The customer service is always great when I come in. But the manager I see all the time is the best he’s always helpful and tries to help as much as possible. They’re always busy but I can see they try their best. The manager always offers free drinks when we’re waiting for our to go order (even though people give the dirtiest looks knowing that they’re just busy). Love it!

Worst pizza experience in years. We were at the plaza running errands and ordered carryout. Works and caesar salad. We were told 30-35 minutes. Set a timer for 28. Husband picked up order. Box wasnt hot and salad was stacked on box. Took it to our hotel 1 minute away. Pizza was COLD not cooled off...COLD. The green peppers were raw. Cheese barely melted. The crust was soggy. Also the pizza looked like it had been set on its side. Toppings over hanging one side of crust and crust bare too far to edges other side. Either the pizza got pulled out of the oven too early or we got a mistake tried to be given off as a fresh pizza.The caesar salad was wilted and no croutons.They gave my husband a few paper plates that literally had shoe tracks on the back which means they went on the ground face first (where the food would typically go) and were stepped on and placed back to be handed out.This was a botched order that they should be ashamed of sending out the door. Tossed it all in the trash and got burgers instead. Really poor experience overall unfortunately. We are not from AZ but have had this chains pizza in other AZ cities and enjoyed it.

One of my top locations for quality pizza. certainly worth a return visit. bring your appetite because portions are large. food is like a restaurant in louisville i loved.

They didnt cook or make the pizza correctly.I was showed a pizza and they asked me, this one came out a little bad would you like to wait for another? I did. The next pizza looked identical, too much sauce and cheese, not cooked long enough, and the pepperoni was where the crust shouldve been. This was the worst pizza Ive ever had to pay for at PPP.

The zucchini order is only 6 pcs. The pizza is very thin crust. The sauce, pepperoni, and cheese were great. A lot of the games were out of order. They only sell pitchers of beer.

It has quite a few games that are out of order, others just take your coin without letting you play the game. Underneath the pizza has a lot of black sand like stuff . With all that we still enjoy going, kids love it.

Over priced pizza but the kids enjoy it. Only about 25 games but once again the kids enjoyed it. The games steal your tokens like crazy but the staff is nice and will replace them. The place is clean which I appreciate.

Pizza is worth it. A smaller version of a Chuck E Cheese, but with better pizza. Have placed two carry-out orders, and both have been quick and very good. Staff are very friendly. First time, they offered us free drinks while we waited for our pizza to finish cooking. So we decided to stay and eat there instead of bringing it home. Pizza is not greasy or soggy and done right.

Pizza is good, service is lacking they try to make up for it, but its little to late.

My daughters birthday party was in this location. The pricing was reasonable, all areas were clean, her decorations were really great but only half of our guests showed so PP came to our rescue. They did not charge us for the guests that didnt show, didnt charge us for the 2 adult pizzas I ordered for adult guests, gave my baby girl the $50 tokens that were supposed to go to our absent guests and didnt charge me for it. At the end of the night we had a great party and PP really came to our rescue. I only paid $53 bucks for a party that should have been closer to $100. This is why we always love Peter Piper Pizza.

I visit this place quite often! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I visit this place frequently. The meals are of high quality, the staff members are welcoming and the charge is decent. I like eating in this spot for a decent dinner.

Awesome deal all you can eat pizza!

This was our first time at this location. The pizza here was not as good as other locations we have visited. The crust was overdone making it very crunchy and difficult to eat. The staff was ok but there seemed to be a lot of bickering going on between the person we assume was the manager and some of the staff. Overall not impressed with this location at all.

We had pizza and garlic bread. The pizza had burnt crumbs on the bottom and the garlic bread was doughy.

Apparently even the smallest order is a 40min wait which wouldve been useful information to have when I placed the order!! Then on top of that the mangers here really need some attitude adjustments!! Bad experience last year with a party here also. Will not be coming back!!!! Btw this is what a lightly cooked pizza looks like apparently!

And Im tired of talking to manager to get the correct tickets for a 5 year old. Many kids not getting anythingEdit:In answer to Peter Piper ManagementYes I am aware the tickets are worth 2 each the problem is when winning 10 tickets only 1 or 2 tickets would be dispensed or none at all. That is the issue. I spoke with staff on 5 different occasions to get correct amount of tickets prior to giving up and just allowing the error.The review is simply to inform and make others aware that this error was not a 1 time occurrence but repeated over the course of an entire event and evening.Thank you for responding and understanding that errors occur and people are aware when these things happen.

This place isnt even very packed and the service is incredibly slow. I will say there is one guy doing his best and rushing around to keep up with orders, just very under-staffed I think. Waited over 40 minutes for 1 pizza, and they filled my beer up with half foam. And theres an older man here by himself just watching all of the kids walk by, its uncomfortable. My family will stick with the Buckeye location in the future.

