Best skating floor Ive ever skated on so far. I dont know if they sweep, mop and wax the floor weekly but its so smooth, no cracks or anything on it (never experienced that anywhere Ive skated before). You can easily pick up speed without much effort. The music is always on point. The atmosphere definitely has a 90s -early 2000 vibe. Prices are fair. Come out to Adult skate nite and watch some incredible skaters.

Everything about this place is great; however minus two stars for having ZERO precautions in place for COVID! Not cleaning ANYTHING, not the bathrooms, tables, nothing, no capacity limits or it seemed like it because last night it started to get very packed, a lot of staff not wearing masks. Me and my family will be hunkered down for two weeks after a visit in that place. I should have left after an hour before crowd started, but the kids were so excited ...smh.

My daughter and I have been here twice, and we love it here! The food is pretty good, the rink is smooth and very easy to skate on...music is good, and definitely a fun environment for sure!

It was a different experience at a roller rink....all ages, cultures...the music had what like a gay club vibe.

Ive been bringing my children here for years. They love this place. My rating would have been 5 stars, but I noticed their snack bar has a health department score of 80.

Suprisingly not too crowded during the early afternoon timeslot on a saturday. The rink and rental skate quality are okay but its worth a visit!

Its back open. Yeahhh! Took the kids on a Saturday 2 weeks ago during the 1-5pm slot when I figured theyd have the leastttttt amount of people, would be there. Im.an avid and longtime skater, so I got to help my middle kid ( the senior)teaching her to backward skate and cross over on her turns. It was good to get out the house and work on these thighs. Lol lol

Sparkles is like a throwback to the 90s. The carpet and wall decorations are bright and colorful, with the neon colors you would expect from a skating place. The actual skating space is smooth hardwood and large enough to have fun. You can go pretty fast before having to turn but there are also “lanes” so people can go slower. There are lockers for your stuff (50 cents) and an in-door playground for the kids. This is a good place to hangout for a large group, specially for families.

Adult skate night was super fun, grown and sexy!

Great atmosphere overall kids had fun skating did not like the designated skating area for the kids they were not able to skate freely. Did not like the fact that the majority of the Game Machines took money and Associates were not willing to fix the problem or return the money or shall I say tokens. Did not like the fact that I paid for the jungle gym when other kids were entering so freely when I ask the manager about the issue she told me she would be over shortly and never came instead she was talking to the other associate laughing about other conversation over all the place was a great atmosphere lots of fun and smiling faces just need to work on customer service and handling issues property. Also just to let anyone know if your child needs to use a skate trainer, they are $5 non-refundable which is totally overpriced!

Not very friendly most arcade games ate my tokens pizza taste great didnt feel like a neighbor spot wouldnt go back due to bad customer service!!

Totally awesome family spot. We went for birthday party and will be back. Music is great, my 2yr old and 4 yr old love the play area the most, arcade games, and staking. Highly recommend this spot. Thanks for a fun day!

Sunday night at Sparkles Smyrna is the best adult skate night in town in my opinion. The vibe is great! The DJs are on point and the facility is nice and well kept. I live on the east side of town and I have no problem with going the distance to skate at Sparkles Smyrna on Sundays. I love it when DJ KillaB (Brian) and DJ Blaqlabel DJ. They get it poppin! I only heard DJ Fly Ty play once and that one time he was really good. But overall its a great place to get in and adult skate night.

I like the decent music they play

They have the worst customer service . Very unprofessional. We ordered food and it took 45 mins to come out. The same girl that was taking orders was making orders thats problem like where is the staff. Which caused the food to be undercooked . The employees were rude and childish . They used profanity towards each other in front of me a paying customer . I was shocked . Kids were running around everywhere very unsafe since some people where on skates . The only thing I enjoyed was the music . I will never go back to this place they call an establishment . What a joke .

This place is always packed and fun. Lot of talent, respect, and unity in the place. They even have a moment of prayer, which is cool. I really like it. Have fun and a great workout everytime!

The kids had fun of course. I kinda like this location better that the Hiram sparkles. The staff was cool and collective.

Love the contest and music. Recently installed tvs for parents to me entertained. But, If you are a parent like me, slide onto he skates and show the kids, we still got it!!

My family have fun, but i think I think they should rent helmets, my son had a blow to the head learning to skate and a young girl who was receiving the skates was very rude to my children at the time of receiving the skates. The first thing they should evaluate when hiring employees is that they have training in customer service and not hire very young people just by filling the job vacancy.

Horrible. Me and my cousin went their and their employees looked at us up and down. I felt very judged because of what I was wearing. It was in a very sketchy location and I felt threatened.

We love this place. We don’t have a yard so I love to do things that are active with the kids. We usually go on a Sunday when it’s cheaper and I like the music too.

Awesome place for kids and adults

Really enjoyed the Open skating with people of all ages. DJ was poppin...maybe a little too much for younger ears after 8 but overall we had a blast.

Cool place for children. They have these little walkers for beginners, a guy walking on stilts handing out cupcakes, and great music! They also have a bar there for the adults. Highly recommend!

I go here just about every week and I love it! Great prices, nice crowd, and not too crowded on week nights which is perfect since Im still a newish skater. The rink floor can feel a bit bumpy on harder wheels depending on the condition of the floor which can be weird to get used to.I would love if they would consider doing an adult skate night on a weeknight too!

Nice skating rink. The DJ was really good. It is bright, colorful and clean inside. Good games for those who dont want to skate. Bathrooms were clean. They also sell adult beverages. Really good experience overall.

For it being our 1st time it was fun my daughter and son dont really know how to skate, but they got the hang of it pretty quick next time we go Ill definitely join in.

