This is solid place for a game night with friends or a date. I always receive great service at each outlet (bar, bowling, arcade, etc.)I tried their BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger and I was not impressed at all and the fried pickles were extremely salty so I’m not sure if I caught them on an off day or the food is just a hard pass.The arcade games are fun and the card prices are pretty feasible. They also have discount days (Tuesday/Wednesday) that really allow you to get the most bang for your buck.Overall, I think it worth the money for the experience and it’s also well maintained.

We went here and played some arcade games and 2 rounds of bowling and just had a blast. The vip lanes are fun with the glow in the dark lanes and pins. I wish we had done the escape room while we were there. Definitely plan to go back. It was very clean and all the staff were friendly.

Very fun place for kids and family. Most enjoyable and fun. Masks are a must but its being a must now like a normal thing. Must try them for yourself and see what you think I would recommend

This place is soo much fun... The pictures dont do it justice. You have gaming area that has stuff everywhere from giant claw machines to vr headsets connected to seats. Some of the games earn you tickets, which you can redeem for prizes. They have bumper cars off to the side along with lazer tag. They have 1 food section thats little stuff like popcorn, but then you have a whole sitdown resturant type of thing that has food from different types of burgers to even chicken alfredo if I remember the menu correctly. They also have a whole drink menu. They have bowling lanes that are seperated by what appears to be sound absorbing curtains so families can focus on their stuff rather the next familys stuff, and seating looks like multiple couches. A guy, I assume the dude that runs the place, was doing games with the bowlers where the 1st one to hit a strike would win a gaming card to play games. Overall a very fun experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Daughter attended her Softball teamsparty here and for a low price per girl only$25), everything qas included- bowling, bumper cars, arcade, lazer tag, pizza, drinks for essentially a limitless time. Most weee there for over 3 hours and no time limit. Please check first though! Its possible our coach pitched in more money for all of this but 9-15 girls had the time of their lives at the end of our season!From Mom of one the players! Loved it!!

I was there the other day and the place is amazing the arcade is so clean and well taken care of! the food is really good and the bowling is fun! the staff are amazing but the only reason i took a star away is because when i was there i heard the general manager being extremely rude and disrespectful to one of his employees i think he should really respect and care about his employees because they are extremely hard working and do everything they can to make the store a great place! he doesn’t need to disrespect his employees. the employees are so amazing and sweet so other than the gm manager being rude to his employees i love the place and will continue to go!!

Pretty great time. Its a little pricey, but you kinda know what you are getting into with these places. FYI - The arcade is run off loadable cards, theres cosmic and regular bowling, a waiter comes to your lane and you can order, theres are different bowling games you can play instead of regular games, theres a bar, lazer tag, bumper cars, and they have a text line for song requests. Fun ace, check it out!

Wonderful place even to take small kids late at night. We have been several times with young kids and there are always officers there all the time so nothing crazy goes on. It has been very enjoyable every time we go. We drive from Murfreesboro and its well worth it! If you havent gone yet you should go. They have $0.99 bowling on Wednesdays too and special deals every day of the week. Its a family owned company too. Everyone on the staff I have had to speak with is always very nice and helpful. Another perk is they always fill up the arcade games if they go low!

Octavious was our server... he was AMAZING. Very attentive and great customer service. The kids really enjoyed the games and had a great time as well.

Keep your money in your wallets and do not come hereMe and my mother came in here about an hour ago, I paid 20 dollars to bowl, apparently they only let you play 2 games for 20 minutes for that much.. (20 minutes PER PERSON!!! And I was the only one bowling.) Food was also overpriced ($8 for Mozzarella Sticks and $3.50 a piece for Coke products). To those who are first timers, i’d STRONGLY recommend that you never spend a dime in this god-awful place. The staff don’t care about their jobs, the food and bowling games too pricey even Gordon Ramsay would be appalled. I hope this place burns, or maybe give me my 20 back. This was my first time bowling here, and it’ll for damn sure be my last. I’m sticking with LTA or Smyrna Bowling Center from now on.