Extremely slow, and some of the staff is RUDE! I understand when things are busy but you should NEVER yell at the customer. Will not recommend

The pizza is always pretty good, at least above average, not fantastic. The games though are very limited with very little variety. It used to offer much more option for both younger children, teenagers and even parents, but now its seems like its targeting a younger audience specifically as most of the games have been replaced with smaller simpler versions of the originals or have been taken out completely to make room for kiddie rides. I would say you can have a great experience with younger children but anything over 12 is pushing it. Another location might offer better selection for them.

This place is not good at time management. I have used them several times and giving them the benefit of the doubt I keep going back. I love peter piper pizza and living in surprise its the only one on our side of town however, the customer service is lacking and they have messed up my orders multiple times. Unfortunately I guess Ill have to go to other locations if I want their pizza.

I love that place it makes me feel so happy it gives me all the pizza I like and it tasted super good I dont remember one time where I never had a good pizza at Peter Piper Pizza.

My son and I had a date night tonight here and it was our first time at this location. Im giving 5 stars not because everything was amazing but because the customer service was!! It took way to long to get our pizza and when we did it was burnt but the manager made sure to make me aware how disappointed he was in their performance and he went above and beyond to try and make things right!! Sometimes we think the first impression is most important but I disagree and say the recovery after a fall is more effective! The manager not only made sure we left with a fresh much better pizza but also allowed us more time to play by giving us tokens as well and continued apology. I was able to show my son an example of failing forward and what it means to take responsibility and reconciliation!! We will definitely be back!

Pizza has gone downhill while prices have gone up.

Food was great and the boneless wings were amazing got sweet bbq and mango habanero it was very delicious plus a good way for everyone to hang out and have fun, grandfather and grandson playing games together enjoying the moment.

I went there for dinner this evening and the registers were down there was a third machine working but the cashier could not get on it because it was a managers cash register so we had to wait for the other two registers to boot up they were having trouble with their connections also I was told by a cashier that their phones were down a couple of weeks ago which sounds like they need new registers new phone system new Wi-Fi a whole.new overhaul when we finally got our pizza it was just okay now to top everything off there was a older gentleman cooking the food and spitting in a bucket near the pizzas that were on the counter I caught him twice spitting and spitting on the floor I will never go there again that was just the most sickening thing I ever saw in a restaurant I just wonder if some of his spit got on someones Pizza

Got there to pick up our carry out order noticed that they were not wearing gloves at all.

Packed. Pizza took 46 minutes and bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One toilet was broken and the other wouldn’t flush for us. No paper towels and the hand dryer was broke. No apologies for us on a very long wait for food either. The ticket counter machines: 2 broken 1 was a wait cuz so many people needed tickets counted. Over all horrible experience would not come back

Great place to have little kids partys. I would not go there for a dinner unless o had little kids. But over all pizza is okay, not great or amazing.

Similar to Chuck E Cheese in that their are arcade games and pizza. Tickets are dispensed from the game consoles and prizes can be purchased with the tickets. They have an awesome lunch buffet and this would likely be a fun place for a birthday party. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend a visit for families with young children.

Half the games were brocken or didnt give you any tickets OR took your tokens. Also we didnt get much for prizes, the guy was very stingy and their dollar store toys were over 500 tickets. Probably do a little more searching before you come here.

We ordered over the phone and when we arrived for the pick up time we were given, we still had to wait another hour. Manager was rude to the staff and was short with the customers.

I suggest no ever order through door dash/ Peter Piper Pizza...I ordered a large five meat pizza and I received a personal pizza, and was charged $13.17 plus tips.Door Dash is out of San Francisco, and believe me they are screwing a lot of people out of a lot of money.Peter Piper Pizza need to drop them as an app...!!!!!

Everytime I come to this place its a great time! Ive came here as a kid and now bring my kids here. The workers keep it clean and get our order right all the time. Recently Juan is one of the workers here that is great. As soon as we need something hes there rather it be our tokens getting stuck or needing to turn in our tickets. Hes great. Just helped us out last night right before closing. He dont hesitate hes a great worker. The pizza here is delicious! No other place sells pizza like this! It does get packed but thats only cuz the pizza is so good and the games are fun and up to date!!!

Well I ordered a pizza so it was not sitting like a buffet. There was no sauce. And for a cheap pizza place it was on toppings and sauce BUT the price was not. So many other better pizza places so if I am paying a lot I ask myself why not get a better pizza.

I’ve been coming to this Peter Piper my whole life the food of course is always bomb the buffet is the best value they messed up the arcade because now it’s a whole bunch of machines that just gobble up all of your coinage back in the day they had better ones sometimes they can get packed but that’s just the way it goesStaff is always friendly

I can’t say that this is the best Peter Piper I’ve ever been to, but it didn’t disappoint my family. We were visiting from Texas, and I wanted to show them where I grew up going to eat pizza. What I love is the value. Here in Austin you pay $10 to play four games at a pizza place. Here, $20 lasted the whole family for 30+ minutes of continuous play. You get plenty of tickets and more than one prize. Phoenicians may take that for granted, but it is a shock for Texans. The patrons were much more polite than our Chuck E Cheese crowd, and the staff was great. Definitely recommend....oh the food! The pizza is good, basic pizza, but the Mac and cheese is awesome!

