Im a frequent movie-goer at this theatre and I always find the staff nice and helpful, the theatres clean and seats really comfortable. It can be daunting to find good parking but its not too inconvenient. I usually avoid getting food other than popcorn because the cost and time it takes to prepare but I doubt those are things that can be helped. Ive yet to have a bad experience.

The theater was empty for our 4:15 Thursday afternoon movie.A total of 11 in the space. Everyone was CORRECTLY WEARING a mask.The building was quite clean and I felt comfortable.

We had the theater to ourselves and enjoyed the reclining chairs. The and soft drinks were very good . The bar was closed. Everyone should go to support AMC Theaters so they dont need to close down. It was so nice to experience the old normal! Go to the theater and vote for Trump in 2020!

Clean and friendly are two very important factors in any public place today and it performs its tasks with both very nicely. Its also open which is an achievement.

I bought a ticket for an afternoon movie. First movie since AMC reopened. Selecting my seat, I noticed that many seats were X-ed out for social distancing. Looking forward to reclining my seat and eating popcorn, candy and a cold drink like before covid 19!!

The theater is nice and clean and taking covid 19 very serious. All workers had masks on properly, disinfecting wipes are all throughout the establishment, and social distancing labels on the floor.

Super clean! AMC is taking safety precautions and appears to be doing all that they can do.

Great movie theater.. popcorn is the best! Nice big screens and comfortable seating.

I went at 4 pm. I was the only one in the theatre. I spent almost 27.00 on my ticket and a large popcorn & drink. Butter comes in little cups. Takes a little longer to get my popcorn like I like it. No cash, card only but still the movies.

Beautiful theater...sad, that more people arent going to movies...these places can and will close if people dont patronize them.

This AMC location meets the same high standards Ive experienced at other AMC theatres. However, the reclining theatre seats are by far the best feature. Employees are always polite and helpful; the facilities have been clean every time Ive been here. My only criticism is that, as is the norm, the food is over-priced, but that doesnt mean it isnt good.

Really nice interior and good movie selection!

Came at 9pm on a Thursday. No lights outside other than some in parking lot. AMC lights on building off. The front doors do not shut all the way. The place is just generally dirty everywhere. Trash everywhere. Seats inside theater are disgusting. Employees are not helpful whatsoever. Did not feel welcome at all. Bad experience. This place just sucks and smells bad. Next time we will be going back to our favorite place CMX.

Always enjoy going to see a good movie. The option to prepay is awesome, and ticket retrieval is easy. Love the recliners in the theater as they are very comfortable.

A huge location, with around 20+ theaters. Easy to find a show time that you can enjoy on the many movies that they show here. The location is a little hard to find, we showed up at the back door initially. The front entrance is somehow in the back of the mall as we saw it. But the whole of the mall is undergoing construction and so this might be the reason it was harder for us to find the correct entry, just be aware of this if you are running late to get to your showing. Good conssessions and super comfortable seating. Each theater is small enough to have great seating with the recliner chairs and easy to find rows. A pleasure to watch the last Star wars movie of the decade!

I love going to the movies at AMC Tallahassee 20. Its always clean and the staff is nice too. The food is way too expensive but it taste good.

The only place in Tallahassee for a true cinematic experience. The Dolby theater brings the movie to life. Always experience your most anticipated release here.

Went to see Star Wars, The Rise of Skywalker. We purchased our seats and concessions in advance. Our drinks, popcorn and candy were supposed to be delivered to our seats at 3:05. At 3:15 they still werent delivered, so I had to go to guest services to see what was going on. The lady called over to check on our concessions and said they were working on them presently. I went back to my seat and the concessions did show up a tad bit after I returned to my seat. As far as the rest of the experience, it was fine. Good temperature in the theatre and the picture and sound were fine.

Went to see sonic the hedgehog movie in theaters and loved it. The theater is always super clean and relaxing with fantastic reclining chairs which are super comfortable. My go-to movie location.

AMC Tallahassee 20 is awesome. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Stadium style reclining seating is the bomb and makes it easy to enjoy a movie from any seat in the theater. Concession line moves fairly quickly amd there are numerous restrooms throughout, which are generally fairly clean.

