Just saw War with Grandpa and it was great. The theater is sparkling clean and renovated, the seats comfortable, and they are running retro Halloween and Christmas movies in addition to the few new releases. Like family movies, which is welcome because the only other choices are Tenant and slasher films. Totally worth the trip from Westchester as our theaters arent open yet. And if you show your NY or NJ license you get free candy!!

The cinema is pretty small. There are not many seats so if you attempt to see a movie the same day, consider buying it online. The place has great presentation and the seats recline. The theater may be a bit hot in the winter, so be warned. Overall a wonderful theater to see movies at.

They have renovated and the recliners are so much better. The bar is a good add on as well

During coronavirus I came from New York to watch Tenet.

Considering the Covid 19 pandemic the theater was very clean! Will definitely come back again, we came from NY just to go to the movies.

This is a pretty great movie theater. The lobby is very well equipped with a snack bar, drinks bar, general area, and clean bathrooms. The theaters themselves feature luxurious seating, large screens, and surround sound speakers. Nearby restaurants and food choices make this theater a great place to retire to dinner from.

I havent been to a theater in a while. I like the assigned seats here, I also like the renovations done. Chairs are comfy, food is priced as expected but not as bad as I was thinking it would be. Staff was friendly. Went on a Saturday night and it was busy, but not overwhelmingly packed. Will go here again instead of Port Chester.

Great quality especially in BTX

The theater was way too loud (and I am not one to complain about loud music/noise). I had a headache after leaving. It’s never been as loud at a movie theater I’ve been too before. I even asked one of the workers to lower the volume during the ads/previews. He said he would talk to the manager but I did not notice a difference.If you go I suggest bringing ear plugs.Note that I’ve only been there once and for a matinee. Maybe it is not always so loud (although the movie I watched “once upon a time in Hollywood” was not one that needed to be loud). There were also few people in the theater.Price was good for the matinee ($11). Seats were comfortable with reclining Chairs Although they did not decline as much as other theaters I’ve been too. The theater was also pretty clean even though they are in the middle of renovations.

While the management alerts customers to pardon its appearance during renovations. They are not providing an acceptable level of customer satisfaction in the area of snacks. Popcorn is poured from plastic bag into case, it is not hot and there is no butter. Unacceptable! $17.00 + for snacks I didnt want. I want.hot, buttered popcorn. If you not do it right, dont do it. Additionally, Harriets theater had the Irishmen poster in its case, while Harriets poster was in the theater case for Irishmen. Bow Tie is too.busy.building a watering hole.

Lots of potential in this place. Its my understanding that theyre in a soft opening right now so there was no fountain soda and no butter for the popcorn. That left a lot to be desired for the experience. Theater and bathrooms were very nice and clean. There was also a greeter in the theater that helped bring you to your seat which was a nice touch. I do recommend that they have someone check the theaters throughout the show as the people sitting in my row talked the entire time and were on their phones... multiple people asked them to be quiet but they never listened. Perhaps this annoyance could have been avoided if the theaters were checked throughout the film.

Beautiful place. Extended food menu, gorgeous reclliners with food trays. Amazing sound system and conveniently in the middle of Stamford surrounded by parking and restaurants.

Theatre completely revamped ... food and snack MENU, hard liquor BAR, and LUXURY RECLINER SEATS make it a VERY COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE, new video and great audio ... senior tickets $10.50 ea ...

Terrible customer service, bad communication, I was hung up 3 times when I called for a question . Limited variety of films compared to other theaters , like only showing Star War on December 20th and absolutely nothing else. Unfair for those for not into the franchise. Was really looking forward to going but I guess we’ll find somewhere else to watch a movie that we actually want to see. My experience there I was meet with rude employees and there isn’t much security which is rather uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend this theater, I suggest Bow tie Criterion Cinema in Greenwich, but far but I had much better experience.

Clean, newly renovated and a full bar in the lobby. Please do not go to this theater. I want to keep it all for myself.

This is my default movie theater choice. After, the renovation I simply cant get enough of this place.Spacious lobby with a full bar, reserved seating, and an amazing theater that features Bow Tie eXperience (BTX), the deluxe cinema experience that bow tie offers. (Only one screen uses BTX though) The food and drink complement has improved greatly, and is far and away some of the best theater food around. Tickets are pricey, but it is worth it.10/10 Would recommend everyone go at least once.

After the recent remodel, my opinion on this theatre has improved. Just wish they had inclined the seating prior to installing the new recliners, they are all relatively flat.

The new seating and Bow Tie Experience is just mindblowing. All they now need is a bar that can allow to take drinks inside :)

Sabrina is an amazing manager!!! My son messed up got tickets online to Stamford and he meant to do Trumbull. She called Trumbull even after the show started and got them the tickets. She is amazing and honestly her customer service goes above and beyond. Not only what she did, it’s how she did it. There was NO attitude. She was willing to help and she cared a kid messed up and wanted to fix it. Don’t know you but your an ace in my box Sabrina. Thank you!!!!

Can someone please help keep the homeless from panhandling outside of your place? I live in the apartments and see them EVERY day laying out or sitting all along side of the ledges by your windows. They harass people every day and is obvious they arent tossed. Its a bad look for everyone.

