from the entertainers, and is a classic but relaxed place to drink, get fresh air, and wait before heading down to the cigar lounge fitted with leather seats, a full-bar, delicious cigars, and Johnny Walker.The main floor is where the party is—from the vast, granite stage erupts two 2-story poles that climb into a majestic set of dancing lights. It may sound silly, but these lights are something to marvel at, and set this venue apart from all the others. They are an engineering masterpiece. I struggle to fathom all of the time, care, and money they put into this establishment. It is truly one of a kind, and something you have to see for yourself.

If you go here make sure you see Brandi. Shes an amazing dancer and makes the whole experience phenomenal. She doesnt make you feel like youre being used or hustled and really takes the time to actually get to know you. The environment here is also way better compared to many of the other gentlemens clubs in the area. I will definitely come again

My friends and I went out for our first night in D.C. We sat with a few beautiful women, Nichole and Skylar. They were both so smooth on stage. Ended up getting a dance with Nicole, and she blew my world. I’ve been to clubs around the country, and I have yet to find something that can compare.

I went up to the Cloakroom for the first time and all I can say is WOW, you must come and check this place out if you havent already! All the girls are so welcoming, from the girl who greeted us at check-in, our bartenders and the performers. I got the pleasure to sit and chat with Scarlett she was beautiful on stage performing and her personality shined even brighter than her amazing entertainment!

Where do I begin? Such a classy establishment! The design of the place is superior, the servers and bartenders are so kind and welcoming. The dancers are amazing and know how to read their customers. I personally love being in the VIP section on the top floor. It’s got an excellent lounge vibe going on. I cannot wait until their roof top opens; it’s going to be a game changer.

We had a great experience recently at the Cloakroom. Cam and his team were very hospitable and helped us enjoy our evening. It has a very nice elegant style and you can tell they put a lot of thought into its layout and new design and spent some time on its vision of the remodeled establishment. Very excited to see what else this place has to bring. If you go ask for Cam! Me and my wife and her friends had a blast!

This venue is sexy!!! Hands down one of the most attractive interior designing I’ve seen in a club. The service that Cam and his team provides for their guests will make you want to come back! The drinks are great and the dancers definitely keep you entertained. The Cloakroom is certainly worth checking out.

I recently went to Cloakroom for the first time. This place has a lot of potiential for exotic dancers. Very nice atmosphere and staff. I felt right at home! For all my ladies reading this in search of new opportunity as an exotic dancer if you have class and talent Id suggest you come audition now while its still new and expanding! This club is possibly on the verge of something really good.

We stopped in before and after the Penguins game for a few drinks. Probably one of the classiest clubs I have ever been to. Every staff member was helpful and and really made our time there extremely fun. Tyler greeted us when we came in and was always checking on us to ensure we were enjoying our time.

I was in DC for business recently and almost made the mistake of staying in the hotel for the night, but on a whim I decided to see what was local and Im so glad that I did! The decor was very classy, the drinks were amazing, and the dancers were out of this world. Im hoping I can get my boss to send me back next month and that Maria is working when I get there.

This business is not your typical adult entertainment venue. It is first class and inviting to all men and women. The team behind the venue is compassionate, diverse, and sophisticated. They look to bring a white gloves experience to all of the guests so that each and every person who visits enjoys their time. The decor, lighting systems, and sound systems are artistically done with sex appeal in mind. The beverage and food programs are top notch. Oh, and they have a rooftop!

I brought my husband and 10 of his friends to The Cloakroom as a surprise birthday party. I have never been to a strip club before, but this place isnt like any strip club I have ever heard about. I didnt know what to expect. The host, Dan, and our server, Stephanie, was so helpful and really made the experience incredible. I bought a private room (not for my husband. Im too jealous), but for 2 of his best friends, who said that the entertainers by far gave the best dances. I am the best wife ever now. And I strongly encourage men and women to come to Cloakroom. I really appreciate the beautiful decor and how nice the staff was even when we were drunk idiots. They were still really cool. Definitely recommend Cloakroom to anyone!!

Horrible experience. Let me start this off by saying that this was one of the most boring and BLEH experience I’ve ever had in a “gentlemen’s club”. Everything is over priced and just bleh.I’ve never been so disappointed in terms of the quality of dancers, music, and more. It was such a boring experience that I didn’t even care about losing the money. I had to leave.Drinks were overpriced, everything was just so ugh.It was a very clean and upscale place, I’ll give it that but definitely not your traditional experience. It may be for certain crowds but definitely not for the younger more vibrant crowd.I’ve been to plenty of establishments where I can say the experience has been much different and therefore much more enjoyable.

