Burgers and fries are delicious and the portion size was plenty. The Player 3 game and food package is perfect for an adult and child to enjoy! Service was fast and friendly when we went on a Friday around 1 pm.

Great place to go with friends and family, with entertainment options for kids and adults. I cannot recommend their Shepards Pie egg rolls enough. They are so good!

Great Arcade, good food. Only 8 lanes, but they have massive TVs for entertainment while bowling.Lanes are extremely slick. Decent for recreational bowling. Great place for a night out and relaxing.

Great bar selection and diverse menu. Fun atmosphere for family’s. Ate at bar had wings and salad. Was good but not knock out of park good. Will give it an other try. Games are fun and place is very clean with attentive staff.

We have so much fun every time that we go here. It is much different that your standard bare wall bowling alley. With the addition of the arcade area, drinks and great food, you cant go wrong!

If being safe and social distancing is important to you then this is NOT the place for you. The vast majority of folks are maskless despite the county ordinance. Due to that we are taking a break unless they start to enforce the rule. Otherwise, the food and games are a blast. I guess we will wait until COVID is gone or the owners decide the enforce the mask rule to come back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place does not follow Covid-19 guidelines. People do not wear masks and the place is way over the maximum capacity of people allowed in. Majority of arcade games are either out of order or tickets were reached at maximum so you could not play. Not to mention people were rude and hogged machines (not faculties fault) but still, allow others to play and participate. I’ve been to many arcades and this was not a pleasant experience. I bought the 2 hr play card for $30 and left after 5 minutes. That tells you I did not want to be there.

Fried ribs soft and cooked done, and the drinks hit the spot. I will be back with my besties and family.

The experience I had was absolutely terrible. We walked in and people were just standing in the middle of the way. My wife and I had to squeeze through people just to get through. The attitude of some of these people were hideous. I had to literally push somebody off of my wife because no one was following any kind of form of social distancing. If I could negative 100%

The girl at the front counter(with the braids) was very nice. She explained to new the cards and how to make the purchase on the kiosks. She offered much help as needed. On the other hand..the waiters and waitresses never asked if we wanted to order any food. They never asked if we needed anything. They acted like they never seen black people spend money. It was very uncomfortable. I dont know if we will ever go back there again.

Super clean inside and out! Lots of games to choose from... a little pricy but love the option of bowling and arcade. The prize room is a neat idea!

FINALLY-Tallahassee has a serious arcade. While still being family friendly, its not completely kiddie. With new up-to-date games and a modern contemporary facility, its a breath of fresh air after dealing with Fun Station for all these years. Tallahassee finally has something to do after 9pm that isnt clubbing! I will be a consistent customer of this establishment and will be telling all my friends who are also young adults. Hangar38 definitely gave me a Dave and Busters vibe, but Tallahassee style!

Best place for an outing love it

Very new and it shows. I think this place had been open for just a few weeks when I visited. This place looks great but may be better for some than others. 8 bowling lanes which are a bit cramped, its hard to fit more than 5 to a lane. Plus it doesnt seem like the bowling lanes are really setup or maintained to any standard. It is nice that you can get table service at the bowling table. Theres an arcade, dining area and a private party room. There a quite a few TVs right over the lanes which is a fun feature.

Excellent food in an unusual setting.

We held an event for our firm at Hangar 38 last night, and it was fantastic! It was a mix of adults and kids, and we did unlimited game cards and bowling. Sarah and Alexis took excellent care of the whole group. They reserved the Captains Lounge private room for us - and laid out a superior buffet for the group that was perfect and absolutely tasty. Staff was very attentive and always available to make the experience very enjoyable for all of us. There was one issue with the game cards not including some of the higher-end games, and Sarah accommodated us immediately and smoothly. Lots of fun games (loved the motorcycle racing!), all in great shape, and the place is very clean. Yeah, its a little noisy, but not overwhelming, and of course it will be that way with all the games, so set your expectations accordingly. I was sad to see New Leaf leave, but wow, what a great replacement!!!

