Great park for whatever your park needs are. There are basketball courts, spaced out picnic benches with covered areas, multiple playgrounds for kids of all ages and there is an incredible walking path thats great for walking or running. Love this spot.

A little off the beaten path, but still a very large park. Nice play area for the kids, baseball fields, basketball courts, soccer fields and a nice walking track throughout. Even has a military memorial in the back. Plenty of places to sit and Bar-B-Q. Also has a couple working restrooms. The neighborhood around the park is mostly dirt lots, but the houses are finally being built. I can see this park being a popular spot in the future. Glad I live near by.

Grt park to play at!! There are 2 play areas so all ages can play. Dino theme is a big hit with my littles. Clean w/ bathrooms. Sand and woodchips around the play areaPlenty of benches to sit on and picnic areas too.

The new Library is beautiful inside and outside. This area is a relatively new area with about 4 or 5 different builders. Its North off the 303 in a very quiet area. There is a school and a very respectable looking Church with a White Steple. Loved seeing that. There is only 1 foreseeable problem I see here. With all the homes up there and new builds yet to come. There is only 1 way in and out of there. More congestion on Grand Ave. To Bell Road. They need a road now to the 303 and El Mirage, or a nice connection to the 101 and Bell Rd. Theres a nice 5 yr. Plan

My granddaughter plays softball there and it seems like a very nice family oriented park. Good bathrooms and lots of shade for summer. I didnt see any water features so it might get hot in the summer. Never been there after dark. Overall I give it a five for daytime events.

This is a great park. We go here for my girls softball practice.

This place is classy. We dropped in for dinner right when they opened. The website says 5:30, but they didnt seem to happy that we were here at that time. The prices are what Id expect for this type of restaurant in Atlanta close to so many convention centers. I was surprised to see on the menus that entree substitutions incur an $8 charge. Apparently the chef is very particular about his pairings. Too bad. I really wanted the Mac and cheese but it didnt come with my dish. The weird thing is $8 is more than the sides cost, so I dont know why anyone would pay the substitution fee when you could just buy the side as additional side.

Was there for a cross country meet, good thing a church was close by so there was enough parking.

Its a combination of baseball and soccer fields in the middle of a failing super community that never happened. Even the the Pat Tillman Street dedicated to the football player turned Army is in disrepair and neglected. But the park is well maintained you would never know it to look from the other parts of the community.

Great fields - I am glad the city of Surprise utilizes these fields for Little league. Just need a bit more parking

Very nice park. Clean and well maintained. Restrooms on site. Two nice baseball fields a soccer field, and a shaded play ground for little kids. Like other parks, it would be nice to have shade trees in the open grassy areas.

If you are a mountain biker looking for fun fast non technical rides it is a great place. Probably good for walking the dog or long trail runs

This place is jacked! It was abandoned over 10 years ago! Talk about building your house on a shaky foundation and there are snakes all over the place!

We went here for my nieces 3rd birthday. Its a nice quiet park with bathroom facilities and great play areas. Its similar to Rio Vista but no where near as crowded.

Exercise trail and sidewalks, two playgrounds, one for tots. Two baby Swings, no regular swings. lots of benches and picnic tables. Love this park. Its an hoa park and sometimes the drinking fountains are broken but parks beautifully kept

This could be a really nice park, with four well-lit baseball diamonds, as well as a nice playground and picnic area, but the park has been a soggy mess for more than two months now, and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. And still, they continue to irrigate the soggy swamp it has become.

It has bathrooms, water fountains, baseball fields, a lot of open grass, a lot of shaded areas, and a workout course. Very nice clean park.

Beautiful place. It just needs a volley ball court and some regular swings for kids over 2 years old and a dog park would be great.

I was there for the soccer game so didnt see too much of the Park I was a little concerned about the little kids play on the playground there with the soccer balls going their way the park looks pretty nice from what I could see is it handicap accessible I was just sitting in the car

Great park, clean, lots of well kept grass, baseball fields with lights you can rent 30 bucks an hour. Basketball, soccer fields....and so much more.

Very nice park and facilities. Had a group picnic. Plenty of open space. Kids were able to roam, and I could still keep an eye on them.
