A movie theater with about 6 auditoriums. Theaters are at a slight incline (decline if going to a seat) but there are no stairs to higher seats. The place is great for movies and Id recommend going here.

Just watched My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising and it was great. Keep up the great service and experience.

Customer service through the roof good. If you present a complaint or comment it will be addressed. Everyone is kind, helpful and they always smile. Just had an interaction with a manager named Mike. He spent his time to ensure I was happy. Great theater.

Nice place. Located at the Stamford town center, theres much more that you can do when waiting for your movie to start.

It was quiet and kind of zen. But the service was fine. I would just get more employees at more registers.

Unfortunately I had quite a bad experience at this theatre the last time I went. We went to see Toy Story 4 and there were quite a few moments in the movie where the audio cut out so I missed a good portion of what was happening in the movie. We left early but they refused to give us a refund only offered us tickets for a future movie.On top of that, some guy who worked at the theatre made a comment to us about how we brought in food from outside even though 1. No one said anything when we entered the theatre and 2. We didn’t open the food boxes, we were just holding them from our dinner right before the movie. Regardless the guy made a few comments and then proceeded to follow us downstairs and make a few more comments about it. I felt this was very rude, especially after we wasted over an hour seeing a movie that we will now have to sit through again because of the poor audio quality.There was also a lot of construction happening around the theatre. It seemed like half the theatre had AC and half the theatre had no AC. I recommend going to a different theatre until they have made some drastic improvements.

Ive never seen a group of workers that cared less about their jobs. The person taking our ticket didnt even bother to tell us what theater the movie we came to see was in. When I asked, all he did was point up the steps. Big help.

The Bow Tie cinema at summer street, and the staff, are far better.

Ok movie but the theatre is showing its age and changing movie habits...only 4 other people in the theatre.Port Chester is newer and cleaner.Plus extensive construction abutting the theatres.

One of two family-owned Bow Tie Cinemas in town serving customers with an upscale theater experience. Both are in the center of town.This location is located in the Landmark building, considered a center of town with access to the mall and plenty of parking spots in municipal garages

No special comfort couch seat like other bow tie cinemas. No fries or chicken tenders. Sad!

The projector was broken for the movie I went to see and this wasnt reflected anywhere on any websites. Didnt know until we got there and tried to order the tickets. Also, several seats the past few times Ive been have been torn up/missing arm rests. The entire theater is in need of a renovation.

The movie is great. Seat is comfortable. But the floor is sticky.

The movie threatre has a good selection of movies to choose from. The screening rooms are clean. Audio is super loud and you can feel the room shake at times. Food is super expensive. Nachos are like $8.

Easily accessible through Stamford mall. Good selection of movies, prices are reasonable, and facilities are decent. All in all, a convenient way to watch movies.

Generally not the best location for a bowtie cinema. It has outdated seating, it isnt as clean as others in Norwalk, and you have to pay for parking.

Theater was clean, sound and screen were excellent, bathroom was clean and accessible.

We have stopped going to this location since there are better theaters in towns close by. This is just a basic movie theater that lacks in food options, not so comfortable seats, and lacking overall compared to some of the other theaters in surrounding towns.

Good place to see the movies in the heart of downtown.It got few dolby screens but not as good as AMC..

They could upgrade the seating. But great friendly staff!!!

I like the fact that it’s attached to the mall. The theatre itself needs an upgrade but it’s still a great place to take your kids.

Next time a self service machine is out if order might help if you put the sign on the machine instead if half hidden underneath. Tape is a thing. Then dont go blame the person for not seeing a hidden sign on a machine that was turned on and showing no problems and try to twice for a ticket.EditWill also add this about movie quality. The movie was set bigger than the actual screen size, meaning part of it was on the curtains and the sound cut out making buzzing noises throughout the entire movie. Even if I didnt the problem with employee I would rate 1 star due to these 2 problems.

The movies are always good, the seats, are comfortable but the tickets are a little expensive.

With all of the great cinema choices, this would be my last. Not stadium seating and chairs that ,while in good shape, seem like they are decades old compared to the reclining lounge chairs other places have. Prices are not cheap, so unless its the only place showing the picture you want to see, or the location is convenient, choose differently.

Needs new seats. Most modern theaters seats are more comfortable and stadium style. The carpeting hasnt been replaced in years, The sound system is passable but not as good as at the AMC Port Chester. This theater and the Majestic both need an upgrade....They spent $$ improving the stair cases to access the theater but my friends wont go with me to see a movie here because its got that old fashioned feel to it.

Cold in the summer, warm in the winter. The atmosphere is great and they are wheel chair accessible. Only complaint is they have older chairs compared to Norwalk or new roc movie theaters.

Ridiculous. One hour into A Quiet Place (2018) I walked out. Out of the corner of my eye a rat crawled out from underneath the seats to my right. Clean this theater. I wont be coming back.

Compared to upgraded theaters of AMC, Bow Tie cinemas should really considering upgrading their venues. There were also glitches in the digital file when we went to watch the Avengers movie.

Lovely workers and great parking

Adequate movie theater. The theaters are not huge and are weirdly bowed in the middle. Never had a problem with sound or picture which is all you can ask.

Some of the show rooms are tiny. I mean like living room size tiny... And I dont think they clean after each showing. The bathrooms also have that good old public restroom charm (aka, they smell like week old urine).

At 1030 there was no popcorn to be found and the concession stand had people working, but had no more popcorn!? We were upset, and the movie started 5 mins early too when we went in on time..there was no previews!! It just seemed like the staff was trying to get out asap, and didnt care about their customers at all. We were all very disappointed in this theater and will not recommend to anyone.

The place could do with a refurbishment. Seats are old and uncomfortable and the acoustics inside the cinema are not ideal (you can hear the movie playing next door over the top).

Alright. The movie selection is decent, they have plenty of screens so chances are there is always something to see.

Worst theater! The seats in this place are so bad you get a back ache by the end of the movie. Need to be renovated. Its filthy and everything that can be wrong with a theater is wrong here. Avoid at all circumstances.

Good movie

Horrible experience. Went up to the concession stand to buy snacks for the movie one of the staff called my sister and I to the front, when we reached the front he sent us off to someone else. The other staff member was confused to why he didnt want wait on us. I felt humiliated. Never coming back worst experience ever all because we had kids with us.

We went to watch movie...compadres and the light went on halfway during the movie. Not only that but when we walked out their was two rats. Just gross horrible experience