The movie was great. Theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. Problem was one cashier, one person preparing the food, and no help in sight. People were lined up at the pick up counter.

Liam was very helpful in assisting me. He truly embodies the AMC-amazing spirit. If I was a manager at this fine theater I would promote him from crew to crew lead. AMC needs more employees like Liam :)

I don’t understand the point of the $3.78 fee? What is convenient about being charged more? Especially if it has nothing to do with my so called “membership”! Anyways one day people won’t have a thrill for movie theaters, and I can’t wait for that moment. Until then we get scammed and served terribleness. Bathrooms never be cleaned or any of the drink fountains. It’s just funny we pay for filth and movies we can honestly wait to come out on Netflix.

The individual theatres are kinda small, and it has been awhile since I have been here, but everything I saw was maintained nicely and clean!I would definitely go back!

This is the.most comfortable movie theater I have ever been to. I love the luxurious reclining lazy boy style seats.

Took the Family to see a move. When I ordered the tickets I thought all the seats were reclining. Boy was I wrong. You. Need to pay attention and look for that. Lol but still a great experience.

The theater in its-self is great! I practically grew up going to this theater and enjoyed it as a young adult. Sadly AMC has changed its structure to have a rewards program that you are treated better if you pay more (just like airlines). Although the refurbished look is beautiful. Crowds can get a bit rowdy on weekends, I prefer weekday visits.

The evening staff was great and I had no complaints about seating or any other part of the facility at this time, other than what youre about to read.This review is moreso about their mac and cheese (both the bacon and cheeseburger styles). You pay $6.45 for something that looks like half a pack of cheese put on a paper plate and then thrown in the microwave for too long, smh. I could count on two hands how many noodles were in the cheese and still have a couple fingers to spare. It literally, BARELY covered the bottom of the paper bowl it was put in. If you were to lay a fork on its side and count two teeth up, THAT, IS HOW MUCH YOU GET FOR ABOUT $7. It looks NOTHING like the advertisement on the menu. If it looked like the advertisement but had no flavor, I couldve worked around that.Im sure you know the term catfished right, well thats exactly what youll get when you order their Mac and cheese. Definitely do not order if you dont have an iron stomach.I dont expect a movie theater to serve fire Mac and cheese but I at least, expected more from an AMC theater.Aside from that mess, I enjoyed myself, staff was polite and friendly and I plan on going back like usual. Just dont ever order that which they call Mac and cheese.

Located in a half dead mall, and with us not being from the Tallahassee area, we drove all the way around the mall looking for the entrance (hint: its inside, so just park anywhere). Two of the three toilets in the mens public area bathrooms outside the ticket center were closed, essentially meaning no public bathroom in that entire area of the mall. The main restrooms inside the theater were actually quite clean and very spacious. We came here to experience Dolby Cinema for the first time, not having one locally where we live. Upon arriving I found popcorn in my chair, so the theater was either not cleaned or poorly cleaned from the previous showing. With the exception of a very obvious and annoying metallic rattle coming from the left rear side of the theater every time the bass hit, there were no major technical issues with it. Overall the theater was surprisingly not very busy for how massive it was. It will be interesting to see the future of this location.

The IMAX theater was empty, so I had the center center seat. The visual and sound was spectacular but the seat, oy veay. Thirty minutes of previews followed by a 90 minutes + movie in seats that do not recline at all, not fun. I get AMC is a big theater chain but the pricing of snacks is bordering insulting paired with the chiropractor inducing seats just kill the fun of going to the movies.

Enjoyable place to see a movie. Comfortable seats and more food and drink choices to add to it, though bring your extra dollars as the food is simple and far from economical.

An action movie in 3D on the IMAX screen is a great experience. We went to this theater when it first opened. Parking was easy and the lines were short and the IMAX screen was a few years away. Now the parking lot is crowded and tickets are bought online. Its great to pick your seat. Some of the theaters have been upgraded with recliners.