When I walked into this club, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. Rivaling top night clubs in Las Vegas, Prague, and Hong Kong, the Cloakroom is the gem of nightlife in DC, and possibly all of the U.S. The best seat in the house is a private room with Maria. I almost called off all DC clubs, but stopped in for the first time last night and spent two hours with her upstairs. It was the best dance I’ve had at any club.

If you are a black dancer do not waste your time this is an all white club

Best gentlemen’s club I have ever been too! The atmosphere was something I have never experienced..... my girlfriends and I were looking for something to do on a Friday night, that’s when we stumbled upon the “Ms Peru show” at Cloakroom! She gave us a jaw dropping flawless aerial performance :) I highly recommend her performance and most definitely will be back to Cloakroom!

The cloakroom is like no other gentlesmen club. There is literally something for everyone. The decor, layout and amenities were breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and Cam went above and beyond to give us a tour and make sure we were comfortable throughout the night. I will definitely be back!

My favorite gentleman’s club in the DMV, by a long shot! The staff is extremely welcoming.. from the greeter at the front door, to the hosts on the floor, to the beautiful servers and bartenders. They also have a spectacular variety of dancers. The interior/design is luxourious and chic, something you have to see for yourself. I recommend their specialty cocktails (my favorite being Buy Me Diamonds) served up by the most amazing bartender Rochelle!

I’d like to take a moment and thank everyone at The Cloakroom for their help in making my cousin’s bachelor party such a success. After much searching online for the perfect venue, I chose the Cloakroom because it was new and the sleek interior looked more like a Vegas dance club than a typical strip club. The sound system was very impressive along with the cool lighting which added to its clublike atmosphere.The place is enormous for a gentlemen’s club. There are multiple floors so you can hang out by the main stage or sit near one of the smaller stages on the other floors, all of which have super comfy seats to lounge in.Of course the most important thing, the ladies were top notch and very attentive to our party. Everyone including the manager, Jeremie we’re constantly making sure that we had everything we needed and having a good time. Definitely ask for Jeremie if you’re planning an event there, he’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.

Really enjoyed this club! As a woman ive struggled getting attention from dancers at other clubs, but at the cloakroom all of the women were very charming and attentive toward me. I met three incredible dancers who absolutely made my night, charlotte nicole and skyler. You ladies definitely know how to treat your guests! Very unprofessional club not worth giving them your business! I was very disappointed by the dancers and management. None of the girls can dance and management seems to not care. Every one is rude and on drugs including the door girls and bouncers. I will not be returning. If you’re looking for a real club go to Baltimore.

Only reason I enjoyed this spot was because Deena was amazing....dancers were good but Deena was the highlight of my evening...she had outstanding customer service skills and awesome to be around...kudos to the manager who hired her ...make sure you pay her good because she is the face of your establishment.

There is a 20 cover (and it doesn’t come with a drink as some previous reviewers indicated). Again, I get they do it because if they didn’t some dudes would just camp out, not tip, or buy drinks. If I gotta pay $20 in drinks or $20 in cover, that makes no nevermind to me. They would not let me wear my baseball cap and I got mixed feelings about it. I’m a pretty ugly dude so it’s really in the interest of all the staff and patrons as much of my face to be covered up as possible. I would have preferred it if the bouncer told me outside so I could have just left but the guy who advised me of the rule at the cover cashier was professional and courteous-no drama. The aesthetic layout of the club is probably the best in DC when it comes to the strip club milieu. I wouldn’t say they’re #1 when it comes to dancers but they’re not last either. When I got in at 1 am they had like all the dancers go up on the stage at once; there must have been like 15+ ladies. It almost made me raise an eyebrow which is a HUGE compliment from a dude like me (trust me - you don’t want to know). The music is fine; I’ve never been to a strip club where the music is good (to me) but it’s good for TNA shaking which is the point, right? All the staff: bouncer, greeter dude (see above), bartenders, most of the dancers (find me a club with 100% awesome dancers and send me their address, please), check in peeps, were all excellent. The sound system itself was solid. All the ladies are hot - I mean - obviously. I can’t find any flaws with Cloakroom’s fit. I don’t think I’ll be back because of the wardrobe policy but that shouldn’t deter you. That’s just my own damage. And you can see from the perfect rating I gave, I did not let it affect my review.