This is a good place to take your little ones. Its a little pricey, but M-T between 3 and 6 its dead and nice. My little one has Autism and gets social anxiety, so it was perfect for him during those time. The Staff was nice and super helpful. The games are limited, but what do you expect?

Waited an hour just to get our pizza and when we asked the manager he gave us attitude. He made it right but I dont see us going back any time soon.

Went here for the buffet. The pizza was okay as long as you got a fresh slice. The salads were WAY over dressed and the pasta was not my favorite. The price is a decent value and the kids working there are very diligent and doing their best to accommodate the crowds.

Everytime I have ever been here, I have been treated in the best of manners. They go far and above to ensure you are treated with kindness and gratitude. Plus the place is always clean!

My wife and I have been going to this Peter Piper for a few years now and sadly I have to say it’s only gotten worse. That’s not to say it was ever good. We always get carry out from Peter Piper, call ahead pick up that sort of thing, and no matter what day of the week it is they always put us on hold.Perfect example is today’s experience. It’s Friday so I expected to be put on hold (again) but I factored that in as I live about fifteen minutes away. What I did not factor in, however, was being on hold for ten minutes. Still, you know what it’s friday so I figure hey they’re busy. So I get there and guess what, there’s almost nobody in the store.Again, I took a breath. Having worked in customer service for several years and in food service for even longer, I realize employees are generally kids who just need a job and don’t give much thought to what they’re doing.However, where I really lost my patience was in this last little part. I walked in with my wife and stood at the takeout register where the manager was working. We waited a few minutes and she didn’t even have the decency to look up once. When she did deign to acknowledge our presence it was with a simple “Did you place a carry out order?”This will be a huge inconvenience as this particular Peter Piper is close to my house compared to the others in my area, but I can’t really see going back there again after this.

A nice place to go with the family

Lets be honest, this wouldnt be my first choice to grab pizza. But....its not bad at all! Wash it down with a beer and play some video games and youll have a great time! And the kids will totally love it. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great pizza! Cooked right. My husband and I like pizza with a crust that you can pick up. Basically the way pizza SHOULD be! There crust here is perfect. We cant find a place in Colorado that knows how to cook pizza. It always points its nose at the ground when you pick it up. But at Peter Pipers, you pick up a piece of pizza and its nose is straight out! Just like it should be. And the toppings are great!

I made an order online for the first time for one of their specials for two large one toping pizza and an order of bread sticks to be picked up at 6:30 pm. when I got their at 6:28, I paid for my order and they told me it will be a few min. for my pizzas to be ready so I sat and waited. twenty min, later I am still waiting and went to ask them about my pizzas and again they told me it will be a few min, I told them thats what they told me twenty min, age and told them I had to be somewhere in ten min, they checked on them and found them just coming out of the oven. they gave me my pizzas and bread sticks and I left with out a sorry or any other offer for waiting too long. I will never order online again and just call for them, my friends told me they had the same problem with online orders and having to wait for their orders.

The food was good, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing is some of the games didnt work, but a great place all around.

This is my go to Pizza place, I think if your from the area its a must that this place should be your favorite. We go at least 3 times or more a month especially during the school year when my childs school holds fundraisers! Love the Wings and Original Hand Tossed. Its been years for myself, for the kids have grown, and i dont really have a lot of friends turning 5 this year! But that didnt keep me outta the best birthday party spot in surprise arizona! For kids! For me it was my wedding day, i had one last thing to do on the way to the church one day. That was eat something, and fill up the many wedding balloons i was taking to the reception! I mean, this was our main decoration, and very important. I dont know about you but when it comes to helium tanks, you dont find many around and i knew the businesses around that had them would probably not take the time to help me, even on my special day!, but peter piper pizza did! Like my heros, filled all my balloons for a few dollars and i enjoyed a personal size pepperoni pizza. It was the perfect snack, for a soon to be wed woman, who was nervous and it hit the spot! Like this pizza isnt just for kids it actually tasted good and brought back some child hood memories, more to say its a great lunch spot for you construction workers who want a nice cool affordable lunch. They have all kinds of specials thru the week, as is a nice change from always getting a sub sandwich. The service was fast like always, and so friendly to me. With my wedding balloons!. You made for me a great day, and i thank you again Good job yall!

Pizza is so good! Haha although its like one of those one time in a while places because of the loud kids. But its so fun! I highly recommend the clown game, me and my friend spent almost all our tokens on it!!
