Great place to take the kids and do family time

This place is great for parents having small kids. My kids enjoyed non stop here for hours. The pizza was very good too. I would suggest a visit for parents with toddlers.

This ChuckECheese is nice and clean. What impressed me the most is that even when there were only 2 families inside when we went to leave they still made sure to check and make sure we were leaving with our child. As a parent it made me so happy they did.

Worst place EVER.. Cashier acted like we where bothering her to order... Then she didnt even add our drinks to our order so had to re run card.. Bought the daughter a 60 minute free play card and she was done before we ever got our food.. 11$ bucks for the worst wings Ive ever ate.. staff just acted like we didnt even exist.. deffinately be stay away

We had my sons birthday party there. The price was reasonable and everyone had a great time. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had prior to the party.

A great place to take your kids for some fun. Its affordable to a certain extent. The food is very expensive though. But the play area is great for children.

Ever been to a restaurant where they ask have you been here before? Im like, its just a restaurant, theres nothing unique and so much different than any other restaurant on this planet! Well Chuck E Cheese is the exception. I wish someone could take a moment upon check-in to explain how this works. After my husband purchased games for the grandchildren, and I ordered the pizzas, I noticed a banner that said Unlimited Games $10 and he had already spent more than that! A medium pizza was more than enough to feed 3 children (boy age 9 and twins age 7) with half left over to go. Small drinks are $2.39 even if they are drinking water! Grandpapa & I both had a Gluten-Free pizza (Supreme and Cheese) and they were very good! In fact, may be the best GF pizza in this town! All in all, it was a good day spent with the grandchildren!

Definitely exceeded my expectations! Wouldnt be on here rating Chuck E. Cheese if it wasnt a super positive experience :P Nice staff and the layout, general cleanliness and organization was really pleasing. Lots of high quality games but it wasnt too loud, bright, or over-stimulating. Our whole family had a really good time playing and felt like the price for game cards was reasonable for the amount of time we could play paired with the prizes the kids could get. Didnt get food.

Second Time I go here and last time.. From Table to restroom Was very poor care... I ask The Manager to put toilet paper and Soap in the women restroom and never Did .. Plus no hand sanitizer... They Need someone In charged in restroom.. This one is from Colonial.. Now looking for another one more cleaner

Lots of fun with the games pizza is ok didnt like the sausage one had a after taste. But the pepperoni and plain cheese was the bomb. Salad bar was delicious and fresh.

Our son LOVES this place! We take him for his birthday every year and they never fail to surprise us with their kindness and generosity.

My 3 and 1/2 year old enjoyed herself and I must say that it was nice to be in an environment where the staff was diverse and fairly young yet very customer service oriented. Although I did wind up spending way more than originally anticipated, it was fulfilling to part ways with my hard earned money in an establishment that was worthwhile. The pizza and wings were delicious as well! Keep up the good work guys!!! Us parents appreciate your patience and friendliness and dont mind patronizing smiles and kind gestures.

Great place for family time with kids, always extra busy,food is pretty good as well . Birthday party rates are good. Im only giving 4 stars because unfortunately when you have a birthday party time on card cannot be stopped, so no matter how long it takes them to bring out food and get Chucky ready for kids show, the kids lose time thats the only disappointment. Always busy if you looking for a quit place this is definitely not the spot but great for kids.

Our child enjoy everytime we have came here. Lots of fun and activities. We have been in the birthday party also and it was great service by team and made it memorable and fun. Love to go there.

Its fun and all the only thing is i wish they had better prizes and cheaper.

Its gotten a whole lot better from back then. I like how they switched to paying games with cards. Its so much easier than putting in coins(havent been in a loooooongggg time ). My 1 and a half yr old had a lot of fun. They even brought out the rat and made them dance for tickets. The games were very suitable for my child. The only thing was that it was very hot. I dont know if the ac wasnt working or if there was too many people. Anyway it was good.

This Chuck E. Cheese’s is so clean and nice. We have taken our daughter and her friends here several times and always have a great time. I’ve watched the manager (not in a creepy way I just can’t help it I’m also in the customer care field) he is attentive to customer needs and doesn’t seem to ever get flustered. Even though I’d classify his as a hectic environment . I respect that and we will continue to come here for kid friendly fun.

