There are stretches of it that are a will maintained, wide, paved trail. These parts are my favorite. There are some places where the trail is just a sidewalk along certain roads. The signage isnt always the best to guide you through these sections. Google maps is your friend in these cases. Eventually youll get to another length of trail that runs separate from the road.Either way, you can definitely get some serious miles in if you wish. It is pretty much all paved, so if you prefer dirt trails, Id recommend the trails in Riverside State Park.
