The plaza part is obviously just that, a plaza. But the community center is an amazing place with so many resources and a wonderful, helpful staff.

Veterans Plaza is a great place to hangout if you want to sit and eat your lunch or listen to music or watch whatever entertainment they have going on at the time.They turn part of the space into an ice skating rink in the winter and have other events going on all year long.

Great place to walk and take the family

Great place right in the heart of downtown Silver Spring. Theres more than enough to do, nice restaurants,live entertainment most weekends, movie theaters, shopping mall etc. Also the annual Thanksgiving parade takes place here...its a must see event for the whole family

This place is well known for ALL OF THE festivals and ice skating activities. Great location directly across from the movie theater.

It was crowded but lots of things to see. I went to Eggspectation Restaurant hoping for a delicious meal but the waitress put the items in wrong twice and the food was not really good. But the experience was fun so probably will be returning.

Okay, architecturally, its weird. I have miss-stepped and twisted my ankle a few times simply because I was unaware of the many diffrent levels and steps. That being said, they have some cool events at this plaza. From the farmers market, ice skating or various music talents, there something happening here. Its trying super duper hard to be a hip and moving central location but then again this is Downtown Silver Spring were talking about, it really doesnt know what it wants to be.

Silver Spring knows how to treat there citizens and there neighbors - its a fun place for adults and children!

Enjoy watching cultural dances and drinking/eating international food when there is any event there.

Well maintained space that alternates in the winter to have ice skating and during warmer weather has open air concerts and hosts a variety of vendors. The management is flexible with people seeking to use the space and overall truly exemplifies Silver Spring diversity!

We love going here during the summer. Nice place to listen to live music to while the kids enjoy dinner and run around a bit.

I go there almost every weekend. There is so much stuff around for you to do like places to eat, outdoor seat to enjoy the weather, stores to shop and so on.

My son and had a great time today, went to the movies and had dinner and was listening to some music there.

Only difference is I lost my ticket for being in a 5 minute parking garage and I had to pay full price for another ticket which cost $9.00 for all day. Throwing away money.

This conference facility accommodates many many groups and functions.
