One-of-a-kind treasure of our community.
It is pretty during the fall/spring. Its historic but doesnt really have much to offer on a daily basis. The hall is wonderful to rent for smaller parties.
Beautiful old fort. Lovely grounds with large trees. Ray Bradley and Wayne Deats bought the fort from the county with Trice Harvey’s for $1. Donated the fort to the West Kern Oil Museum who in turn gave it to the Fort Preservation Society. A wonderful place for weddings and fund raisers.
First time visiting the fort it was amazing I got a welcome feeling and everything I need is there
Very clean, people were very eager to help out and make our wedding exactly what we envisioned.
Please plan some dates there great scenery for family get-togethers, weddings, birthday parties, class reunions, etc.
Great place to have fun and to make new friends
Very beautiful place. When I was married in 2005 we were married there and it was beautiful and I would do it again.
