You have a choice of two good craft stores side be side when you come here. Hobby lobby is right next door. They are pretty close in prices and product availability. It us good to be able to go in and shop either one even with the current restrictions.

Liked the store, the hours were good. Open until 9pm, love that. I went there for glow in the dark epoxy powder, a quick search revealed they were the only ones in town that had it without having to dig deep and call around. They were out, lol, but had three containers on order and a triple pack of different colors priced out of my range for my project.

I know covid is in effect. And it did take a while to find someone for assistance. Thats why ya lose one star. But the 2 people that did help me today were awesome. One even pointed out some cool deals for some goodies for my kiddo. Thanks folks!

I enjoy Michaels as they have a great selection of arts and crafts. Most of the employees are friendly enough. Huge sales right now as they are getting in more stock from virus shutdown. I got this great sign for $11 when its normally like $40

Michaels has anything you could want or need. It isnt as spread out as Hobby Lobby so you can easily find what you need and more. Their store layout is logical, which is refreshing.

Found some nice adult coloring books and pencil sets for my sisters birthday which she loved.

The store was pretty empty..I was looking for some greenery. Poor choices..normally they have a great selection and some good sales..

I have been a customer since their opening day and in that time I can not remember a single time that they have let me down. Im talking everything from fountain pen nibs to birdhouses and anything else you could imagine, added. Theyre framing department is very helpful, the cashiers will remind you to use a coupon. I didnt have my phone with me on this lady trip so the cashier used her cell phone to pull up a 25% off coupon for me.

Very happy with my buy online and curbside pick up. There is special parking to the right when you drive up to the store for pick up parking. This makrs it easier for the store personnel to find you.

Michaels is a craft/hobby store with lots of neat things to buy for your craft. My recent trip was to buy Christmas decorations for our home. There are garlands and flowers (artificial) there to make up displays. They have a childrens section with crafts and projects to stir up their imaginations. Painting/drawing supplies. Picture frames. You name it, I believe they have it. I love their coupons. You can sign up to receive coupons via email or look in the newspaper on Sundays for their flyer. Of course, the pickings change with the seasons. Now they are getting ready for Spring with their flowers and Valentines day with hearts galore. They also have a buy online pick up at store that is available. I go here often for my craft supplies.

Great great sales... U can redo a whole living area in your home inexpensively. Sign up for rewards program . you will get coupons emailed and they work great using on top of sale items.. My bill came up to $190 but using my email coupons they sent me i saved another $65 ..wow..its great here

Ordered on line for store pickup. Was notified in less than 2 hrs the order was ready. Everything in store, for the most part, was 40% off. Ordered unfinished wooden birdhouses. The selection available in store was extensive. Also found acrylic paint kits to paint the birdhouses.

Just called with a question and I was still talking and got hung up on? The lady was very short with me, there needs to be some customer service training.

Had everything i needed to make a wreath for the fall and it was all on sale.

My girlfriend and I went here to get some stuff she needed. Its a good store overall, but not recommended for males, unless you are forced to go.

Best store for arts and crafts (duh) I think the placement of things is a bit confusing though. Not all the paint supplies are together you really gotta go on a hunt

I have always loved this place. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Plus you can usually always find a coupon to use! The four star is just because it can be a bit overwhelming, but only because of all the things they carry!

Lately they appear to be doing better, seems like more staff on hand and people know answers to questions. Also I happen to be there at the right time the cashier helped me double my coupons for extra savings

Just make sure and use your coupon on whats not on sale. But very good place to get craft material

The staff was pretty okay. You could tell it had been a long day and they just wanted to be done. This was at 5pm. But the location is kept clean and organized. They are in the middle of moving everything since after christmas so itll take some getting used to.

Well stocked but smaller than some other stores. Theyre not stingy with their extra cardboard boxes. I buy some supplies in bulk, and have had other stores say they wouldnt give me boxes.

I was trying to reach for something on the top shelf for more than 5 minutes, then I spent another 7 or 8 minutes just looking for an employee to help me. I actually never found one so didnt end up getting what I actually wanted...

Huge selection, a little hard to navigate. Easy to get lost in. But its like a crafters wonderland, so I dont mind much! Couldnt tell you if the prices are fair, I dont have a lot of experience to compare it to. Seems about the same as the other craft stores Ive been to though. There were some good sales going on when we went!

Holidays crafts are easy to find here. Prices arent too bad. Only drawback is using credit cards. They have been hacked in the past. As far as I know that has been dealt with.

Typically charges more than competing stores do but they do offer to price match plus they always have big sales going with good coupons available to make prices more comparable. Especially for black fridays :)

Michaels is a great craft store. They carry just about all you can imagine for any creative endeavor. Its a shame the big un-named store had to move in right next door to compete with a lot of the same craft materials. I know it has pulled a lot of business away from Michaels, but fortunately they have been able to remain. I will always try them first for my supplies. If I cant find what Im looking for there, the I go next door. But its rare. I hope Michaels stays.

Love Michaels. Great selection good prices on most things. Dont get picture frames, they over charge and not great quality.

Plenty of cool craft stuff to sift through, but finding help is often times very difficult, and checking out always take a very long time.

This place was huge which was good. But I didnt find it very organized. I had to go up and down every single aisle in order to find whats was looking for. I found something That would work but didnt like having to search every aisle to find it. Dont think I will be spending much time in their stores.

Overall as a store based on selections of items Id give Michaels a 5 star rating. I LOVE this store. However this location I give 3 stars due to some of the employees that work there. In the late afternoon sift there is one lady who works there who is judgemental and from what I can tell is wrong in her judgements. She follows people around like a stalker trying to see if someone shop lifts. I know shoplifting is an issue all across retail and I dont know what the answer is to solve it but treating everyone like a suspect all the time and being rude to boot is not ok either. Now if I see her in the store no matter if I planned on spending $2 or $200 I will leave and go to hobby lobby next door.
