Really relaxed park. I bring my two kids here all the time. A little rift raft here and there but never directed towards the kids near the playground. They have a second parking lot when you first enter the park, thats where most of the rift raft is. The park is right next to the cities groundskeeper building so its relatively safe. And the field is huge I love to bring my German shepherd here as well, almost all dogs who go there are friendly and very well trained off leash.

Well its clean it is not crowded. Only meh! Its the picnic area it does not have any shade and with this weather its necessary.

BEWARE OF THE TICKS!! Richardson Park is nowhere special, definitely not what it used to be. MADREN Baseball field, a childrens playground and a few BBQ pits scattered about are there but thats about it. I recommend Dan Foley Park (or Lake Chabot as some call it) which is just up the street (N Camino Alto) is much nicer, people fish, BBQ, have picnics,there are new multiple playgrounds, sports fields, Recreation Center and beautiful Views of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom overlooking the lake. And its located just alongside the hospital.

We met some children here and had a nice time.

Its a cool place to hang out with family and friends

It has a nice playground. And its good for family picnics and group barbecue. It is sad that the swimming pool was removed and the baseball field was removed that provided more activities. But overall its a good place to relax.

This is quite a nice park anybody that went there or would go there but enjoy this part I highly recommend it

GVRD does a great job with maintenance!

Theres a small playpen for kids and 1-2 bbq areas,but overall its Not a good place to do park things plus theres a lot of transients that sleep around this park! Be Careful!!!.

Richard Richardson Park was really nice solely for the interest of my little dog Jewel whos 19 and you know we both stay cooped up in our house for long periods of time so it was nice to let her just roam around in the grass and sniff everything so it was great and also its just around the corner I hope everybody has a blessed day thank you

The end of the park is a great place to play ball with your dog!

Nice park, a bit on the small side but it is kept pretty well. I like to take my dog running there and also have flown my drones there many times. Always seems to be ample partying and it is also great to be able to barbecue hamburgers there.

So much space to run and play. but Alot of people drive kind of crazy.

Nice park but there are no clean restroom. Most of the park in this city has no restroom. Why would people come to the park if women cant release themselves.

NICE AND QUIET PARK EQUIPPED WITH BASEBALL DIAMOND, BBQ GRILLS, AND PLAY AREA. NOTORIOUS FOR BUM ASS PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN THE PARK IN THE BUSHES AND IN THEIR VEHICLES. LOCATED IN FAKE ASS LOFAS SIDE VALLEJO CA. YOU WILL HAVE SOMEONE BEGGING FROM YOUR BBQ WHILE ANOTHER GETTING HIGH WHILE YOUR KIDS PLAY NEARBY.

Not to clean alot of homeless hang out. There

Playground and open area, set up your volleyball net and BBQ pit. Great for large get togethers

Theres a lot of homeless people there in their cars but the Park area pretty fun

Nice off leash dog area

Its OK. Mid-sized park. Grassy areas for Frisbee or minor sports for kids/playground. It is kind of out of the way, so not a lot of traffic. I like it for that aspect.

Its small but quaint it has no bathrooms or electricity

Great grass lot for dog training or simply a good round of fetch.

Grew up there as a kid it was called Floyd terrace and thats the part then we play yeah yeah hahaha