I was very disappointed with the service. I reserved a birthday party for my son. I left a message for the party coordinator who never called but instead texted me, asking for a time and day. On the day of the party, I was asked if I had a party package which I assured my Party Captain I did. The information was not communicated to the Party Captain, nor did the Coordinator tell me there were different packages I could choose from. The Party Captain which is a part of your package often could not be found because she was waiting on other tables. I spent a lot of time looking for her since no one else said they could (or would) help bring out such things as extra napkins, forks, etc. I asked the Party Captain should I order extra pizza outside of what came with the package. She assured me that I would be fine and would probably have extra to take home because they were large. That was not the case. In my opinion they were average pizza size and I would have preferred to have ordered more since I had teenagers and they ate all the pizzas very quickly. The kids had fun and I guess thats what matters the most. If the package includes a Party Captain it seems like you should not have to continue to run them down. Otherwise I could have placed an order for food and purchased the cards and bowling on my own and saved the $$ I was charged for the Party Captain.

The food was delicious and my 10 year old son ans 24 year old neice both had a blast in the arcade!

The food was awesome (we ended up getting the Locked and Loaded and sharing a Player 3 - burger and onion rings). More than enough food (we took to-go boxes home) and the $30 game card was enough for the two of us to have about an hour of game play. When a game broke and took some credits, we were refunded no questions asked. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was great!

First time going on 6.20.2020I was nervous, you know, public, COVID.It was reassuring to see staff wiping machines after play and the dining area was spotless!It was my sons bday and he loved it. Plan to return one day.Oooh and the chef......AMAZING! Emma was my waitress, awesome. Food was great! Drinks (adult!) loved it.Great for kids and adults. Will bowl next time.

Ended up here after having been in the area and Im glad I finally went. This is not the place to bowl, if youre looking to put effort into bowling. The area is cramped. But if thats not important to you, that aspect is fun to add onto your gaming and eating. I think for me personally this place doesnt work but it does seem like a cool outlet for families to do a lot at one time.

The food was great! Had the fish dip appetizer and the hindenburg sushi. Want to try something else the next time we go back. Get the boy scouts camp card (only $5) and you can get a free one hour game card ($20) each time you go until the end of the year.

Hangar 38 food is dry ,unseasoned , and then chicken wings don’t got sauce.

Good atmosphere, but for us was not worth the trip.The food was cold when it came out, and our bowling lanes messed up the whole time we bowled. In fact, several other families around us left while bowling and got refunded due to their lanes inaccuracy problems.

Second time I’ve been to this place and second time being seated in the back corner (when there’s empty seats in the front) and noticed that everyone in the back corner are colored people. While everyone upfront are white. Brought this to the attention of the general manager on duty, Ryan Flury, who took it personally and started to act nasty. Even if this place is not racist the general manager needs more training about customer service and concerns. Will never come here again.

Poor service. In my time in Tallahassee, Ive grown accustomed to wonderful service throughout town. Tonight was a marked exception.It started with bowling. We reserved a lane for an hour. Halfway through our game and time, the computers malfunctioned. We were told that the computers would need to be restarted to fix the malfunction and our existing scores would be lost. To compensate, we were promised a few extra minutes of time. I contested that a few extra minutes would not be sufficient to complete a new game, let alone the inconvenience of having our previous scores wiped clean (we were having a nice contest!). After failing to fix our lane, we were given a new lane and 40 minutes (effectively, the time we had remaining + 10 minutes). The representative said that is enough time to finish a game. If you cant, thats up to you. Now, our party included 2 small children, 2 seniors, and myself. So, no, I dont believe thats sufficient time. Fortunately, our smallest child decided to quit at that point leaving a party of 4. The rest of us each used 2 balls, using the second ball while the first ball was in the ball return. We ordered no food or drink and focused on bowling as quickly as possible. Even with these measures, we finished with 1 minute to spare. Suffice it to say, we were none to pleased about having to rush and for the inconvenience of having to start over.Trying to put the rushed game behind us, we then dined at the restaurant. My wife (who decided not to bowl) fetched a table and put in our orders while we finished our game. When the rest of us joined her, we waited at the table for at least 20 minutes to put in drink orders. Finally, we gave up waiting and took to the bar to order drinks. (On a positive note, the bartender was as prompt as possible and didnt charge me for half a beer that was left in a keg that got tapped.) The meal itself was fine, as were the drinks. I promised my kids dessert for finishing their meals. Unfortunately, this entailed another long wait to 1) order, and 2) receive the dessert. I took the kids to play games while we waited. A good thing too, because it took at least 30 minutes to get dessert. At that point, we were very ready for the check. Being quite done with waiting, I flagged down the waitress (I did not trust that she would check on us in a timely manner). She herself was pleasant and apologetic about the wait. But all of the wait time put a real damper on things.The long waits at the meal itself would probably not be enough for me to write a negative review. The holidays are a busy time after all. But I really am quite miffed at the bowling incident. The staff needs to understand that losing existing scores is an inconvenience and that time is thus not interchangeable. Computer malfunctions happen, I get it, but the staff needs to be prepared to compensate appropriately. We waited 30 minutes to get a lane in the first place. The experience should be worth the wait and cost. Tonight, it certainly was not. We do not intend to return.

