I stopped here to eat lunch. There are a few tables. It was nice see the park being used by families in the community. I looked for a geocache. I am pleased to say that I was not interrupted by a sasquatch, this time.

Basics all in one place, skate, ball fields, bball and picnic tables...its a large space

This playground is really cool. It has a bunch of modern toys that will keep kids busy for a while. The neighborhood is pretty nice too, it was relatively clean and quiet while visiting.

Magical playfield, well manicured lawn, cool trees, baseball diamonds and a skate park coexisting harmoniously. An Osprey nest sits atop one of the lights. The bathroom has a roof of interesting architecture.

A perfect park for all ages. The play ground is amazing. There is a skate park and a large field.

My Malamutes loved playing in the snow! Its a great place for them to have fun, in snow or sunshine!

Nice ballfields that are regularly maintained. Walking trail around the perimeter. It also has a basketball hoops, skate ramps, public restrooms and kids play area.

Previously a wetland, Dahl can get pretty soggy in the winter but is generally a great grassy place to play ultimate. University Prep athletes share the northern fields with Seattle Parks programs (on 2 overlapping baseball+soccer fields). At the south end is a rougher grassy area, a fun playground, seasonal bathrooms and drinking fountain, a small skate park, and a wetland feature.

What great playground and wadding pool! Lots of shady areas to get cooled down and staff to check water conditions. Very nice neighbors who patron this park too.

Nice location, large park, multiple baseball fields, small skate park. The grass is in pretty good shape for a public Seattle field, but the ground is a bit uneven.All in all, Im satisfied with Seattles Parks and Recreation department.

Nice softball fields plus a skatepark and playground area. Cleaner than usual restrooms for a city park. And a surprising amount of parking spaces!

This is a great park with ample fields and play areas, a really good playground, and decent-ish bathrooms. The parking lot is nice and large as well.

A great park ! My kids love to practice riding bikes on the packed dirt of the four softball diamonds to limit the amount of blood loss from falls. They can bike loops around the large perimeter (using the trail and sidewalk provided) and, on select summer days when they are lucky, cool off with a splash in the wading pool. They love the simple, small/beginners skate ramp too. The playground, itself, did not benefit from the funding for new equipment given to parks, but its fine if they want a break from biking/scootering/skateboarding.

This is a nice located park that has a couple of baseball fields for the kids to play at it was great to watch the families play here it seems to be pretty popular during the summer months the field is pretty well maintained and it allows the kids to have a good time while playing baseball in the Seattle area

This neighborhood park has some great soccer/baseball space, a good skate structure, a nice wading pool during the summer decent play equipment for younger kids and a restroom. The kids equipment has some ware on it and the southeast portion of the field has some pretty significant drainage issues.

4 Wonderful Bball fields

Fields are often reserved but theres still lots of space for regular park goers

Dahl field is a multi-purpose park with a great place for kids at jungle gym, basic SkatePark, 4 ball fields, bathrooms and well maintained.

Both my 2 year old and 4 year old loved it. Lady running the wading pool was nice. Other parents there were nice too. All in all a great environment for kids.

This is a beautiful play field with wide areas for sports or sunbathing. A skate park as well as swings and fun for all ages. This is a great neighborhood resource. If you are nearby and need some serenity, stop by this park and take a walk... youll feel better almost instantly!

Summer they have a bike riding event where kids of all ages ride there bikes all around the park with chaperones, games for the kids. Wish I had a place that hosted events like this

Nice soccer field. Main area very bright at night. Usually not too busy it seems.

Not much to say its a small little ball field come and play if you want to have some fun bring some kids alone as well or maybe some dogs maybe some squirrels whatever you need

Nice park but why are the bathrooms locked?

My twins love it here. Especially the wading pool. & everyone is always very kind there that we meet too.

Older playground but very fun. Bathrooms are all padlocked shut.

I grew up on Dahl field. Diamond in the rough if you ask me ;)

Nice skate park, outdoor summer pool for little kiddies, nice little hidden park. 4 full size grass baseball fields, that turn to marshes with a good rain. So, from fall through spring.

Used to take a friends dog here quite often. Very nice open area, lots of other dogs (even though its not technically a dog park) and loads of other park stuff.

Its cold these days but its a nice park! Play area and a big field. A little worn down though. Public restrooms open during the summer.

Our family enjoys Dahl Field because the playground is, in the grandkids words, FUN! and in the summer the wading pool is a friendly place to cool off. Look for the very social neighborhood cat whose tag reads Dahl Field!

We insist on calling this Roald Dahl park. Sorry Waldo. The big puddle in the middle of the bushes has a hypnotic attraction for children.

Dahl field is a great park. It has soccer fields a skate park a play ground and a trail that goes around the whole park.

The baseball and soccer fields are squishy most of the winter.
