Great little shop in a strip mall- you gotta look for it because you cant see it from the road. Convenient location so you dont have to go all the way down to 4th Ave. Helpful attentive staff and good, creative selection of pipes. And the prices were very good- an unexpected plus!!

Sold me a piece that leaked. It was natural downstem and where they made the connection to the waterpeice it wasnt welded all the way around correctly ( not sure if that the right term for glass) but could clearly see it wasnt smoked out of or dropped. Told me I could come in and show them. Brought it in he said he could sell me a 80$ waterpipe for 46$ plus tax. Then he said thats more then half off

This shop is extremely shady with how they do auctions, I was the only bidder on a piece when they added a reserve to the auction 6 hours after they had posted it. This was posted as a 48hour auction and after the 48hours were up they did not end the auction, then all of a sudden after the auction should have officially been over a new bidder is so interested in the piece the price doubles ( I was warned they may try to throw in a ringer to drive up the price by a few people so Im pretty sure thats who the interested bidder was but I cant say that for sure) they then make up another new rule about the auction that wasnt previously stated, A 5 min snipe rule....... So after the second time of 5 mins going by with me being high bidder and them still not calling the auction I send them a screenshot of me being high bidder for 6 mins without them calling it and so finally they call it. And after all that I was still able to say whatever because I was going to be a proud owner of a new banjo saki piece. But when 5 days later I get contacted by my credit card saying there are FRAUDULENT CHARGES on my account I just cant say whatever anymore. Ive only ever used this card at Amazon and glass geeks so I immediately contact Amazon to ask if they have had a security breach and no all three managers I have spoken with have assured me that no such breach has been made. Its also impossible that the card info was stolen by someone with a skimmer since I cut up the actual card months ago. I am only sticking to facts here unless otherwise stated since the owner actually threatened to take me to court over civil liability if I made this public.....have fun with that btw. So you can all come to your own conclusions about who stole my CC info But what is a fact is that they said portions of the proceeds would go to charity and when I asked if they could provide proof of said donation they said they could not because it was the owner that had made the donation and the proof is on his phone, although I knew this was most likely a lie at the time since I had called the charity and no donation had been made by glass geeks, and after getting off the phone with the charity again today I can 100 percent confirm that they were in fact lying that they had proof of the donation when I asked for it since the charity told me they only made the donation the day after I asked for proof. Now once again Ill let you all come to your own conclusions of weather or not they were planning on committing charity fraud but the fact is they let two weeks go by without making that donation and only made it the day after I asked for proof. I included a screenshot of the auction before and after they posted the reserve..... How did I know to take a screenshot of it before they changed it you ask? It was a gut feeling the same kind of gut feeling I got when I thought to delete the DM I had sent them with my CC info ( something I have never felt the need to do with my debit card when dealing with artists directly and nothing bad has ever happened with that card) so in conclusion the facts are Amazon and glass geeks are the only ones to ever have access to the credit card that had FRAUDULENT CHARGES on it and Amazon has not had a security breach!!! I think you can all figure the rest out on your own

I wasnt actually at this glass geeks last week, they had been closed- but I have been there once Almost a year ago and the staff was very knowledgeable about their items and the glass workers who made the items. Definitely will be back once they re- open

Went in looking for a new piece, red head lady in black shirt was was to busy talking to the other guy in a green shirt and ball cap about what sounded like him using products off of the shell. Woman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I usually get great help from this location.

Ok so I had to go to bloom to get my medicine but I had to get some screens for my pipe. So I went here to glass geeks. And I bought 5 screens for 2 dollars which is way over priced.. and to make it more worse, i only took a total of 7 hits on my my pipe and the screens are already burning through.. this place is using cheap quality... people dont buy from here go anywere else that dont sell cheap products.. if they seriously cant afford good quality screens than that should tell you about their rest of the merchandise they have... cheap cheap cheap quality...

Dont let all the 5 star reviews fool you, this shop almost made a friend of mine lose alot of money due to its faulty bidding system and trying to knock their prices up by bidding on their own pieces. Theyre doing the same thing with the reviews on Google to make them not look shady. Dont trust the people who run this place you can find better quality products somewhere else for better prices and trust the people youre buying from. And like I said earlier the shop owner has been using alternate accounts of close friends, family and coworkers to boost his rating

I saw a spread of wood, metal and plastic grinders, many with outer ridges so they are easy to use if u have hand issues. And u should definitely check out the (new to me in early ‘18) enail! No reason to get rid of precious glassware just because combustion is such a bad idea! Stick an email in your fave bong n poof you are vaping with no open flames r other risky tools. I’m saving for an unbreakable silicone bong and e-nail just for a change from vape pens. I have tile floors and two cats: not the house for a glass bong. Silicone? Hmmm!From the vapes they’re choosing so far, the very friendly owners seem to be looking for the sub-$150 sweet spots, and with the market changing as rapidly as it is, that sweet spot for devices devoted to dry herb is currently $75-100, with some strong $30-50 concentrate pens. They also carry several excellent desktop clones for dry herb. The Phantom Volcano clone sold for $190 or so — a most excellent price for what u get. It isn’t quite as fancy-looking as my volcano but it’s also a third the price for what is truly a fairly simple machine.These may not be the specific prices or items you see on any given day but ALL these prices on specific items I’ve looked up have been less than or near the trending prices on eBay when I searched. I only spot checked, but I also watched the owners make deals on the spot. Expect a fair price on quality glass parts from a couple of real glass experts. They want your return business; they have mine.And they are local!!! I hate to send my money out of town if I have a choice. Got one now!