High quality theatre. Seating in the standard theatres are actually better than IMAX with powered recliners and sound quality. If youre set on IMAX just sit in the first four rows of standard and it recreates the experience more comfortably.

The staff was ready to offer their help to us. All of them had a quick smile. The theature was clean an well lit. Over all a pleasent experience.

Little pricey unless you sign up for stubs program, then its a great deal. Only down side is overpriced concession, I know that goes with the theatre business, however this one is higher than any other Ive been too. Probably the biggest joke is the drink prices. Large is only .50 more than the regular. Its not because the regular is a good or every decent deal its because the regular is way way overpriced. $6 for a regular drink a I mean come on. $4 would be excessive, soda is an all profit item mainly, but $6 for a regular drink. The theatre themselves are great, comfy recliners in all except the IMAX, and the one Dolby theatre is amazing picture and sound.

Great theater! We have AMC A-list and live in South Georgia so we have traveled to multiple AMC theaters in various cities. This is by far our favorite! Leather reclining seats, order your snacks to your seat ahead of time for delivery, kind staff, great concessions and has a MacGuffins bar inside too!

I love watching the latest movies here. My go to movie place in Tallahassee. The food and drinks are pricey but I barely by it unless I have extra money. I love coming here to see a movie. It is an awesome experience.

I love this place so much. So many great workers and so many kind faces! I see so many great people. Every time I’m there I usually see a young man named Stephen. This man is always smiling, always asking me about my experience and even recommends the best food (popcorn, drinks, you name it!). If I could give him a raise and a promotion I would because the sweet Lord knows he deserves it. Absolutely best place to watch films, get snacks, and talk to crew members. Truly always an AMC amazing day when I see a film at amc 20 and when I see Stephen Fryson. 5/5!

This location has a great selection of movies to choose from and a variety of theaters to sit in come here for a comfortable so and great food. They are now serving alcohol and hot food so it is a real treat to take the kids to the movies now.

Have never had problems with the audio or video at this theater. Top notch in that regard. Usually quite warm in the theater but I feel that has more to do with the mall it is located in rather than the theater itself. Seats are very comfortable and concession is exactly what youd expect in a theater.

Food and drink was great! I highly recommend the new Midway movie. Hats off to those Navy boys!

2 stars - because the seating and theater were really nice, and we felt very comfortable during our movie. However, we were very excited to order food and have it delivered, only to be told that we had to place the order before our movie started. What is the point of having the delivery, then? I assumed it was so customers didnt have to miss any of the movie...and we were very disappointed. Make sure you order before your movie starts, or they will not serve you!

For not even 100$ I got 4 large popcorns, 2 icees, 2 large fountain drinks and like 10 bags of candy. It was totally worth it

Went to see Toy Story 4 and it was awesome. The staff was friendly and the theater was clean. It was very comfortable with the reclining seats and it was cooled perfectly. I recommend this theater.

This is a really great place to watch a movie, and the seats are the most comfortable I have ever been in, in a movie theater. The food is a little pricey but that is kinda expected at a movie theater. There is a little problem with the stubs club line in that whoever can just walk in and they dont check so waiting in a long line for food is much more annoying when some one else just walks up and skips half the line. This isnt as huge of an issue now because I think they realized this and make them wait a little more. Overall, I have always had good experiences here with staff that are always helpful and with a little more diverse menu than just popcorn, soda, and candy.

Overall, this is one of my favorites places to go in my leisure time. The seats are comfortable. Restrooms are always clean. STAFF is friendly and willing to help from my observations. Always someone welcoming you and thanking you for coming. They have an app as well as a A list membership you can join, saving time and money! I get to watch up to 3 movies a week for free for only $20 per month.Personal Experiences:May 29th I watched and enjoyed Aladdin. The energy of the bi-racial couple sitting behind me wasnt good. I dont think they enjoyed the movie and more than likely went to the manager to make a complaint. Possibly blaming a customer for their experience. I wish people would be more honest but than again sometimes there are hidden agendas. Other than that vibes are usually good.