Great for the family. Saturdays and Sundays can get crowded but its still manageable. Good for new learners too. They have skate helpers you can rent for $10. And there is a limited bar.

We had an amazing time for a private birthday party. They had an amazing mix of music, the decor was on point and the service was superb.

Hotesswas friendly and nice. Concessions was closed. Was not notified and my parents couldnt order food. And I couldnt order more pizza for the parents. Not cool. Should have been informed ahead of time. Bad business

I truly appreciate the adult session! Ive gone to other rinks that claim to have adult skating, but ive found myself skating with a much younger crowd that was too immature. Grownup music is why I love this skating rink! Im an adult who works with kids on a continually basis, so when I go skating...I can get my adult groove on!

After all these years I finally got back on the rink I had a ball the music was wonderful it was blasting excellent.

Make sure you eat before you come here unless you want to wait 1 hour and a half for them to make 2 hotdogs & 2 pizzas. Poor kids were absolutely starving. Its just ridiculous for a Saturday evening they should be well staffed for a weekend crowd. I will never come here again.

Great place for the family. The whole skate rental system is a cluster though. You might lose a shoe....

New Review: July 4th Hey! I brought a family a 6 skating and upon entry at about 1:45, Lindsey said no one was there and the owner authorized the rink to be shut down. The young ladies in the pictures were cleaning and literally putting families out of the rink 2 hours before closing! She said the rink number was the corporate office number. She said no one else was mad so what was my problem. People were being called early to pick up children who did not have an immediate ride. Little kids celebrating parties were put out early. That is NOT okay on so many levels. It is also false advertising. And whats really bad is that Lindsey felt super comfortable with her behavior and said she was the manager on duty. This will have to be addressed before we return.

Had an amazing time the facility is as good as you would expect for the skating rink but the staff was friendly and helpful when needed I would recommend this place

First time here and had a great time. The staff made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was fun, exciting, and safe. The unlimited pizza and soda was a bonus! Look forward to returning again!

It is a great place to take the family but the skates rubbed against my sons ankles and rubbed the skin off. It also rubbed the skin off the side of my sons foot. The skate shop staff were moody and mean. But overall it is a great place

Fun time but music although edited was risqué for kids. Also bathroom was not sanitary and the paper towel holder cover fell

Our school has spirit night here and we ALWAYS have the best time!

I did not like my experience here.. they did not honor the goupon.. so we wasted $50 and still had to pay individually for our daughters b day party...they told us we could not bring food but we saw people bringing in food for bday parties... and its basically run by kids and no adults could be found... will not be going back.. I wish I could give no stars

Worst customer service that Ive ever experienced with this company. Problems from employees handling food not wearing hair nets to flat out being lied to. The female manager that I complained to really didnt do much to assist me. She could have at least offered to pay for my meal. Th ere was another parent in our party who complained about the food area and was given 3 passes. I was given nothing!

I had a blast! Such a great date idea! Prices are pretty low, with admission ranging from $2 to $8 depending on the time of day and day of the week. Skates renting is between $2 to $4. The songs and disco lights are on point with skating games ( like balloon tag) every hour or so. I would advise you to get food before or after this just because of the choice limitations and the fact that most of it is deep fried. All in all, greta experience.. i will def be back!

Blessed experience to be able to skate and have fun at sparkles Now unfortunately my skating needs some tweaking but thankfully they have means of helping you learn definitely worth the visit.

Great family outing just keep eyes on your little ones because the teenagers that work there are just that teenagers . Great employees but what Im saying is there should be some type of security method put in place when someone comes in with children; a band etc., like Chuckie Cheese.

We took all our grandchildren(party of 19) & they had a gr8 time. Was just a little disappointed that they didnt have anybody 2 cover the kids play area. Th younger ones who wer overwhelmed by all th people on th rink, couldnt hav a lil mor fun other than watching everyone skating. They loved th music & watchin all th skaters dancin & havin fun tho.

Had a great time here with my daughter. The floors weren’t as sticky as we were used to, and that made it so much more fun doing slides and spins... Music selection was great and the skaters here were very talented and entertaining to watch. We will be back again when our home rink is closed during the week again!

Good place

Even though we saw a raggedy Roach on the table where we was eating it moved so fast I couldnt take a picture of it because it jump clean off the table when it saw my phone but other then that my kids still had fun and on the ride home they laugh again about that fast moving roach my kids will come back

Excellent music and overall family and friends environment.

Very nice and clean! Nice updated facility! Great for family night or birthdays. Also they do school field trips. The manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This place needs security outside. I put all of my daughter’s gifts from her 11th birthday party in the car then we went back inside to get the balloons and someone broke in the car and stole all of her gifts!

We went as a group with Litehouse Kids. We had a blast! We ate played lots of games and listen to great music. The kids had so much fun they still talk about it later on. The only thing is the food comes out cold for the groups. The should time it alittle better. Other than that I had fun and it took me BK when I use to skate.

Mask seemed to be optional. Mask should be required.

Its a skating rink. Of the 2 Sparkles this is the worst one. Its ran by teenagers. I watched some teen boys knock down a child and they just keep going. No one stops them. The music is.... Not for kids but at least its the clean version.

Fun wise it was pretty good, only because we had several adults at a childs birthday party, whom were skating and hadnt been on skates in years! But was far as any service well it seemed to be understaffed and only teenagers working! We tried to order nachos and was told Chez machine wasnt working, tried to order popcorn and that machine was down too! We ordered and paid for two orders of fries, 45 minutes later we were still waiting on fries, then we just got a refund! This place is way over priced on food that they never serve!!!!

The roller rink was good. The atmosphere however, could use a lot of work. It looks like its not changed since the 80s. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Its very overpriced as well.