Yay!! So happy this theater has finally switched over to luxury, now I dont have to go to norwalk. Since the switch I havent had any problems with the staff or service

Theatre is undergoing renovation. All the cinema rooms will have comfortable reclinable overstuffed seats and the theatre will start to sell food and drinks. Makes for a very enjoyable experience.

They are very friendly, and accommodating, and understanding to the problems I had trying to get there during the Thanksgiving Day Parade. I missed my showing, but they switched my tickets for a later time.

Newly refurbished. Great seats and screen. You also get to select your seat which is incredible.

Updated theatre has the new reclining seats, but they dont go as far back as other theaters Ive been to and even though theyre reserved people still take whichever seat they want. They also have these new super bright LED lights that are a bright white, its a very annoying color in a movie theater especially because your eyes are adjusting from the dark and they are just too bright!

The kid at the counter, Junior, was beyond friendly and helpful when making my concession stand purchases. Had the theatre to myself for weird time of day and day of week movie. Pretty great experience overall.

The theatre was clean and in good condition. Well the recliner seats do not recline to a whole extent which felt like they are not properly doing what they need to do.

Editing my original review as remodeling of the theater has been finished. The theater right now is very nice. All the theaters have nice big screens with recliner seating. Areas are clean, nice new bathrooms, and even has a bar and delivery of food to your seat.Overall, this is now my main theater to watch movies. Only downside is the number of movies played at the theater. Sometimes movie I want to watch is not showing, but is showing at the Landmark Majestic in the mall. That is a theater I avoid, as its in need of its own remodeling.TLDR: Theater is brand new with recliner seats and bar. Only downside IMO is that it doesnt have the free style coke machines. Beyond that have no complaints and its a top theater experience imo.

A pretty clean and well kept cinema with a good selection of snacks etc. The screens are a little smaller than what Im used to but overall it was a good experience.

Always a great place to see a movie

Of the two multiplex cinemas in Stamford, this is my favorite. Nice seats, good sound. Better audience mix than in the mall. Not so rude with cellphones. Snacks will set you back more than your ticket (par for the course).

Decent, run-of-the-mill chain theater with average pricing and snack options. Theyre usually running a wider variety of current films than some of the other nearby theaters which definitely gets my approval. Snack and ticket lines can be a little long depending on which movie youre planning to go see.

Great venue to view a movie. Excellent seats and very clean . Parking was convenient and the service was very good. Nice place.

If you’re from out of town you’ve likely been to a much nicer theater. The use of the Atom app is pointless. You’ll still need to wait in line for a receipt so plan accordingly. I’m not sure why people rave about the popcorn, mine was filled with unpopped kernels. It feels understaffed for the amount of people that were waiting in both the ticket area and concessions. Further, the floors and bathrooms are just gross. Again, probably from being understaffed. The seats are stained and look like they haven’t been replaced since the early 90s.

Try not to get the front row. Its annoying for your neck. They should charge less for those, it causes you pain

I love the Tuesday $6 movie ticket which is a great deal for movie lovers. The service is good and theaters are cozy for a nice movie experience. I dont know anything about the parking since I live close by and I usually walk by to the theater.

Nice clean multiplex showing the latest movies. Good matinee and all day Tuesday value. Seems popular with families on the weekends. Popcorn is ok tasting. Good selection of candies and coke products.

Not a good staffI forgot my stuff in the theater and when I go back to get them the crew members only gave back my portable charger which was on top of my phone and wallet I go to the lost and found and I find my wallet WHICH WAS EMPTY! I had close to $100 dollars in it and it was underneath my phone and when the manager questioned his crew they said they havent seen it. THEN HOW DID THEY ONLY FIND MY PORTABLE CHARGER AND PUT MY WALLET FULL OF CASH IN THE LOST AND FOUND EMPTY.

Its almost unbelievable how clean this movie theater is. But its super clean, seats are comfortable, popcorn is poppin, and at the end of the day, its one of the best places to go and enjoy a movie!Parking is easy and the staff has always proven to be helpful.

Good selection of movies between this and the mall location but I feel the ticket prices are too high considering the condition of the theater. Not a bad deal if you can get your tickets discounted or go on Savers Tuesday.

Usually the schedules of this theatre and the one at the mall play different movies, so if they dont have what you want, walk down the street.

This movie theater is extremely dirty and their cheese popcorn was stale. The staff lacked professionalism and the seats were filthy and uncomfortable. For the price of a movie and snacks customers deserve a better experience. First and last time I will visit this movie theater. I will tell my colleagues about this experience and warn them not to visit.

The theater was clean. The screen was easy to see by both adults and children. The sound level was appropriate.

Nice place to view movies. Good legroom between the rows. Located close to downtown is an advantage.

Awful experience, Ive never seen a movie theater so dirty. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, there were paper towels all over the floor, the garbages were overflowing. Went to see a late showing at 830 on a Sunday and they told us we couldnt have soda because they were all apparently flat and the ice machines were not working. It honestly looked like they had purposely shut down the machines early to get the cleaning out of the way. Not returning to this theater any time soon.