The theater was clean and orderly. No problems with the movie. The concession workers were quick and handled the orders efficiently. In fact the only negative about the experience came from other people. Im the type that likes to watch to the end and unfortunately a couple people were in a rush and managed to block the screen in their efforts to get a head start. Fortunately the updated screening rooms allow plenty of space and I was still able to see. AMC remains one of the best theaters in town.

I was in town to see family for Christmas and wanted to go see the Star Wars movie I was shocked at the Dolby Atmos experience. I live in Los Angeles right next to several theaters in Hollywood and I don’t believe I have been to a single theater that had such an amazing overall system. The audio was unparalleled and the screen was on par with what I would expect in today’s performance videography. The price point was about half what I would pay for a standard film in my area. A+++

Seats are comfortable. Tuesday night is 5 dollar movie night. We saw Toy story 4. That was hilarious! Best toy story ever??

My favorite theater! They have reclining chairs& you select where you sit. Their concession is awesome little pricey, still multiple snack options(chicken strips, curly fries,&pizza soft pretzels= BOMB!) available PLUS they serve alcohol. My number one choice to view the lastest films.

I go here often because I live right up the street. I love the movies they play here, but the theater definitely needs a major makeover. It has an old style vibe. Definitely need to add different options to their menu to cater to everyone not just fried food. I do hope they update this place, because they always have lots of business.

Affordable movie experience with great availability as far as choosing your seats. They show all the new movies and its only right down the road from the house.

The seats had a hard time reclining, like the sensitivity of the buttons may need to increase, so its not necessary to press so hard. Some of the seats didnt work at all. I want this theater to survive! I hope they begin regular maintenance on these things.

This theater offers their AMC Stubs Premier plan. For $19.95 a month I can see up to three movies every week additionally on Tuesday I can see 1/4 movie or $5 if I want. I have seen every new movie that has interested me in the last 6 months. very clean and comfortable theater. And you cannot beat the price if you join the club

It costs the same as CMX out on Mahan, but the clientele is a bit disruptive.Go to CMX if you dont like families of 24 disrupting the movie, if you like better concessions, and if you like nicer recliners.

I dont like that reduced prices on Tuesdays are not easy to obtain. It is impossible online & the attendants have to be told; thus I go to CMX. CMX online is so simple and user friendly. They honor $5.00 reduced prices on Tuesdays for ALL movie goers not just ones with a membership card. They also have reduced prices for Seniors & Military the rest of the week for $8.00.

The food here has improved so much and the delivery to your seating area is convenient. But the theaters are trashed most of the time so youll either get a great seat or a gross one.

We love this theater , it’s so clean and comfortable. The movie selection was great. The popcorn and Coke hit the spot. Chairs were very comfortable. It felt like we were part of the movie , with the 3 D Effects. We absolutely loved the movie we saw and will be going back very soon.

Great theaters. I especially like the reclining seats and the sound in the Dolby theaters. If you buy your tickets online or in-app, you can order your food ahead and have it delivered to your seat. In addition to the regular concessions, mixed alcoholic beverages are available too.

We went to see The Grinch on Thanksgiving. The theater was full, but the way they have the seats, this isnt an issue at all. They are positioned to allow you to see the screen even if someone is in front of you. There is ample leg room ( Im tall) and the seats recline for comfort. There was a problem with the seat I got reclining like it was supposed to, but it worked enough that this wasnt an issue. The sound and viewing quality are both excellent. The cons would be the prices for everything tickets and refreshments are on the high side. They offer wine and mixed drinks, but I havent tried those so I dont know how expensive they are. It would depend on how much you want to see a movie when it comes out if its worth the extra cost.

Its pricey, but what theatre isnt that days? The overall experience is very good. Unlike the mall that is dying around it the AMC has improved in recent years with reserved seating, pre ordered food delivered to your seat, a bar, etc.

Ticket was purchased an hour early before show time called at 8:25pm to cancel was put on hold till 8:55pm when they hung up the phone. By the time i was able to call back and get an operator on the line it was 9:11 and i was told i cant get a refund and asked me if she can help me with something else 5x back to back with out letting me say a word. Disgusting Customer Service will never go again.

Starts on time but sometimes theaters arent ready until showtime and everything is overpriced.