My mother and I went here last night for bowling, bumper cars, dinner, and drinks (for her lol) It was not super slammed but was busy. However, we ordered two burgers and fries and onion rings and watched the couple at our bowling section arrive after us, order after us, get their food first. Then their order was messed up so they made them another and we still hadnt gotten ours. When we did FINALLY got our food (over an hour wait for just her and I), my moms burger was not correct. My cheese looked like there sand in it but unfortunately didnt taste as good as sand (I ate some as a child and was horrible but still tasted better than our food from here.) Now we all have bad nights and we understand that but when we finally tracked down our server that they moved to a whole nother section and couldnt get to us from her busy section, (Maegan W was her name and she was sweet and not the cook so we dont blame her) We approached the asst. Manager and he said, Sorry but Ive been here 10 minutes and that is all Ive heard since I walked in the door Referring to bad food I assume. Then he said not his problem and walked off from us. His name was either Auto or similar. The girl was not talking loud the 5 times we asked his name. The sheriff deputy that was working in there was the nicest one out of anyone there and he is no Stars and Strikes employee.... The guy at the ticket counter and bumper cars sections were nice but they let a family go in first even though we had been waiting first and scanned our cards. It was an overall bad experience. We spent over $100 in here and got about 2cents of service and 1 cent of nice here. My momma asked me to take her out because she is disabled and getting stir crazy. We also found out that my deceased fathers jackets were missing so I needed for her to get out and have a good time, not be upset all night and have a worse time. We are very upset that we had to pay for 2 meals we did not eat (I had 2 bites) . We do not ever complain so it has to be THAT BAD for us to say anything. I would never have allowed any of my customers to leave the way they did without trying to make it right with us. They were even making snobby comments over the PA system to folks that havent picked up their food yet like Persons name: your pizza is sitting in the window and it is getting cold cause yall aint picked it up yet Oh and the big kicker, we were sitting next to a large family whose kids and adults had no lane etiquette and were being rude the whole time but we didnt say anything because it was nice too see a family unit out trying to have fun. But they knocked the curtain separator and poles over onto me. Not the lane neighbors nor the staff even apologized (they need sturdier poles to prevent someone from getting injured) or even tried to help get it off even though they were all standing there. My momma had to come to my rescue. It was seriously disappointing and upsetting to have the entire night (expect the bumper car part) suck. How can they expect to get repeat business this way?! Guess what they are not with us EVER again!

Wait time for food and lane can be long.. Their drinks are on point. We order pasta to go and I guess they ran out of to go box and had ours in a pizza box. Their was no hot water in the womens restroom near the bar.

I am a cook here. I love my job. It is a great place to eat and have family fun. We have lots of space for any type of events. Way too much to explain, just come on in and take a look. Service is improving each day

My family had a lot of fun here! We bowled and did the bumper cars and played arcade games. But they have a lot more to offer we havent had the chance to try yet! You win tickets at the arcade and theres a great selection of prizes for the tickets!

Love this place! Great for bowling and a great arcade! Love that everything is card based and you dont have to worry doubt tokens and tickets. The restaurant inside is really good! Kat was a great waitress and gave us really good recommendations! The Philly dip was amazing and the cranberry pecan wrap was so good!! Great for a fun date night or for parties.

We had such a fun time playing video games, bowling, and doing the bumpers. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We would go back in a heartbeat!

It was great. Our church youth miniter took the kids and anyone else that would like to come can come. The people that work at Stars and Strikes was excellent. They stayed on toes get drinks and food everyone. They were there when needed to know something.

Great concept and facility that is totally ruined by the lack of customer service. Worst service Ive received. Not enough employees available and the ones there were not willing to help.

A wonderful experience for adults, children, and the young at heart. Laser Tag, Bowling, Escape Rooms, Arcade games, food and drinks, all under one roof. Customer service is indeed a lost art and the staff of Stars and Stripes all have black belts in it.

Went here for a work team building event. We had a blast. Staff was extremely friendly, prices were very reasonable, facilities were well maintained, and there was too much to do in the one outing. Food was prepared nicely, and the bartenders have a great knowledge base and even made up a drink for one of my team that was having trouble deciding. Definately planning on going back soon, and will be bringing my family here as well.

The games (bowling, arcade, laser tag, ect) are good. The place is very VERY nice inside. Ive been 3 times. And the 1st 2x visits, in the restaurant the food took FOREVER (like 2hrs). The 3rd visit it was normal. The waitress said they had swapped out the entire kitchen crew. The menu is now reduced, but its worth it if they can get you food within an hour

Really messed up on my sisters party planning for my nephews birthday. Not to mention this place is in a sketchy side of town.As a whole the entire place is a nice establishment for fun and games. But you dont really get good vibes when a officer has to sit outside every weekend.

We just had a birthday party here for my son this weekend. The birthday party started at 12:30 and the second lane of kids didnt start bowling until around 1:00, because our birthday assistant kept walking away instead of putting their names on the lane.My child also received a ticket voucher for 500 tickets that day that he forgot to use while he was there. I kindly asked if we could use it that next day in an email, and was told I couldnt when I spent over $270 the day before. Needless to say I will not be back. Poor service all around.

Went on a Saturday and waited forever to bowl never got to kept getting the run around about how long it would be before we could bowl. Left a unhappy camper.

Had my sons birthday party there and it was great fun for a bunch of young teenagers. The host was great and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend if its in your price range.

It was my first time visiting this place and I gotta say the area is huge. I was surprised that they had a lot of stuff inside the bowling alley. Mostly I just went to the arcade area and just played random games. The machines were mostly average but I did notice there was no ddr or guitar hero machines so I was kinda upset about that but it was alright I just had fun. Next time I gotta try the bowling part. Friendly people,good customer service, and the atmosphere is amazing. Plus I ended up going home with these prizes and candy.

