The Drowsy Chaperone, was one of the best plays weve seen in a long time, great cast - the casting director did a fantastic job selecting and matching the actors to their roles. The actors were phenomenal, strong voices, funny, and seem to adapt to most anything and keep the play going. However, seating is a hit or miss - most seats are comfortable, however row C sucks - even a small person has problems sitting comfortably for a short play.... Overall, had a great time, havent laughed that hard in a long time - thank you!

We enjoyed Bourbon and Broadway.The entertainers were great with a variety of Broadway tunes. All the seats had a good view. The Bourbon tasting was delicious. It was a fun variety.

First, love, love, love Theatre Tallahassee! All the shows we have seen are of of such quality and terrific performances that you actually believe you are watching a broadway show. Last night, however, we went to see Murder on the Orient Express, and it gets a 4-star primarily because the cast often spoke so softly that we couldn’t hear much of the dialogue. Depending on where you were seated, many actors simply spoke too softly to be heard for different audience sections. Many of the scenes were played on the left side of the stage, thus little problem hearing for those in the left side of the theater. But those of us on the right side of the theatre, we often failed to laugh or react, like others, because we couldn’t hear nor understand the quips being uttered. At the intermission, I asked several folks sitting around me if they had trouble hearing some of the actors. They all said that Synnovea Ashe, playing Mary Debenham, was particularly difficult to hear. Actors speaking too soft is becoming a problem.

The play was awesome! Brenda Gibbs was wonderful in her role as Florence, of course.

Great place, always wonderful shows. Love the renovations. A must do for any theater lover.

This theatre attracts some of the most talented artist for their shows. The plays are phenomenal and the Directors have a knack for selecting the prefect crew for each play. I have been attending since the late 80s. I have been a full member since 1996. The direction and actors are fantastic. When they performed, as an example, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO NEST, the performance was better than Jack Nicholson in the film.If you havent tried it you should, you will soon look forward to all forms of plays performed. An intimate setting, with a simply enchanting team of players. Not a bad seat in the house, good acoustics...truly felt appreciated as a theatre goer! A recent performance of Youre A Good Man Charlie Brown was truly enjoyable, and brought back some great memories!

My first performance experience has been here, and have seen many shows here. Beautiful building and a variety of staff for different artistic takes on shows.

Performance was fun

I was thrilled to see the production of In the Heights, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Also, the facility upgrades make for a very pleasant atmosphere and excellent acoustics.

This theater is a step up from just community theater and has a mainstage as well as a smaller (black box) performing space. The production value is superb and the variety of plays and musicals is wonderful.