Nirvana discovered…My wife and I spent the weekend before Christmas in DC and we love experiencing high-class gentlemen’s clubs wherever we travel.  There are several choices in DC but none can match the service, composure and professionalism that we experienced at The Cloakroom.  We would go so far as to say from New York to Miami, this has been our favorite.  The moment we reached the door, the staff was very polite, professional and engaging, instantly setting the tone for the evening.  Once we were two steps in the door, we were greeted by Tony G. and thus began an evening we will never forget.  Tony was an impeccable host and the best Guest Services personnel we’ve ever encountered at a gentlemen’s club.Tony gave me the full tour of the premises while leaving my beautiful wife in the amazing company of Rebecca and the other ladies in the VIP room.  The mixture of Old DC on the outside and the “South Beach” feel meets “vintage leather” classiness on the inside just plain works.  Mix in some of the most beautiful women on the East coast and it quickly approaches a feeling of euphoria that is second to none.  It really must be experienced (not just seen) to be appreciated.This club is high-end, so act accordingly and you’ll be treated accordingly.  The staff is incredible, the drinks are some of the best I’ve had anywhere and the girls are just phenomenal.  This is so much more than a night out at a strip club, it is a total sensory experience.  We highly recommend a private dance or two…Rebecca and Dylan took amazing care of us and we will be back soon!  We didn’t get bottle service that night, but if you’re going to have a few drinks while you’re there you should definitely get it.  The price for the service you receive is outstanding.Thank you again to Tony G. and the amazing management and staff at The Cloakroom, we’re looking forward to our next visit.

I checked out the Cloak Room last night. Its a near perfect model of how a gentlemans club should be run. The cover includes a drink. Youre not pressured to sit at the dance table or bombarded by dancers. All of the staff are friendly and respectful and (most importantly) happy. The drinks were fair to boot. It may have been a coincidence but my only criticism is that there wasnt a wide range of body types. Dont get me wrong. All the women there are gorgeous and I can confidently say you wont be disappointed visiting the Coakroom.Edited: 10/16 I came back! I read the response from the staff and decided to give them another shot. Came in last Sunday night. The atmosphere is still incredible. Shout out to whoever built those lights above stage. Same criticisms as before unfortunately. The ladies are all the same body type mostly ranging in height. If you like beautiful, fit ladies then this place is for you. If you like full figured women up top or below youre best looking somewhere else. Drinks are on the high side as well. I recomend asking what things cost before buying that $15 rum and coke. If you got the money more power to you brother. Shout out though to Aria. She happened to be there again and is an incedie dancer. Worth your time.This place is still a model for a strip club. Still give it 5 stars for being done right.

Place is way too expensive. $9 for a Budweiser. Dance prices are ridiculous plus you have to tip the bouncer for ringing you up. None of the dancers I saw on stage, except one, were any good at dancing. Gets 1 star because its full nude.

A buddy and I stopped by Cloakroom on a random Tuesday night. Neither of us had been there before, but we heard it recently reopened, and it’s recruited the best dancers and bartenders from all the DC stripclubs. Suffice it to say the rumors are true. Our positive experience began even before we entered the club, when the doorman/bouncer outside greeted us with courtesy and even humor, qualities that I’m guessing aren’t common among stripclub bouncers. We headed upstairs where we met bartender Eleana, who was so beautiful, funny, and charming that we decided to stay until closing. She convinced us that shots were a good idea (Are shots ever REALLY a good idea?), and kept us entertained while we met a series of dancers who hung with us over the course of several hours. I could tell she has superior people skills, with her spunky, quirky humor, razor-sharp wit, and easy, amiable banter. While I don’t frequent stripclubs (due to the prices), I’ll be going back to Cloakroom to hang with Eleana. She made us feel like respected, welcome guests, rather than naïve ATM machines (the way most stripclubs make patrons feel). Kudos to Cloakroom for getting it right, especially in their choices in bartenders.

Beautiful ladies , love the rooftop

We came 3 years ago before the remodel the club is beautiful however, the prices are extremely different from our first visit. I understand the club is recovering but Ive never spent more then $12-13 for a titos and cranberry I was told it was $18 and was shocked especially after just recently visiting NY clubs and Miami clubs. I really didnt expect for this club to be more expensive that tootsie lol..... Also my with only found one of the girls attractive, however there was a lady that performed great on stage we will not be returning. UPDATE **** The bartender told us $18 per drink, we thought that was high, we also witnessed her charge $29 for a Corona and a vodka drink, she also charged another customer $11 for a water both exclaimed how the would never return. We just tabbed out to go somewhere else as it is our anniversary and seen the bill was indeed as you stated not $18 per drink being that we paid only $28. Im still frustrated for the other patrons who where being over charged paying cash. I just came into town again from Florida and am not a paid for my reviews lol. If this is how you respond to your customers I hope this place calapses again.... Also my wife wanted you to know the bartender that was over charging guess was a blond girl wearing a maroon to the night of the August 10th, she is the one that told us $18 a drink, my wife speculates that she was running up her tips.