Overall the place is okay. No complaints on food, service, and games when Ive gone in. A little pricey, but not too bad.My less than perfect review comes with their online ordering. As I went to checkout, it requests a tip. Why? Service has not yet been rendered and in this case, Id be driving there and picking up my food. So I risk leaving no tip and someone getting offended and doing who knows what. Or I leave a tip and get poor service. I cancelled my order almost immediately. Please pay your employees a wage that doesnt require a tip or at the bare minimum, leave the tipping prompts at the close of the transaction.

I really like the space, food is good, nice beer selection on tap. Having the option to pay a flat rate to play the arcade games is super great. I kind of wish they were open later, especially for karaoke nights on Tuesday

Fun place for a kids birthday party. Electronic games with flashing lights, loud noises, kids bowling lanes, ...plus pizza and lemonade to wrap things up. Its very noisy and the atmosphere is frenetic but a good time can be had by all.

Just what Tallahassee needed. Kudos to the owners and staff. Some of the best food around and most fun to be had.

Waited for our food forever. It was cold. The waitress didn’t write anything down. And I ask if she would remember and the was a smart a*s! So guess what?! Everything was WRONG on top of being cold and burgers dry. It’s sad because in the last it was great.

Must visit if you are a local. Its no Dave and Busters but thats what makes it cool! Games all work. Food is good but rather pricey for the atmosphere. Dont go on trivia night the lady is way too loud and not as funny as she thinks!

Had a blast! Food was fantastic. Ahi nachos were amazing as was the hot pretzel and cheese. Way better than standard bar fare. Bowling was expensive but everything worked and seats were comfy, worth it!

This place is awesome. My friends and I went and it was the best time. The mix of games is great. You could even go bowling if you wanted. The selection of games is a little small if a lot of people are there but its still worth it. Its like adult chuck-e-cheese but more fun and with better food.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere being that it was my 1st time.

Went Friday night to see a band and had a great time - great food, great service and it was slammed. Tried to go Tuesday for lunch (three tables were sat) and it was a nightmare. Waited patiently for 30 minutes and inquired about food. Was told it would be soon. Mind you we only ordered a burger and a few wings. At the 45 minute mark we asked about our food again and was told ours was bumped because they were making the owners food. Really?? I know you own the place but can you let others get food too! Waited another 10 minutes and still no food. We had to go. Tried to get our check for the drinks and couldnt even get that. The bartender just walked off. Had to leave so we did. Not sure we will be back. WOW this place went down the drain fast.

I was told that this place had food that would categorize near the fine dining types, along with entertainment such as bowling and arcade type games. I thought it was a very interesting mix and have gone a handful of times. Theres a problem though, there is a reason this hasnt been done before (as far as I know) Kids running around throwing footballs in between tables of people dining.... along with constant noise that will DEFINITELY make having a conversation impossible, do not make for a pleasant experience if your dining. On the other hand, if you come during the off hours, when it is just you and maybe one other table, you will be seated in the worst spot of ANY dining establishment! (Directly next to the hall that leads to the kitchen/restrooms!) After that, you will be waiting 15 mins at minimum for each interaction with who is waiting on you, unless you force the interaction yourself. Very unpleasant experiences all around, I have no doubt that this place closes down within the next few years. The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because I will give the kitchen credit, their food is GREAT!