Stay away from the pretzel and pretzel . Other than that had a amazing great super time!

Its a good indoor place for kids older than 3 years old but its expensive to play the arcade games. It has a lot of different arcade games for all ages roughly. The major complaint I would say is the food takes over an hour to come out and the cashiers are not very good at attending customers, especially more than two.

I love this place so much! The staff in the arcade are all extremely friendly! They always give 110%, you can tell they are dedicated to their jobs! Will be a frequent customer! Austin and Reece, the two Arcade employees were very helpful!

My experience at starts and strike was horrible I went to the kiosk and purchased 4 cards on the the kiosk gave a option for bumper cars and select the quantity I did plus two! So when the car came out I am expecting two cards to have the one bumper car.. what was charge was two bumper cars on 4 cards! It’s was nothing finalizing the purchase. I wouldn’t have known til I went to the check the cards.. so not only did I have to wait 15 mins for a manger to send another manger to let me know that starts and strike don’t give refunds. Didn’t even want a full refund for the 171 but only the 30.00!!! I was offered more games to play. Will never go there again!

Pretty neat place inside and a good concept. Lots of kids so you kind of have to pick your times if you have an adult group. The food and the facilities are nice and the people are fairly friendly. Service can be very slow though. We upgraded to the VIP area hoping to have better service, but still had to go find or ask for service multiple times. The food was very good, especially the nachos!

Prices are kinda high but its still fun!

Stars and Strikes is newly open in Smyrna TN and has been a go to place for me whenever I visit. They always have great deals on bowling and deals on arcade games. It is a spacious place and each designated area of the venue (bowling, arcade, dining, bar etc.) is moderately sized. Good for hosting parties. Their wings and multiple sauce options are my favorite. Late night menu is cheap and plenty of options for drinks.

GOOD BYE DAVE&BUSTERS!!!!! This place is awesome. If you would have blind folded me before walking in I would have thought I was at a new location of D&B. The facilities were very clean AND THE GAMES ACTUALLY WORK!!!! The bowling alley is very nice and organized, and the VIP options are very nice. I cannot wait to come here again and try out the laser tag or escape game. For years I’ve made the hour drive from Murfreesboro to D&B but NO MORE! Whether it be for social gatherings, sporting events, or date night, this is my new go to location. The pricing is very friendly. My only “complaint” is that the food was a little bland. It could have been the dish I had so I will opt to try something different on my next visit.

Took 4 13 year olds for my kids birthday they had a blast. Especially the laser tag. Will go again well worth the price.

My first time here. Came for a birthday party and it was amazing. No bowling alley food here. They have a restaurant built in and serve fantastic food. Full bar, and game room

So we are sitting the VIP lounge with no one taking care of us at the bar. Octavious Carson is the manager on duty at the bar. I asked for him to come over and he gave me the “church finger” saying just a minute and never came to see what I wanted. Everyone sitting around the bar was taken care of over and over but those of us at the tables hardly got any service. They should have given the ladies sections inside of having them run all over the area. Food was good. Service terrible.

Some need more coaching on customer service, food was cold but wings were cool. Waited too long for everything, but watched employees stand around and talk to each other and the employees will walk right pass you and not ask have you been waited on yet.The bar service was horrible, but we do love the games.

Nice place. Not too crowded either. Right amount of lighting indoors. We were there for a school bowling party with the kids! The burgers and fries were tasty and the service was pretty good too. Will return!

All types of entertainment for children as well as adults, enjoyed bowling and the food was not expensive... they need one in Davidson County.

My kid loves to play here. Many options for children to enjoy themselves at a decent price. Decided to check the restaurant out today, never again. Waited 10 minutes to be seated (the place was nearly empty). Waited an additional 15 minutes to be greeted and place an order for food and drinks. Only to wait an additional 12 minutes to receive my water. Order was wrong but no one came back to check so that was unpleasant.

Fun place to go. I am a longtime bowler for 35 years and while I think places like this have killed competitive bowling, its fun for the kids.

We attended a birthday party and it was so much fun. I went back and bought a gift card for my pre-teens Christmas. Fun for all ages.

We went for my dads birthday it was so fun and a great release from the stress. The service was no great though when 8t came to the food part, but it didnt stop anything.

7p on a Saturday night and all they had was pizza, burgers, and cheese sticks! Had to flag down someone after sitting for 30 mins, to take our order. Received our large pizza and had to actually ask for plates and napkins, because they just brought the pizza out and nothing else. Saved our bowling request on the wrong lane, so we had to get a full refund on that, finally paid for the correct bowling lane and had to request shoe sizes multiple times because they kept giving us the wrong sizes!!!! Just wasnt a good experience at all!
