Crafting heaven lol. I created this piece with the supplies from Michaels

Went in search of yarn for a knitting project. Limited selection but I found something I liked in the sale section. Used a coupon and got a good discount on new needles. Overall, good store.

Since Covid I have been doing curbside pick-up. Transaction was fast and easy!

Paints out of stock. Low on other supplies, isles too narrow. Customers not social distancing. Staff was great, opening additional check out lines to make everything flow. Staff very nice.

My favorite place to find decor or dyi tools!! Recently bought letter stencils for my welcome sign. Dont mine the letters the spray paint was loose while spraying.

Great store. I came looking for kitchen and an outdoor rug but realized that it was not the store for that.

Its always clean. A warm friendly environment. The staff is visible and in hand to help you with ideas and to assist you in reaching anything that is out of reach. The prices are great and reasonable. I love this store. They have everything.

I wanted to make Churros and thought of Michaels for their Wilton selection.Very disappointed in the baking selection for Wilton products. Not sure if its just this location or Michaels isnt selling much Wilton products.That being said...the store was clean and great customer service.

I ordered a frame online while driving to the store and it was available for curbside pickup in short order. The associate was very pleasant and I was on my way back home to finish up my project in no time!

Im a craft and art supplies junkie so my opinion is a bit biased. Huge selection of material and super friendly staff.

Online order Beware! They have a horrible return process! Must call and wait on hold for hours! The first person you reach is useless and only takes your information. The second person only gives you a case number the third person will inform you that you are paying for return shipping and a long wait to get your money back!

Got some really cute outdoor pillows for $10.00 a piece and some other cute and fun items that are well priced. Have all kinds of fun craft stuff.

Not stocked and hard to find specific things. Had to use google but the store doesnt have good cell service so I had to go to the front of store to google where things were in the store.

I did a mobile order and had to drive 1 hour and 28 mins to pick it up! Once I arrived, I was told that they didnt have my order, but had given me a substitute instead. Unfortunately, I needed it, and had drove so far that I had to take it.

Its the most wonderful time of the year!!! And Michaels literally has everything plus amazing coupons (I saved $90!!). I felt like a kid in a candy shop and the customer service at the Tallahassee location was excellent!! Cant wait to go back for my decor.

Considering we are in this covid19 situation, the store was fairly well stocked. The employees we interacted with were very friendly and in good spirits. It was a nice experience today.

Found the art supplies for my daughters 9th birthday. Found coupons online to use... outstanding! The cashier was helpful. However, it was hard to find help in the rest of the store, thus a 4-star rating. Otherwise 5 star.

I want to commend the staff at this store for being helpful & patient even when the store is packed with customers. They take the time to help you find what youre looking for & answer your questions about the products. One young woman especially stands out & her name is Dudadia, whom I pray will forgive me if I misspelled her name. The manager must be commended for setting the standard for the staff. Good job all around.

Decent but not extensive stock of watercolor supplies. You wont find things like oxgall, but they have the basics. It is very hard to find an employee to unlock the case to get out the high quality paint. You will end up waiting a long time, if they dont forget about you.

Michaels is always super clean, well lit, and the employees are nice, even if not super eager to help. There are always sales and coupons available!

I havent been in this store in a few years. Unfortunately, its as difficult to navigate as it has always been. Sad to see the jewelry findings section is smaller, with less of a higher quality selection. And the line at the checkout is still long. They appear to have a good number of holiday items but I didnt see the jewelry components I needed, didnt have time to browse, and the long checkout line nixed any thoughts of an impulse buy. Maybe Ill try again in a year or two.

First time visiting this jazzy Arts & Crafts store. Staff is friendly, ambiance was relaxing and casual. The aisles are maintained neatly and its easy to navigate throughout the store. Decent prices, a wide selection of products for all ages. Disorganized. Many products cheap made in China items. OTS frames are plain (saw a much better selection in Marshalls next door). Definitely a wide selection for drawing items/sketchbooks, knitting/crotchet items (no 3mm hooks though ), and sales galore. Not the same store it used to be.

Previously, you could get high quality, niche, artistic goods at Michaels. Now, its an aggregation of generic brands that are poorly organized and unmaintained. RIP Michaels. On the other hand, they still might have what you need - if you can find it.

I love crafting of all kinds and the have awesome stuff. Also, my little great niece likes the kids classes on Saturday mornings. They do a lot of fun crafts with the little ones.

My theme this year...trees. Im putting little trees up everywhere. They were on sale like most Christmas decor. The employees were very friendly.

On the expensive side. They should just do away with the coupon marketing scheme and lower their prices overall.

Really nice store. Love their calendars and supplies. Anything about arts and crafts can be found here. They offer great coupons through their membership rewards program emails and through mail ads. Its a particularly great source for artificial flowers.

I love shopping at Michaels. My only complaint is I just wish their absolutely beautiful flowers were more BUDGET friendly. But my goodness arent they just so darn realistic and BEAUTIFUL.And they have wonderful crafts too.

This is a really good craft store, I visit once a week if I can manage it. I have been experimenting lately with a lightweight polymer clay and silicone casting putty. Both are a tad on the pricy side, but discount coupons on my receipts and from the newspaper really help.

Really love this store but the cashier needs to go back to school and learn math! My total was $3.23 so I gave her a $5 bill and $0.23. The cashier told me she didnt need my change and instead gave me back a dollar and 77 cent.

Prices seemed high for many items. I prefer Hobby Lobby.

Nice craft store and when they have a sale you can get quite a bit for your buck. Always check internet for coupons which they normally have.

Poor handling of customers using the online purchase option. I waited 18 minutes, then walked to back of store to ask for assistance, person working frame shop radioed that I was waiting. I went back upfront and the three checkers continued to ignore me. I called and one checker put me on hold, another inadvertently hung up the phone. I called back and finally got a checker to retrieve my prepaid purchase.

Its nice. Not the cleanest but it has okay deals.