I took my daughter here for her birthday and had a horrible experience. The employees I came in contact with didn’t have no good customer service at all. I went to the bar wanting to order a drink and the bartenders look me in my face but never ask did I need anything. I really felt out of place there!!! Horrible experience!!

Wow, trip down memory lane with so many arcade games to play and some Ive never played before. Mario Cart arcade version with 4 players??? Didnt even know such existed. So fun. Bowling can take a while to get a lane so get on the list asap then drink and play arcade games while you wait. Dont forget to cash out your credits at the end.

I took my daughter and some friends bowling and to eat lunch. The staff was very helpful and kind. One hour of bowling is $13 and some change per kid on a Tuesday late morning.The music wasnt too loud like most alleys. This is a smaller bowling alley with an arcade and just a few tables to eat at. The food was pretty good. Service was excellent but the prices are steep. $60 for 3 teen girls and me. The place is very clean. Overall we had a good experience.

I put on a catered event for our company at Hanger 38. I worked with Sarah the catering manager. Our event service was amazing! The staff did go above and beyond to help anyone in our group receive the items they were requesting.The overall business is quite pricey when it comes to games and bowling. The food at the restaurant is decent for arcade/bar food.I am glad I put on an event at Hanger 38 and hope to do business with them in the future.

Arrived at 06:30pm, checked in for a table, at 07:30pm walked out without ever being seated. Several tables around the restaurant were unoccupied, but we were never seated in an hour of waiting with multiple empty tables. Staff, to include manager on duty, left me with the impression they were doing you a favor by placing you on the waiting list. Manager very unaccommodating and left me with the impression they were the only happening eating place within a hundred miles. Walked out, and five minutes down the sidewalk we were seated odering at DAO. Had a very good meal, with excellent service and the manager on duty was very accommodating and concerned with how our experience was.

This place is such a great addition to Tallahassee! The staff was very helpful and attentive. The arcade games were a blast. My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the basketball connect four game! If you like Dave & Busters, I strongly recommend you check out Hanger!

A fun place with good food. It is very loud because its a DavenBusters type place with lots of game options plus bowling! Our server was amazing we had a large party of almost 20 and she got all ours orders correct and kept our cups full. Slightly limited beer menu for Tallahassee but had some good options

Giving 4 starts only because I havent tried their food. Have to say it looks delicious though. The place is clean, the games are fun and the prizes are good. The live music was also good but way too loud on top of all the noise from the games.

Food was good and staff was super nice in the food area. Oldest birthday was today and this was our first time going here. Bumpers didnt work for littlest kid and the bowling stopped before we got done with our first game. Couple of the games didnt work overall its a good place to eat or grab some drinks but not very good for a night out with kids.

The food was good and the kids had a great time. However, the event planner wasnt very organized. She overbooked parties and seemed to be all over the place which didnt give us the best customer experience, especially considering the amount I paid.

Kids birthday party couldnt have been more fun. Good value and they go out of their way to make it perfect. Food was great also!

Live music is AWESOME!!! Hope they bring back THE BROWN GOOSE because their music really brought up the mood of the place. We stayed extra long to see them.

Not impressed. The food was, eh and they took forever getting it out. Half of the table was finished with their meal before the other half even got their food! Bacon on the BLT was one degree shy of raw and two orders were wrong If you’re going for the food - I would not recommend. The waitress was attentive and friendly and seemed just as frustrated with the kitchen as we were! She told the manager, but we never heard from or saw him/her.

It’s a fun place but the service is really lacking.

A nice but small selection of local craft beers on tap. Fortunately they had Proof Mango Wit so im good to stay, not go. Kid friendly, video games and food but it is loud. Not an atmosphere for serious beer drinkers and conversation but okay for a visit.
