If you like historic aircraft, this is the place to be. Ive been involved with the organization for over 10 years now since they were located at Paine Field in Everett, WA. Now they are here in Spokane, WA at Felts Field and the collection is bigger than ever! All the aircraft in the collection do fly and you can even catch a ride yourself with a special membership to the museum.

Amazing detail and expertise. if you appreciate the history of aircraft, this is a must-stop. The displays are among the best Ive ever seen, the ability to get up close and have the docent provide details makes it all-around great experience.

This experience features a single room of various flight-ready historical aircraft. The volunteers staffing the museum are all extremely enthusiastic and willing to give you a tour of each aircraft and tell you stories about when they were used. Certain aircraft are on loan and will be rotated out for others making this experience very worthy for re-visiting. They also have a small flight simulator computer program you can use to try out your hand at flying all sorts of different planes. During the summer the experience will expand to include more exhibits as they can include parts outside of the building.

Great new place at felts field. This is a part of the larger group at Kilo-7 at Paine Field north of Seattle. The equipment rotates frequently so there will always be something new to see. They host discussions and fly days which are fun to attend. And yes for a fee one can get a ride in some of the planes. Great for kids and us older kids too.

They have an outstanding collection of planes, each with its own interesting story. I was personally drawn to the P-51 Mustang that is a combat veteran and actually flies. The staff was very friendly, especially our your guide Bill. I highly recommend checking this place out and supporting Spokane history.

Beautiful facility with an amazing display of vintage aircraft. No ropes or barriers let you get up close and personal with some of the best examples of aircraft from 1927 - 1957 youll find anywhere. A must see if you are in the Spokane area!

This museum just opened in December of 2019. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The number of planes is few but what they have are well maintained and appear airworthy. There is also a nice collection of memorabilia in printed form of technical and pilot logs from the era. My favorite is the beechcraft biplane (staggerwing).
