I spent a lot of time studying here in the common spaces. Its a nice place to spend time talking with friends as well. They have a host of events from Stand Up Comedy Nights, Game nights and films of course.

Really nice atmosphere and a great place to hang out. Overall great meeting-place on campus and I highly recomend attending the committee meetings and events.

Great place to hangout for students. They have top of the line Alienware computers, the movies are free for students and still relatively cheap for guests. They have consoles for you to play on and there are areas where you can eat or sit on the couch and watch TV. Sometimes if its not too packed, it can also be used as a great study area given you wont become self distracted with the temptation of video games.

We have a sweet young lady that performed in one of the screenings so were invited! For college screen plays this was super done! Would be interested in other Screenings!

The staff there are really sweet and help you out if you have a concern.

If youre the slightest bit of a nerd on campus, youre going to have to go here. Decent size one screen movie theater and a LAN Cafe rolled into one.

Absolutely amazing resource for students. The movie selection is incredible, theres always something going on, and its a very easy way of hanging out with friends. I cant recommend it enough - I wish I had gone more my freshman year.

I was there and they would not let me get on the PC. I finialy did and they walked over and told me to get off. I was confused because there were people all around on them and the tv. Never going back.

LOVE seeing movies here for free! So awesome that FSU has this place. The movies are always great, and the concessions has all the things you’ll want at a theater. I go to the SLC every chance I get!

Great student activities

I love the SLC! Everyone is so friendly and the programming is always so great. Special events are always so cool and fun to attend. The gaming selection is unreal (and free for students what the heck??). Absolutely one of my favorite perks of being a Florida State Seminole.

Free movies and a great selection from various genres! My only complaint is that they will sometimes reschedule a movie without announcing it beforehand. This can be a real wrench in the machine if you have an evening planned out.

I love the free movies as a student! Dollar popcorn on Saturdays is great, and coffee at the Grindhouse is great and cheap.

Best place in FSU, excellent facility and great people. The only downside is that food is slightly overpriced and not a huge amount of options; still the Grindhouse has an excellent menu on drinks.

Best movie theater in Tallahassee. They know how to project sound through speakers, and the picture quality once the movie starts is fantastic, especially during classics.