I havent been here since I was a kid. Was impressed with the technology and value of the games. My son had a blast. Will return many times.

Service was friendly and prompt. Whenever needed help with a game out of tickets, staff was right there to fix it. Food was great. Noise level was reasonable under the circumstances. Lol. Also it was really clean considering how incessantly staff had to keep at it, even the restrooms! Which I appreciate.

We had our childs birthday here and it was great! They handled all the set up and clean up and there was so much for the kids to do to stay entertained! We brought our own cake and bought pizza as part of the customizable birthday package. The pizza has improved and the kids all enjoyed it. I highly recommend Chuck E Cheese for parties! It was easy on for the parents and the kids had a wonderful time!

Super crowded, needed some cleaning, and the tickets dont get you much at all. However the staff was so nice especially to my son! I was impressed with them. I like the card system vs the coins, much easier to keep up with. The games are honestly fun!

Great for kids, but too many games not working properly, considering the cost of a couple hours here. Tip: dont eat the salted pretzels with (super salty) cheese dip unless you really, really, really like salt.

Half the games are broken at all times

The staff was nice. Whoever was in the Chucky costume was great with the kids. The food could have been better for the price it was but other than that ever child had fun.

My grandbabies absolutely adore Chuck E. Cheese. They now have the prepaid bracelets that are so much easier to keep up with and for the little ones to use. Love their pizza and wings. Also love that if you purchase the cute little cups you can bring them back on your next trip and simply pay for the refill.Love the photo booth too. Capture the memories right away.

Other than the bathroom doors being so heavy that children (unsupervised) cant get in and out when they are in a rush to go, I think the facility is okay.The food is over priced for what you get unfortunately and now you have to pick up and clean up after yourself it really took the personal service out of the whole experience.

Great cashier she was nice! I drove about 60mi to get there because my Sun was bored. Cheap fun for my 6yo other than the drive! Valdosta doesnt even have one! Valdosta needs two, or three! One by CitiTrends, one by the Mall or around St. Augustine somewhere and one off of Inner-Perimeter near Walmart!

Best pizza ever! They also have this new thing where the kids can play as many games as they want for a limited amount of time. We did 30min, and the kids loved it. The manager on duty was super friendly! This was a way better experience, from the previous time a couple years back

My daughter and her party crew had a blast! The place was clean, staff was friendly, Ari (our party host) was awesome, and the pizza was great as well! I was apprehensive due to a few past reviews, but I am beyond satisfied with my experience there. I look forward to going again and so does the kids!

Cheese for a surprise appearance.Previous: The staff at this Chuck E Cheese is always professional. I love that they always have a staff member at the check-in gate to make sure kids do not leave without their accompanying adult our guardian. My kids absolutely love the selection of games and their always begging to go back. I personally find the games are very addictive and often have to fight for my share of tickets.

Wonderful time with the little ones! We love the fun and excitement that our grandchildren have at each visit. Its great for both young and older kids and even us adult kids get into the games and enjoy the experience!

This is the closest Chuck E. Cheese to Valdosta, GA. Its also so much fun and worth the drive! My daughter loves it here. The staff is/are amazing: very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Its also exceptionally clean in there. All the games work and are loaded with tickets as well. Not to mention the pizza is second to none. They also have a fresh salad bar!

I was at Chucky E. Cheese for my nieces 7th birthday party. We reserved seating ahead of time. I was really impressed by the staff. They were very attentive to my niece and all the kids. They facilitated the little events. They smiled while they sang Happy Birthday. They were interactive with all the kids and giving high-fives. My niece had a blast, and the Chuck E. Cheese staff played a huge part in that.

My husband, daughter and I came here for a relaxing time for the day while here in Tallahassee after losing our home in Panama City FL due to Hurricane Michael. I can not praise every staff member there enough including the General Managerfor all the kind, loving faces and such great Hospitality. This is a rough time for our family and we could not have had a better time. Thank yall so much from the bottom of our hearts.P.s the food was awesome, the place was nice and clean and every staff member always had a smiling face on. The Walsh Family!!!

$14.99 per hour/unlimited games every Wednesday. I love taking my son here, and their salad bar has gotten so much better. They even serve beer and wine now. We definitely enjoy this place, and the games can be fun for parents, too.
